had a good experience overall. Friday night dinner at Dovers Grill was slow in taking our orders. We had a meeting to go to so time was important. the front desk was polite and the atmosphere within the hotel was great.

Excellent service and food. Big help to our smaller group. The value of service and rooms was excellent. I felt they worked with us of every detail. Room set ups and mikes, and coffee and water as needed. We hope to stay again for our conference.

Stay 2 nights and 3 days. May-16-18-2016. While most staff are nice NOT all are helpful. Two of the employees, Sara/Manny when out of ther way for extra customers service. The morning staff in the breakfast Bar acted like I was asking a lot to get a knife to cut my apple***Then when i return it, ok where do you want to return it.Some of the cleaning staff for the training rooms would just point at things when you requested some thing. I also, requested a customers service card, as check-in staff... Read more

I always choose to stay at the Omni whenever possible because of the service and cleanliness of the hotels. I can always get a good night sleep, as well as being able to enjoy the comfort of the hotel room. Great get away if only for a few hours.

It's close to the airport and has good conference facilities, so if you're looking to get in, make a pitch, and get out, it's good for that. The rooms are ... compact. A decorating update would not go unappreciated. Bathrooms are functional, except that the towels are on the opposite side of the room from the shower. Why I'm giving it a three -- the sheets are the worst. Coarse, itchy, uncomfortable and, in the end, a hotel is a place where you sleep. Imagine a coarse, poly/cotton blend, ... Read more

Stayed here over memorial day weekend. Got a great deal on tirp advisor. Hotel a little dated, but overall great value. Internet was weak in my room and when I asked, they gave it to me for free for weekend. It was a little slow, but worked. They have a large workout room with whirlpool and locker room which is a plus

Came here for a meeting. Front desk was very friendly and check in was efficient. Room is typical. Comfortable bed. Did not eat in the restaurant, just meals during the conference. They were very good. Nice conference facility. About a 10 minute ride to DFW by taxi. Above-average hotel with no complaints.

This is a classic hotel for the region and well run. It is very quiet and well appointed. Room decor and appointment is a bit dated but comfortable and once was higher quality. Foyer is classy and cavernous but hotel is lacking interesting features. Main dining area food quality is very good and includes some organic choices. Ample free and safe parking is appreciated.

I flew back home to Dallas from LA late last night and realized my husband had the key to our place and mine was locked inside. He booked a room for me at this hotel using Hotels Tonight then boarded his flight from LA to NYC. I arrived at the hotel around midnight and the 2 ladies at the front desk were very rude to me and said they couldn't give me the room my husband had already paid for because my name wasn't on the reservation. He's my husband! They said he would have to call them. He ... Read more

we stayed at the Omni Dallas Park West over the Memorial day weekend and had a very nice time.Hotel Grounds are clean and quiet along with being very safe.we didn't get a chance to visit any of the Restaurants in the Lobby. we went to a couple of events outside of the hotel and to our surprise they offered a shuttle service and gave great advice on places where we could eat dinner. overall it's worth every penny to stay at this hotel when your in Dallas.

This hotel is very nice for any upcoming business or quick stay trips you may be planning to Dallas. It is a little bit outside of anything going on/heart of the city, but very close to Las Colinas and the Irving area. The fitness club is pretty awesome and was much larger than other hotels. The food and service was pretty incredible as well - keep in mind the portions are enormous, so if you don't check out the gym, then split your parfait with a friend! :)

for what they charge for this hotel, I would recommend the much cheaper LaQuinta in Addison or even some of the other Hampton Inns in the area. The rooms had dirty desk, table and TV stand that I wiped down to find what appeared to be jelly.

Make sure the AC is working correct and ask for a different pillow if you want your head to be not swallowed. But everything else was great and freindly. Great location and you want to visit more the just downtown life. Its out of the traffic area and a nice little canal/lake near to throw your hook in while the wife gets ready.

First time staying here and we will come back. Good location, easy access to freeways, 20 min drive to six flags, or 20 min to go downtown. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Our wifi signal was not great, but the rest of the amenities were good. My son loved the cookies and milk on the first night and really liked his kids backpack. The pool was well maintained and they offered some fun summer activities. Staff was attentive and the overall experience was very good. Thanks Omni fo... Read more

Courteous and friendly service. Room was very comfortable. Only had decaf coffee in my room. This was remedied soon after I notified the front desk. The view from my room was phenomenal. Complementary coffee in the lobby would have been greatly appreciated. Courtesy transportation staff were very helpful.

