We were at the Sheraton one nite while in town for a wedding. After checking into the hotel we walked to the Sundance Square area, had lunch at Frankie's. Which is a great sports bar. The Water Gardens are across the street from hotel nice place to set and relax. The hotel is large. We did not eat in the restaurant or use the spa. The hotel staff showed true Texas hospitality ! We will stay there again when we are in Ft Worth.

Well...I have to admit, I was not a fan of this hotel a number of years ago. However, after staying there again during a recent conference in Fort Worth, I was impressed. The renovations made have really improved the reception area, the business office, and the Starbucks. The rooms have been upgraded and the club lounge has been improved as well. Really enjoyed staying there this time and appreciate the efforts made by staff to ensure everything was addressed. Although the breakfast area is sti... Read more

This is a terrific hotel with a great staff! The whole place has a fairly modern design and decor, everything is nice and they have everything you would want - but in typical hotel fashion, everything is expensive!!! Breakfast for two was $35, and parking was $20/day for a garage way too small for all the guests!!! It's a nice place and it's very close to the Fort Worth Convention Center...just wished the parking situation was a little better!!!

??? Just ok. Location is great, but our room was dated. Not the furnishings, but bathroom and trims were overlooked when doing the updates. Room service was overpriced and for a Caesar salad I paid 28 dollars after tip. Wilted in fact. ??? We had to call the front desk to get out of the parking garage twice. For $180.00 bucks a night I'd shop around for a better deal.

My friend and I stayed at the Sheraton one Friday night when we came in town to attend a show at Billy Bob's. Great location to Sundance Square and the Stockyards. We did have some plumbing issues. Our bathroom sink was very slow to drain. The staff actually called us to try and do a quick fix via our room, b/c another guest was having issues. By morning it was slow to drain again and dirty water came back up through the pipes twice. There were not any issues I saw with the tub/shower. On... Read more

Not too bad, the room is clean but kind of dated. I parking is cheaper than other hotels in the area so that's nice and it's right off the highway. I probably wouldn't stay here again though, I'd go down the street to the Embassy Suites or hilton for the same price.

We just spend 3 days, 2 nights at the Sheraton Ft Worth. We'd highly recommend it. With modern decor, spacious rooms, very friendly staff, fast and tasty room service, very nice indoor pool and hot tub, and complimentary shuttle to any location within 2 miles of hotel it was a great place to stay while in town for a conference with my wife and 2 kids. They enjoyed the hotel, Ft Worth Zoo and Ft Worth History/Science Museum while I attended the conference. The hotel was also across the street... Read more

No hotel is perfect. But some are pretty close. When we pulled up the hotel, before noon on Thursday, we were met by a nice attendant. He inquired as to our need and we informed him that we got into town early and just wanted to see if our room was available. Typically, this is not the case and we were prepared to just leave our bags and return later. However, we were informed that our room was indeed ready and we were welcome to check-in. This was very nice. The front desk staff was friendly... Read more

Came for a business meeting. The staff was extremely friendly and eager to assist. I was delayed an extra day and Collin at the front desk jumped into action, booking me back into my room at the discounted rate, all the while apologizing for my misfortune. Thanks, Collin and Sheraton!

Stayed here for a little stay-cation with some friends for a night away and received excellent service from the front desk and house keeping. Very convenient to the water gardens and the exhibit hall, a quick ride (or medium walk - 1 mile) from Sundance Square, and a short ride up to Billy Bob's or Joe T's. The beds were comfortable and the room nicely appointed. My only complaint was the shower. I'm 6'2" and I'm pretty sure I'd have to be 5'2" to fit under the shower head. For the love of no... Thank you to the housekeeping staff especially melissa santacruz for taking the time to make our stay so comfortable. She was very nice and when she sent someone one to deliver some items to my room they were very timely and friendly as well. I felt very welcomed and that my business was very appreciated.

