Unsecured as my room door was left open, yes...open and after s long day of work, the last thing you want to do is inventory your personal items. I love hamptons, but this one was substandard when compared to all my other business travel.

Recently stayed here for close proximity to a work meeting, hotel could use some updating, water stains in the lobby on the ceiling, and some other worn down carpet areas. The room was okay, king suite but it had rust on exposed pipes in the bathroom, the toilet was stopped up once and it could overall use a good updating.

I normally really enjoy staying at this brand. This property though was a let down from normal standards. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful and she did warn me about the Tv issues they were having saying that teams were working on resolving it very quickly. My disappointment came from 3 things. 1. The TV issues weren't fixed until the morning. 2. The Coffee Bar was not maintained past the morning. Great staff, poor service. Experienced temperature control issues making me swet and wake from sleep. TV service was not working during the first couple of days. Internet connectivity issues using my hhonors number and password. Guest wifi worked ok. Food way okay but variety was poor. Tub drian was stopped up; tub fosset dripped; hower rob was loose and needed repair; TV service was out most of week; and Internet was extremely slow due to the high demand from guest finding alternatives to TV outage.

Hotel was exceptional! Love complimentary breakfast (oatmeal was perfect), always perfect to start the day! Hotel staff very helpful. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Location was perfect. I highly recommend!

Stayed one night was not impressed with bathroom, shower, bathtub, tub did not look clean at all. Look like it was just wiped out. Bed were very comforble, breakfast was just an average hotel breakfast. Yes I would stay again, staff when I arrived was right there and ready to check me in, had to wait when checking out, no back up staff to step up to answer questions while staff member was handling phone calls. Over all just a bit above average Hotel.

Nothing spectacular about his stay , except the beautiful lobby and cookies at front desk. Room was spacious but not as updated as the lobby area. Bathroom had large full tub, room was clean and ordor free. Pool area was clean , pool goes from 3ft to 5ft, not hot tub. Breakfast was really good, a lot of options ranging from hot eggs and smoked sausage to cold cereal. There was something for everyone there. The hotel is located off the main road, but there were no business close by.

The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Our quarters were clean and roomy. My sister had a small kitchenette that was helpful for her grand-toddler. Some room have an adjoining door for groups. The breakfast was ample, good and changed a bit daily. I appreciated the 24/7 lobby coffee and tea service.

Its close to the track and easy to access from the interstate. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. Also the breakfast in the mornings is decent for being free. We did not use the pool or any other amenity's while we stayed at the hotel but you have quick access to Fort Worth and Dallas.

I will definitely recommend this place, we only stayed one night but I have no complaints at all, I will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was good, the bed great, the TV channels had some pretty good movies, the bathroom had plenty of everything I always have to ask for more, the staff was nice too.

Toilet ran all night, every few minutes, fairly loudly. Told the front desk as soon as we got in the room as it was noticeable then. Didn't offer to move us or fix it. Just asked if we made sure the handle was all the way up. We had already tried that and several other things. Mentioned it again when we checked out and were just told that they would tell maintenance. No apology.

This hotel is most recommended by me. It was very clean. The staff was super nice. The pool area was nice as well. The Internet has an awesome connection. My bed was very comfortable. The breakfast were to die for.

Queen suite was perfect for Tour de Cure because you get a full-size fridge with freezer -- makes it easy to prep hydration packs and water bottles, which you definitely need to ride 100 miles in June in Texas. And it was literally just a few bucks more. Large and super-clean room. Love the white comforter, as always. Hotel looks fairly recently updated -- downstairs lobby area is modern and calm. I had a nice clean room. The hotel provided a great hot breakfast each morning. My room was comfortable and quiet {no drama). The hotel is very convenient to I-35, just a few miles south of the Fort Worth Speedway. I would stay here again.

Room was not cleaned well, found french fries on the floor from a previous guest, found bugs on the bed my 2nd night and then just checked out of the hotel. Have stayed at this hotel before without problems.

