I stayed here in late April and the hotel was about average. My wife and I quite literally came in, slept, and left with 8-10 hours. The room was clean, however, being on the backside of the hotel it is a little noisy from the highway being close by; make sure to book a room furthest from the highway if possible.

If it wasn't for the fact that housekeeping decided to skip my room this property would receive 5 stars from me. There was no do not disturb sign on the door - they just chose to not make up my room. The hotel is very nice and the facilities were great. Breakfast was good although a little bit of variety would be nice. I stayed at this location two nights and the breakfast was exactly the same both mornings. They have three chafers for hot food items and both mornings two of the three contai... Read more

I try to stay at Marriott properties when I stay in the States. This one does not disappoint. From its location off the 820 to the great room and adequate breakfast, this is a great place to stop. The 820 and 35 are both under construction so plan local travel accordingly.

Checked in late for a quick overnight stay but the room was very comfortable and clean. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. If we need a room in this area again we would definitely stay here again.

This is not a bad place. The rooms are clean, and things in them work. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast room is too small, but that's just an inconvenience. The staff people are friendly. There can be a little too much noise from the highways, but the real problem is something that is not the hotel's fault. Construction that never seems to end on Beach Street and along 820 and I-35 can make getting to and from the hotel difficult. That was certainly the case this trip where the roads ... Read more

Whilst I indicate this as an average Fairfield, my experience of Fairfield Inns have been very good to excellent, and good value compared with the even the more upmarket other Marriotts or Hilton hotels. We had a very good one night stay. Our double room was clean and quite spacious. The lady who check us in was efficient and friendly. The lady who looked after the Breakfast was even more helpful and friendlier- she's a gem! Nearly everything was perfect for this class of hotel. Just a couple of... Read more

Very nice hotel with excellent location. I am a light sleeper and changed the room three times because of noise issues. Front desk representative Elizabeth tried her best and found the room to fit my needs. She is the best staff I have ever met with smiling face. Definitely will come back again.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms were super clean and atmosphere was excellent. The breakfast was free and really good. Front desk was helpful when I asked my questions and really friendly. Must give a shout out with front desk worker named Fabian. Fabian always walked around with a smile and would conversate with the guests. When I plan another trip I will make sure to stay at this hotel. Do not hesitate with this hotel.

I choose to overnight in Fort Worth during a multi-day drive from North Carolina to New Mexico for work. My favorite things about the Fairfield Inn were its friendly staff, it's proximity to major highways, gas stations, and a restaurant. My room was clean with no issues to speak of. It had all the standard amenities you'd need--ice and vending machine, a microfridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, luggage rack, iron and ironing board, free WiFi, telephone, and flat screen TV. There was a pool an... Read more

The area around the hotel is a commerce park with a few restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The rooms are what you would expect with this brand and kept clean. Decent breakfast selection. I would stay again if I were in the area.

This was the first time to stay at this motel. We were presently looking for a great rate and with trip advisor we found it. The front desk people were very cordial and greeted us with open arms and helping hands. We knew the breakfast area was going to be tight, but aside from that we couldn't have been more happy..

Excellent customer service from the front desk and the kitchen staff. However the eating space for breakfast was too small for the amount of guests staying there at that time. I also had an odor in my room but was too tired to inquire.

Stayed here for 2 nights while work was being done on the house....the rates here were very reasonable as this is a high traffic corporate area......rooms are what you expect from Fairfield...solid well appointed rooms, nothing luxurious but very nice and consistent. There's plenty of places to eat within 5-10 minutes and the staff was very friendly and the free breakfast adds some value as well.

Very good hotel. Room was very clean and nice to stay in. Breakfast was very good and the staff was most accommodating. Originally booked two nights but had to cancel the second one and had no problem. We will definitely stay here when return to this area.

I am staying for a extended time in the Ft. Worth area. The team at the Fairfield Inn at the Fossil Creek location have made the first 1.5 months very comfortable. Coffee ready every morning at 0230, cookies ready upon my arrival every evening. They have made the time comfortable on a uncomfortable extend stay from home.

Guest services was great - very helpful and responsive. Modern design, but a little eclectic. My suite was laid out well and comfortable, but showing some wear. Killed several bugs (crickets, beetles, etc), but that may have been because my room was right by an exterior door. Complimentary breakfast was good. Pros out-weigh the cons.

This was the host hotel for a softball tournament and we were not disappointed. The front desk service was great. Kudos to the young man, who checked us in and made sure the room met our expectations, Kyle, I believe was his name. The young man went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable as possible. The king suite was just what you would expect, roomy and relaxing. There is a full breakfast available with eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, juices and coffee. The prope... Read more

The hotel was ok. It's right by the freeway. The room was not as spacious as I expected. The bed comfortable though. It didn't have a microwave in the room. We had to go down to the lobby to use their microwave. Staff are friendly. Overall, it's ok.

carpet was grungy, there was a salamander (!) in the bathtub when we got there! The room was nice and spacious, and the tub was accessible, EXCEPT THE SHOWER HOSE WASN'T LONG ENOUGH TO REACH WHEN THE USER IS SEATED ON THE SHOWER BENCH. I alerted the desk, but they could not get it fixed in the 4 days we were there. Breakfast room was comfortable; we were there for a family wedding, and it was a nice place to mingle with the other guests and bridal party.

Friendly staff and a very clean room. The entire property appeared well maintained. The breakfast was actually better than most Fairfield properties and offered not only standard, but mini waffles to order. I will certainly stay again at tis property when in town

The room was clean and smelled very fresh. I inquired at the front desk and was told it was an environmentally friendly spray. The breakfast menu included scrambled eggs , biscuits, sausage gravy and waffles as well as juice cold cereal. Their web site only stated Continental breakfast. Their rates were wonderful; for seniors.

My husband and I go here for our anniversary every year. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Very clean. Everyone is so friendly. The workers get the job done. No complaints at all.The room we get has a Jacuzzi. They have a pool inside and also a workout area. Like I said it is a great place for anyone.

We arrived by bus with 35 people. We were warmly greeted and checked in expeditiously. The manager that was on duty was attentive to our needs and provided bottles of water for us after a warm day of travel. In the morning of Monday October 17th the lady manning the breakfast area was so very pleasant. She made sure anyone who wanted, had beverages. She even cooked the waffles for those who wanted them. A wonderful people person and helped to make our day start out with smiles and in a positive ... Read more

I stayed here one night. I checked in via my mobile app. I was able to get my room key quickly. I was on the third floor in a suite. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The front desk offers ear plugs because of a nearby train. I didn't hear it at all. The breakfast offered was better than most Fairfield Inns. They had a slightly better selection than most other fairfields. They had three egg options, two meat options, the standard waffle along with the other contintental type offerin... Read more