Great price for a great place to stay in the DFW area. The service and room was exemplary. The hotel's location is convenient to the airport (DFW), Grapevine Mills, Six Flags, etc... I've stayed at this property several times and will continue to frequent this location when in the area.

On the positive side, the rooms are nice, clean and the bed was comfortable but not very functional as there was no microwave and not even a mini-fridge. When I asked the front desk about procuring a microwave for my two (2) night stay, which is usually not a problem in such situations, I was told I could use one on the 2nd floor which is for the entire hotel community. Since this is a reasonably upscale hotel, I found this to be amusing but not very helpful. Again, it is an OK hotel if you... Read more

To reduce the amount of driving to and from the golf courses at Las Colinas, I booked a 2-night stay here. It's a nice hotel. The good: The price point was good. I paid $118.00 for an executive suite. Wifi was good. I had no trouble streaming, emailing, etc. The gym is great. It's clean and there are many options to work out. Didn't use the pool due to a huge number of children there. I added the breakfast buffet to the reservation. It was good. Fresh berries, made to order omelettes, and th... Read more

This hotel is conveniently located near to 2 major freeways, I-635 (LBJ) East/West and I-35 running North/South. You are literally just a few minutes from the Galleria area as well as DFW Airport. It's in a prime location and has all the amenities you could want. Fine dining awaits you as well as local restaurants a short drive away. I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Room was okay, but the maid service was very slow, mostly late afternoon before the room was cleaned, This hotel is out of the way not close to any restaurants or shopping. The breakfast here was a buffet and was great, it was included with our room. The banquet meals were excellent also. The Bar price are way to high!! you can buy a six pack of beer for the price of a beer at the bar or a bottle of wine!!!

I stayed 3 nights with my two boys at this fine hotel. I like the Omni brand and was not disappointed. The hotel, the restaurant, the gym and the pool were all top notch. The location is about 15-20 minutes north of Dallas which is actually not a bad thing. There is free self park which you won't find in the city. The hotel is close enough to the highway (but not too close) and it's really easy to get down to Dallas. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent.

When I walked into this hotel for the first time, I was impressed by the foyer interior. Unfortunately, the guest rooms leave a lot to be desired. We received a nice comforter on one of our beds, and a thin threadbare blanket between two sheets on the other. The coffee pods did not match the type of coffeemaker that was in the room. Also, they only had ceramic cups for coffee, which I hate because I'm not sure if they get actually washed in a dishwasher or cleaned with the same rag that is u... Read more

Beautiful hotel but it needs some updates!!! The lobby is gorgeous!!! Our room was nice and spacious, beds very comfy-- air didn't work great-- it struggles to keep the room cool. Bathroom had peeling wallpaper so it could use an update. The pool was nice but could use cleaning but the wind was blowing hard so leaves and bugs kept blowing in. I would stay here again.

We are regular Omni guests. We were at the hotel for pleasure over the weekend. The staff could not have been friendlier and gracious. The hotel itself was run down and sad. Lobby was ok but the room and the facilities appear to have been updated over ten years ago. The pool was losing tiles, the concrete was broken, the chairs were broken. Room is mediocre overall compared to most hotels and bad when compared to the price of staying here. Glass surfaces between wood glass tops look as if they have never been cleaned. This is a true upscale hotel, from the staff that open the exterior doors when you arrive to the front desk staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and then the rooms which are spacious, well lit and extremely clean. Checkout was easy as well with the front desk staff sincerely interested in how my stay was. If cost is no real issue and you want a pleasant experience, this hotel is a definite recommend.

I stayed at the Omni Park West last November through Thanksgiving. I was in town for the Cowboys/Carolina football game. I live in Houston so I drove into town. I picked the Omni because of a $98 winter special that was going on. Even though Farmer's Branch is about 15-20 minutes Northwest of Dallas and 15 minutes North of Arlington, it was totally worth the drive. I was very pleased with the service.
