Room was average, free internet would not work for streaming. I have stayed at a lot of hotels that were a better value. On the good side, nice modern building. Lobby area nice. Breakfast was expensive, I liked free breakfast better. Parking good and staff friendly.

Had a great experience, nice rooms and staff, would definitely stay at again and would recommend. I don't have 200 characters to use so I'm wasting words so that I can be done, requiring 200 characters is really ridiculous considering my review was accurate in one sentence.

I really liked this hotel. Although it was a little hard to get to due to I-35 construction (not uncommon for that area of Texas) it was a beautiful well-kept hotel!!! I have no complaints about the staff or the property. I also liked the convince of the location since I was using I-35 for traveling to my different events I had to attend that weekend! Definitely would stay again. The front desk staff was great about making sure I had all the accommodation included in the gift certificate I was u... Read more

I really enjoyed my stay in this Hotel. Rooms are really clean, confort and plenty of space. The service provided by the hotel staff was excellent, great customer service, they are always willing to help and to make things smooth for you. Breakfast was good and with a lot of options for you to choose. Excellent positioned for my points of interest.

Well maintained clean hotel. About a 15 minute drive to downtown at a reasonable rate. Found the hotel to be a good place to stay if your not interested in paying downtown rates while still being a reasonable distance from both downtown and the airport. Hotel was very clean, employees where helpful and polite. Not much to do around the hotel as it is in a business/industrial area but has a full bar for a quick night cap if desired

Great hotel, easy access even with road construction. Close to a lot of attractions. Awesome staff from check in to check out. This hotel even uses digital check in, which made it very easy when we arrived at the hotel. Will definitely stay again.

It was smooth checked in. Room was a bit dusty and tub really filty. Getting to get a nap When I open the bed sheet found stain in duvet. Very disappointed, hoping for housekeeping staff to be more focus. It would be nice to sleep in a clean sheets. Food need be cook a bit more. It's undercooked chicken. Stayed weekend 2 days june 18, to 20.

I really enjoyed my two night stay at this location. The staff was very welcoming, from the front desk, to the wait and cooking staff, to the ladies cleaning rooms and public areas. The room itself was very clean upon arrival and had a nice "fresh" smell to it. I liked the ability to be able to set the AC fan to my liking, and the AC appeared to work well in keeping the room nice and cool when I wanted it that way. Parking was good, and there were plenty of luggage carts available for moving... Read more

Not sure what the deal was. It was not a great experience. They did deduct 1/2 of my room rate so I was thankful and they gave us a late checkout. So I won't tell all the details. It is an out of the way location so not sure why it was so full. There are lots of other places To stay.

I felt the hotel was a good value for the money. I was upgraded to a larger room. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the bar in the hotel. Excellent TV and selection of channels. The bathroom was well lighted. I would definitely stay again if and when my travels bring me in the area!

Front desk help was very efficient and welcoming but go find the cheapest fast food you can it'll be better than anything cooked for lunch/dinner. Breakfast is ok but then pretty hard to screw of breakfast, made the mistake of ordering fish and chips for dinner fish was cooked in grease that wasn't hot enough so you know the result, fries were soggy basically the worse motel restaurant meal I have ever had. As the room, dried mud on the floor and noisy

This hotel is low grade for the chain it represents. The lobby area is fabulous but the rooms are drab. Room service is below par. We stayed 6 days and our room never had that fresh feeling. The hallways stink and are humid. Staff is great . I expected more, but probably would stay hear again. I like the seclusion it offers.

Left comments on the survey. We did appreciate the first floor room but would have liked bellhop service as well. hottub was luke warm so we got out as it isn't healthy. Maid didn't fully do her job. Noisy on first floor late at night. Charge for breakfast and understaffed at checkout. Staff was friendly and helpful other wise.

The hotel was nice with all the modern amenities, but it was isolated from places to eat. This was a mostly because of the road construction that causes visitors to easily get disoriented when their navigation systems haven't kept up with the construction. Get beyond the construction though and there are good places to eat, such as Saltgrass steakhouse.

Great place to stay. Convenient to the Ft Worth Stockyards. We stay here several times a year and the staff and faculty have been great. Frequently use the spa and pool just did not have a chance this trip. Breakfast at the hotel is great and drinks at the hotel bar during happy hour is an added plus. Construction on 35W can be issue if you do not know the area.

Clean, quiet (we insisted) good location. Only dealt with 'front-desk' staff and some were very helpful and some not so much. Heavy construction nearby (not the Hotel's fault) made direction advice from the staff problematic. Apparently the Hilton Honors program is worth a $5.00 per night discount and t6wo (2) bottles of water.

I have stayed here since this place opened and the facility is showing its age despite the various superficial makeovers. The price has gotten outrageous and the location has been under construction for five years. The main problem, which I have complained about, but they cannot fix, (despite the latest manager telling me that they could), is the floors. Each floor starting with the second floor is warped and creaks. It is not level. You can sit in a room and see the furniture not square with th... Read more

I have to say, I stay at many Hilton properties and this one is in need of upkeep. Staff were friendly and marginally helpful , but the physical state of the hotel left a lot to be desired. Cracked flooring in the washroom with loose tiles, musty stairwells, sketchy wifi that would disappear and reappear. The location is horrible....you are basically in the middle of a field with NO WHERE nearby to eat. Civilization is miles away. I would NOT recommend it for this reason.

The hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating. The breakfast staff were superb! The only negative is the location is in the middle of I35 renovation. If you are staying for an inhouse meeting there are limited lunch venues available as they are only open for breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

We have been visiting the Fort Worth Stockyards for several years, enjoying the town and the culture of the Stockyards. It provides the perfect spot for family get-togethers, as it is a halfway point for my father and siblings to gather and party for special events, or just to get away for the weekend. The Fossil Creek Hilton Garden Inn staff is also an adopted part of our family. I was first greeted several years ago by Amanda, who always greeted us with the friendly, committed attitude that... We booked a night on a Friday and were able to use our points which isn't possible at most hotels. It helped a lot since we were celebrating a bachelorette party. . When we arrived we were greeted with welcoming smiles and friendly front desk clerks. This hotel was the best! We loved our room. It was so well planned and convenient as well as spotless. But the most impressive thing about the hotel was the fact that the housekeeping staff member who cleaned the room after we left found and turned in my jewelry bag! I truly appreciate the customer service of most Hampton Inns, but especially this one.

Hats off to chef Sataurius. He was our breakfast chef. He cooked the egg and omelet perfectly. The breakfast items were better quality than most HGI I've been to. The sausage was great. The potatoes were thin sliced and fried crisp with a tasty seasoning. The hotel room was up to spec. The room was very large. Overall it's what a HGI is meant to be.

Room was clean, people were nice. But... TV and remote did not work. No maps, TV or telephone listings, paper, pen in room. Food $$$$ and coffee was awful. Road construction caused a major reroute to hotel, and traffic jams caused long delays. When we asked for maps, they used the computer (which we could have done) but no local maps for special places/events and how to avoid detours. High price room for very low quality. The Garden Inns have gone DOWNHILL, big time!

Very friendly hotel staff, clean hotel with lots of nice perks - fresh fruit flavored water, fresh fruit, cookies, and coffee in lobby. Clean rooms with heating and air that you can manage yourself with ease. Just follow the detour signs once you exit I-35, and enjoy your stay.
