The hotel and rooms were very well kept and clean. Breakfast had a good variety compared to other hotels. Everyone was friendly, too. During the weeknights there were complimentary snacks and drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

From the moment we booked our room all the way through to check out, our experience at La Quinta was amazing. Unfortunately the reason for our trip was for a death/funeral. La Quinta gave us bereavement rates, and treated us with tenderness and kindness the 4 days we were there. The hotel is immaculate, and service is outstanding. The beds are comfortable, rooms are huge, breakfast is great, pool and hot tub area is nice....we loved everything! Can't say enough positive things about this hotel. ... Read more

Hotel was clean, in a good location near a mall and places to eat. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Felt like it was a safe area, we were 2 women traveling. Staff was helpful and efficient. Overall really good stay.

Was very impressed with our stay. Out maneuvers some 4-star hotels in accommodation & staff! We will definitely make a return trip. Rooms were clean even though I saw pets with some guest. We were pleased the breakfast bar offered a little more than usual and was pleasantly arranged to minimize crowding and remain accommodating. The indoor pool and workout center were a nice surprise!

We were in the area for a wedding. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We did not have a chance to use the pool (much to my kids' dismay) but it looked nice. The daily breakfasts were sufficient (Texas shaped waffles!). The central location was appreciated and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff at La Quinta/Northeast Mall was very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this property. It can be a challenge to get to (thanks to the road systems around the hotel) but it is worth it.

Loved the western d├ęcor! Beautiful fountain; great photos of horses. Nicely appointed room - highest quality. The bathroom was large and clean. There were plenty of outlets to plug in computers and recharge phones and headsets. I was in kind of a rush, so didn't have a chance to sample everything there was for breakfast, but the sweet rolls were good, and the coffee was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay!

Staff generally efficient, but not overly friendly. Hotel could use a facelift. Convenient location to highways and Northeast Mall. Breakfast OK but not a "wow". Set back from the highway. Inside pool (could have been warmer) and hot tub. Not much within walking distance.

Stayed 3 nights while visiting family. Had a a bit of a problem getting to it due to road construction but that was no fault of the hotel of course, Pros. The hotel was clean and attractive, rooms nicely furnished. We found the staff helpful and friendly, very pleasant. AC worked great, we were able to keep the room comfortable in upper 90's weather. Cons. TERRIBLE wifi! Very disappointed that a hotel would have such bad wifi. Lumpy pillows, all 5 of them on our king bed were lumpy. Other p... Read more

Just 1 night, but love this room. I need an ADA room and we have a beautiful executive suite. It is really hot outside and the a/c is working great. We will definitely stay here again. Very close to loop 820 but it is completely quiet in here. There is a restaurant and bar and several places nearby to eat.

Rarely any concerns and we stay a lot. We always feel safe in and around this hotel. The rooms are fine and the morning meal does the job. The staff are terrific. We always can get an upgrade since we stay almost weekly. We really love the points that we can earn to get free stays and we have had several of those.

We (family of 4) spent 5 nights here during a recent home renovation project. The hotel looked and smelled clean. The free breakfast was better than your typical free breakfast and included buffet style scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, sausage, gravy, waffles and bagels. The staff was all very professional and we were very impressed. I travel for business often and this place blew some of the other 4 star hotel chains away. The property also has an indoor pool, hot tub and exercise equipment... Read more

We stay at this hotel frequently when we are in Fort Worth. We have found it to be well kept, clean and safe. It is a little hard to find off of Loop 820, so follow directions. This particular visit we found the housekeeping service to be lacking several days--from no daily service to less than a full complement of towels. In general it is a good value for the money. They now offer evening dishes and drinks for a price. The complimentary breakfast has a good variety of choices.

Elite member with LQ, booked online as I do ALL my stays with them. Booked this room for paternal grandparents and gave them my Elite card AND LQ Visa (in case they needed them, although in 20+ stays, I've only been asked for it ONE time). Upon CHECKING was asked for the card, and paternal grandfather provided it. Then was asked for ID as well. Of course name did not match, and they refused to use the credit card which the room was booked under. I had emailed them about this, and was to... Read more

This hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient to people visiting the Mid Cities /DFW area of North Texas. If using your AARP card the discounts make this very affordable to anyone traveling. Didn't eat breakfast there, but same choices you see at other hotels in this range. Staff was excellent to communicate with and very friendly.

We recently had water damage at our home. Our insurance company put us at this hotel while our home was being repaired. Our initial stay was for two weeks but we extended our stay one more week due to a delay in our home repair. We stayed at this hotel because they proclaimed to be cat friendly. The hotel was very nice until we had a problem almost two weeks into our 3 week stay. The maid knocked on our door and tried to tell me that she could give us towels but they didn't have enough girls so ... Read more

Beautiful property, but it was extremely noisy. We could hear every step being taken in the room above us as well as everything going on in the hallway. If you have to stay here, bring noise-canceling headphones and hardhats.

Greeted promptly and checked in in no time. Hotel property clean. Rooms were comfy. Our room with 2 queen beds had plenty of room for overnight stay. Did not try restaurant that is onsite or breakfast.
