Nice area, friendly staff, convenient location. Room was a little dirty, the cabinet for the safe was sticky as though somebody spilled a sugary beverage on it and they didn't bother to clean it. Stayed in a double - the beds were both full not queen. Included breakfast, would be better if they had wait service.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is always very clean and the hotel staff is always very pleasant and helpful whenever we need something. We love the night time reception and especially the made to order breakfast that they have. It is also has a great location because it is close to the IKEA store and a mall that we usually go shopping at. I can highly recommend this hotel with no reservations what so ever. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the Dallas area.

This is a really great venue if you are attending the convention center, baseball park, etc. The rooms are very nice and the amenities in the hotel are outstanding. There is an excellent fitness center and huge pool. The spa is well run and the breakfast bar, with made to order omelets, is amazing. We also enjoyed the on site coffee house, which we frequented daily

Wow, there is so much going on around the hotel. Great shopping and dining. The rooms are very large (all suites) and beds are comfortable. The free hot breakfast in the morning can not be beat! I would strongly suggest this property if you are in the area for business or traveling with kids.

This is the hotel I stay in whenever I am in Frisco for business trips. Check-in and check-out was always pleasant and quick. Room service is good except for that one time when they took the used soap but forgot to replace it with a new one. The rooms are a little dated but clean. Breakfast is OK but there's not a lot of variety from day-to-day. I always go for the omelette's anyway. Late evening we came back to the hotel with some fast food (the restaurant was closed) ordered 3 drinks at the bar then sat in the common area of the hotel (outside of the eating & bar area). The manager told us no outside food was allowed in the common areas & requested we go to our room to eat. Very embarrassing situation. We felt like we were treated like some vagrant who stumbled in. Other than that, it's clean & the other staff were very polite & helpful.

This is a GREAT hotel. Prices are competitive, and service is above and beyond any expectations. The manager of the restaurant during breakfast is the MOST proactive and most helpful and most courteous manager we've ever seen. This guy and his staff were wonderful!

The hotel is nicer, cleaner, newer, with a better breakfast buffet than other Embassy Suites we have stayed at. The staff was very helpful. We were not able to get wifi without an extra fee or being a HIlton Honors member, even in the business office. That was an inconvenience, since I did not have my Hilton Honors number, and couldn't look it up without wifi. Other than that our stay was great.

Nice hotel, poor service. The shower was ice cold at least 6 times intermittently each time you used it. The staff didn't repair the problem. We used digital check in, yet had to wait in line 10 minutes when we arrived as two people were checking in each guest.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. With the exception of the box lunch on our last day the meals were very nice. The sunlit courtyard style of the restaurant was quite pleasant and the free happy hour reception was a very welcome touch after a long day in conference.

My family of four stayed here in late May for my birthday. It was a Saturday night and I think there was a graduation or something going on at the connected convention center. The gentleman working at the entrance to the parking garage was very helpful and welcoming. I try to avoid staying at hotels where you have to pay to park but will admit that this parking garage was very nice and seemed safe. The hotel was located in downtown Frisco, near shopping, sports and other venues. Close to Dallas, yet not all the congestion of Dallas. There is something to be said for parking your car and then walking to the various sites around town. The hotel was immaculate, from check-in, to check-out. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, since there were other food options available, within a short walking distance.

I've stayed in cheaper hotels with better quality rooms! The rooms were nice and well kept. Our room had a nice view of the Dr. Pepper Ballpark. My favorite part of the stay was the made to order omelettes. The hotel has a parking garage but you have to pay $10 a night to use it or even pay the hourly rates.

construction and/or upgrades in convention area made it very hazardous to our group's members waking to their designated conference rooms. we were either tripping on wires or watching for falling objects. while in a conference room listening to a presentation, it was very distractive to hear back up warning beeps on workers' platforms and sawing noises.

So we came in for a trade show and stayed here primarily because conference center is connected to the premises. The hotel is full functional with restaurant, bar and a well appointed room. The three stars really comes from the age of the room, and a very strong odor from their cleaner, almost like they were trying to cover up an ex-smoker's room. There was also a bit of mold in the shower, and the bar sink fixture was loose, again these are things you expect when a hotel get close to a remod... Read more

Old outdated facility that attracts customers on the strength of its location across from the Ball Park in Frisco. Rooms are smelly and moldy. They do try to accommodate you and move if you complain but hotel is generally pretty full so options for equivalent same priced accomodations are limited. Try another Embassy somewhere and hope for better. This one needs some work and needs it right away.
