Very nice, comfortable, perfect proximity to the airport/grapevine, clean and full menu breakfast. Lots of choices for restaurants including a short drive to the main town of grapevine. I will come back and spend more time there, it's a hidden jewel.

Girls weekend trip to historic downtown Grapevine. Nice, clean hotel and a great location. Nice selection for Continental Breakfast each morning. Free Parking. Shuttle service is also available and we used each day while we were there. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is fine. It was actually pricier than I would have anticipated. The website doesn't say that they don't start an airport shuttle until 7am. It is rather disappointing that they couldn't clearly articulate that. It is now going to cost me ~$25. If I would have known I would have never stayed there. Not worth it. I would have rather paid an extra $25 to be at a nicer hotel that had a shuttle service that ran earlier than 7am.

He stayed here this week. Got in on the redeye and were exhausted. Even though check in wasn't for several hours they were able and willing to get a room for us early. We got a bite to eat and took a nap before getting on with our day. Super clean, new furnishings. Great breakfast. Great location. Really fantastic staff. We will stay here again. I have stayed at the Gaylord several times and that is pricey and it is almost a destination. You can't really compare the two....... But as far as the ... Read more

Pros: Close to multiple attractions, beds comfortable, and good A/C. Cons: Dusty room, difficult Wi-Fi, bathroom door did not lock, floor lamp did not work, and disappointing breakfast. Room was dusty and door/furniture had multiple scratch marks on them. Floor lamp did not work and the bathroom door did not lock. Wi-Fi is free and does not require a password, but constantly disconnects due to dozens of connection points. Even walking into the bathroom or out the door caused a device to lo... Read more

had a nice stay and would stay here again. Easy check-in - I really never checkout of a hotel, I just leave. Thoughts the bed sheets were especially nice. Was dead tired when we finally got there, so happy it was really quiet.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament. The hotel was excellent. Staff was friendly. Rooms were great. Free breakfast was the best continental breakfast I've ever had. Can't beat the price for what you get. Will definitely stay here for my next trip to Grapevine.

We had a small hiccup upon check in. We reserved this hotel through who set our reservation for a completely different date then what we wanted. The management corrected this mistake without questions. The hotel staff was very polite and eager to serve. The hotel is very clean, and has very nice decor. The pool is small, but was very relaxing and clean. The best part is you didn't smell like chlorine when you got done swimming. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. This says a l... Read more

We stayed here because of its location. The location is very good, pretty east to get to and decently priced, especially for the area. But, the hotel smelled funny, was sort of dingy looking and just felt like it needed a good scrubbing. In our room, one of the outlets pushed in to the wall like it wasn't attached to anything and didn't work. The sink was pretty and modern, but drained very slowly. We could clearly hear others outside our room. The breakfast however was very good, had a huge ran... Read more

Nice place to stay even though the train tracks are right outside the hotel. They do provide you with earplugs but we never heard the train while sleeping. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Excellent location if your going to bass pro or shopping..

This Comfort Inn had been recently renovated and it shows! The furnishings in the lobby area are very well done. I was impressed with the workout room, particularly for a hotel in the budget price range. Budget Luxery! I stayed here for a girls trip and it was great for us. The hotel is just a short drive from the DFW Airport, Main Street Grapevine and the 911 Flight Crew Memorial, as well as the Gaylord Texan. There is a shuttle stop at the hotel as well if you don't want to drive to these... Read more

We had a VERY early flight out of DFW and was looking for a Park and Fly hotel. We gave Comfort Inn a try and were shocked how wonderful the experience was. Check In was a breeze and the front desk very helpful. You can leave your car on the property for up to 7 days. Our flight was too early to take advantage of the free shuttle. Sp the from desk arranged for a taxi. At 4a the taxi was waiting and the front desk pulled up our flight and told us what terminal and gate it would be departing!... Read more

I stayed here for 3 nights while at a convention. One of my tests of a hotel is the sleep quality, which I'm happy to report was great! The staff was not as friendly as I have encountered in other places but the comfort of the room made up for it. However, friendly staff would have been an extra plus. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Since I was on the top floor, I didn't have any issues with people stomping in their room above me. The only gross thing is that the elevator ... Had a great stay at Comfort Inn! We stayed there the night before we flew to Cancun. Parking was free there if you stayed the night before a trip or the night you return so it was great and they took us to and picked us up from the airport. When we returned our car battery was dead and they were kind enough to run my husband to Walmart to get jumper cables and jump our car! Went out of the way for us..would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was in a great location to DFW airport, Main St and downtown Grapevine. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was a nice addition and had plenty to choose from. The hotel is 100% smoke free, but my room definitely smelled like it used to be a smoking room. It was a bit musty. Other than that the pool was a nice addition and it has a convenience store and some really nice restaurants across the street. I would stay here again the next time I am in Grap... Read more

I was very disappointed because my room was not cleaned and there was dried urine on the toilet when I arrived and after speaking with the manager Peggy Chavez she did nothing to resolve this matter. She claimed to have sent an apology email that I NEVER received and did not return my calls, she was very un professional.

Very clean and accommodating. Beds are comfy. Staff were all very helpful. Love that they shuttled us to Grapevine to enjoy the wineries and shopping. I believe the shuttle runs from 7:00am to 11:00pm. The breakfast was good. There are waffles, boiled eggs, muffins, donuts, cereal, bagels, ham and Eggs. Coffee was very good, and they even have vanilla creamer! Nice! Will definitely stay here again!

I haven't stayed at a comfort inn in sometime, we are brand loyal to Hilton typically but I got a great deal to stay at this hotel while in town to visit the Texas state fair. It was clean, and nice, with a super comfortable bed. I was really pleasantly surprised how big the room was, with a nice lounge couch and lots of bed pillows. Really nice.

It was rather frustrating to pass employees in hall ways. Every time I walked in the opposite direction of them, I had to yield to them. With no eye contact with me, they seemingly chose to walk down the middle of the hall. This made me slow down and hug the wall as they passed. Additionally, the workers loading the housekeeping carts blocked the entire hallway. I was in Room#109. Several times it took some time for them to notice that I was waiting to pass. Maybe it's just me as I am aware of m... Read more

Was here for a weekend conference at the Convention Center 2 blocks away. Overall, the staff is very good but has a poor physical plant to work with. Pluses: * Friendly helpful staff. I used the van service to and from the airport which was fast, efficient and sociable. Front desk was always manned and courteous. * Room very comfy, quiet, excellent bedding, HVAC good Minuses: * Just one slow elevator, awkwardly placed. * Light in parking lot too bright for skimpy blackout curtains. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We also liked the tv channel selection. In my opinion the breakfast and selection was much better than most places we've stayed. In fact, when we visit the area again in a few months, hopefully we'll be able to stay here again.