Management was great when we had some issues with the toilet running all night and the bathtub really rusted out. They switched rooms for us and the other room was better. This is just an old hotel. Was pretty clean but just old. We may have been in the older part of the hotel though. The breakfast buffet has quite a few choices but I would not say they were fabulous. Overall ok but I would most likely choose somewhere else to stay.

This hotel has definitely done some work on keeping this hotel updated. It was nicely updated, but did not have the soft beds I look forward to at a Sheraton. The shower head was more of a mister. But the room was dark and that is important to me. The location was good. Overall, it was ok, but not great.

Stayed one night for a concert at Billy Bobs. The hotel is on he very edge of downtown so you have to walk several blocks (10 mins) to get to Sundance Square. The hotel is OK but doesn't feel like a Sheraton. Room and bathroom were OK, nothing wrong but just not your typical Sheraton. Check-in Lobby was small and felt more like a budget hotel. Parking is $20/day but the lot fills up and sometimes there are no spaces. I can't complain as I got the hotel on Hotwire for under $100 but had I p... Read more

My wife and I were in town from a nearby suburb with another couple, one of whom was celebrating a birthday. I booked 2 rooms with my SPG points. When I approached the counter, I explained to the front desk attendant that I would like to add the other couples' names to their room (since it was booked under my name), and that it was the wife's birthday. I also explained that I recently became an SPG member and had pleasant experiences so far at other properties. She upgraded us to the Club level ... Read more

The location is great, within walking distance of downtown Fort Worth attractions. Many nice restaurants in the area. Parking is $20 a day for self-park, build that in to your costs. Breakfast (buffet) is almost $18 per person, before any gratuity. The beds were fair, the pillows nice. The plumbing must be old or something because the toilet took forever to flush and water would build at your feet in the shower, something my wife can't stand. The furniture in the room and in the hallways w... Read more

I came from out-of-state with my sister to visit our brother, who lives here. The ENTIRE Staff have been soo kind and accommodating!!! My sister's had a Heart Transplant, been quite ill. Ppl were very helpful and kind-spirited toward us. They've gone out of their way for her, throughout the entire Fort Worth, we've been so impressed !!! Thx to all related to the shuttle, very patient with her delayed speed, difficulty getting in and out!!! Texas-Nice:))

I was attending an event with my family and stayed here for a weekend day. It is a good hotel with comfortable rooms. I did come in a couple of hours early with my kids and requested if I can get an early checkin. Colin at the reception was very accommodating. Also there is a free trolley that stops on front of hotel (molly the trolley) that goes around downtown. Not a big downtown but free trolley helps especially in summer heat.

We were in town for the Premier Designs National Rally, and had the pleasure of being served by Adam in the bar. Food was killer, drinks were prompt, and best of all Adam was the Man! He was personable, and the memory on that guy is amazing! He took our 4 top order, drinks, appetizer, main dish and dessert all from memory. It was super impressive. If you ever find yourself in the Sheraton Downtown Fort Worth, do yourself a favor and go find Adam.

Our room was spacious with comfortable queen size beds. The bathroom lighting was a little dark but I did appreciate the magnifying mirror. The location was easy to get to but it is difficult to get into the parking garage. I had to wait about 15 minutes to get through because of so many cars and this was at midnight. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed one night to break up road trip. Hotel & room was clean & spacious. Check in and parking also easy. We did not visit the bar, coffee shop or pool. I will say this is right on edge of downtown. Still very walkable to Sundance Square. Molly Trolley pick up right in front of hotel & water gardens beautiful to look at.

This Sheraton is OK in terms of room size and location, but it has two major shortcomings: 1. The rooms are lit by some low wattage cheap fluorescent lightbulbs in the light fixtures. Saving electricity this way in a hotel that aspires to be taken seriously is unacceptable. I could not read the newspaper, and I could not read the documents I needed to read for my work. The incremental cost of brighter lights in the rooms to the hotel per guest to the hotel would have been insignificant. 2. The r... Read more