Very nice hotel, pleasant clerk at check in, convenient location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was a bonus, and the staff kept it replenished. Lots of restaurants and shopping a few minutes away.

Room card deactivated several tines, and yes I kept it separate from other cards. Other then that service was excellent. At times took awhile for front desk to answer phone but understand they might have been busy.

Each time I stay at a Hampton Inn the experience is always very pleasant, no matter the location. I look forward to the chocolate chip cookies upon my arrival. Sounds silly, but the little things make a difference to business travelers.

The staff was very professional and did everything possible to accommodate our needs. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a different variety every day. The kids loved the pool.

I chose this hotel because I have enjoyed my stay in the past but that was not the case last night. Though I set the air conditioner on 64, I was too warm all night so didn't sleep good at all. The internet said I was connected but I was unable to send any emails. It didn't work any better in the lobby which was annoying. The breakfast was still better than average and the robust coffee was good.

My experience with this hotel was made significantly better because of the receptionist, Miss Mann (I think that's her last name). Miss Mann went out of her way to make me feel welcome. You need more employees like Miss Mann and rest assured, if I return to the area, the reason I will stay at this hotel is Miss Mann. Please thank her for me! Bob Sproull

Don't expect microwave or refrigerator in your room. And if you truly want one in your room be prepared to relocate to a new room. Also you will have to ask about it every day the staff will not follow up with you. Breakfast was not appealing. The eggs had no flavor

The hotel it's located in an awesome area, perfect to get off and on the highway. Near numerous stores and restaurants. Excellent price. Clean facility and good amenities. The only thing that I would like to see its having an small fridge and microwaves in all of the rooms.

Very quiet. Staff is amazing, very friendly and accommodating. They have a swimming pool, great size. The cookies are so yummy. Nice selection on breakfast. One day I was running late and they had a to go bag - water, muffin, apple and mints. Great value for the price. Within a short drive to Roanoke which has fantastic restaurants.

Typical of a Hampton. Consistent and comfortable at a decent price. Hampton is my go-to hotel. This one was overall good. Location is convenient to the FAA office in Alliance and also the Alliance airport if you are doing business there.

Wet carpet, smelly room/dusty room no toilet paper, staff nor helpful. Upon arrival called front desk for room dusting. Next found no toilet paper. Dirty hallway s. Poor breakfast typical but expected. Wet carpet never attended to.. Old air conditioner which I think leak s. Door allows light under.

Staff was not as friendly as in the past. Not a lot of dining options around this hotel. Treated me very transactional. Breakfast was subpar compared to most Hampton Inns. Not many night time dining options.

The lobby, staff and complimentery breakfast were nice, however the rooms are not what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. There was dust in the corners and on the edge of the carpet. The desk and chair were marginal. The batch tub slanted inwards on a steep angle making taking a shower a unique experience. I would look elsewhere.

Clean room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Only down side is unusable internet signal in my room, I had to sit in the lobby for a decent signal. Good location, near many restaurants, as well as easy access to the highway.

If you can go anywhere else, go there. This place smells, there are weird stains on the carpet, towels are stained, bugs fly around the Continental breakfast area. Fitness room has one working treadmill and is smaller than a college dorm room. This is the worst hampton inn you can stay at.

Hotel is extremely convenient being right off of I 35W in north Fort Worth. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. The digital check in using the app was extremely convenient allowed me to check in and select the room I wanted before I ever arrived, when arriving all I had to do was check in at the front desk, keys were waiting and paperwork was printed waiting for my signature and my initials. motel 6 quality/smoke smell /outdated rooms /slow internet/ not clean at all. this is the worst hampton inn by hilton ive ever stayed in. really bad had too book at the hilton garden inn which is ver nice next door for rest of trip.

Really had a very clean room, decent price and good breakfast. The staff was very understanding as well. Nice stop on our way North to OK City from Austin late at night. The rooms were quiet and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. Staff took the time to ensure we were satisfied with our stay.

Don't depend on wake up calls and guest service is slow making up rooms left room at 10AM returned at 4PM and room was still not made up đ?¤?
