All these great reviews had to be written by crackheads. The place is a disaster...let me recount the ways. Next door is a strip club playing super loud music. The bath tub looked like someone washed their pet elephant in it. No way I'd take a shower in it. I'd rather let the elephant hose me off. The front door frame is coming apart. Half the electrical outlets don't work. So far that's it. (we just got here a few hours ago) so who knows what else will befall before morning, assuming we can sl... Read more

Happy Happy Happy......Andy at the front desk greeted us like family, what a great feeling. Room was clean and sheets were crisp clean Ahhhh.....slept like babies. We were just passing through, wish we could have stayed longer. Great choice of a hotel.

My wife and I were traveling on to Fredericksburg, Texas and needed a place to stay for just one night. We have tried other Red Roof Inns and were satisfied with or previous experience. This particular location needs to have the "Undercover Boss" pay them a visit, as we did not feel that it met the standard for the chain. Our room was not very clean at all, especially the bathroom with baseboard tile off the floor and the bathtub smelled. There was only one bath towel so I had to go to the o... Read more

Good stay and reasonable priced. Andy at the front desk & reception was gracious and friendly, no hassles with our reservation, were shown to room immediately. Room was spacious and clean, sheets crisp and clean as well; bathroom clean. We rented room with microwave oven and refrigerator, wifi all working. There is strip club next door, but far away enough that we did not notice until we were on way out, so was not distraction. Food places near-by, my daughters and I will stay again.

Nice clean rooms, spacious, positive vibes, welcoming and very clean. Front desk service from Andy was amazing and very friendly. No complaints what so ever so far. We plan to come to the red roof inn on all of our trips. Love the atmosphere and the people.

The hotel is perfectly placed directly off of the interstate, but far enough back that you don't have to hear the highway traffic. I was super impressed by all three of the front desk agents I came into contact with. I wish I had asked for their names. They were all gentleman, kind and courteous and even helped to find a charger that would fit my sisters phone after we had forgotten both of our phone chargers at home! My sister and I came to this property because the price can not be beat. The ro... Read more

Passing through to San Antonio easy to find and decent enough accommodations. Friendly staff and plenty of places to eat close by. A few minor things wrong with facilities I. E. Ice machine broken, phone cord in room broken but minor fixes. Would stay here again if needed.

It's a decent place to sleep. Front desk staff was bland and not too welcoming. I have stayed here in the past and it seemed better then--warmer and more welcoming in 2003--but this last recent visit was like staying at an older motel. It had that cold and lonely motel vibe. The price is good for what you get. It's basic.

I made reservations at red roof inn for a week, when we arrived we checked in and of course went up to our room. However I didn't notice that the rooms had wooden floors and not carpet. The front desk was pretty friendly. The hotel is really nice on the outside and the lobby but going towards the rooms is more of a lonely place. It seems old.

Overall it was a decent place. Pet friendly. Very frugal with towels. Had to request more towels every night. Bathtub could use some caulking. Not the best Red Roof we've stayed in but better than other places.

I spent one night in my trip toward California, I had previously stayed there some time ago, which was good. This time it was disappointing. The room was not very clean. And bed was not comfortable. It was ok for one night, npbut I would rather pay a little extra for another place.

This hotel smelled a bit funny, but it was basically clean. Staff was friendly. No breakfast, just coffee. Okay for one night. Plenty of parking and easy to find just off of I-10. I was "upgraded" to a Deluxe King, but it turned out to really be a handicapped accessible room. Lol.

Very clean and helpful. They answered all of my questions and gave me some helpful advice for dinner ideas which turned out to be the best steak I've ever had, so delicious. Would recommend this hotel in a heart beat.

Had to crash for 6 hrs before we start driving early next day. So tried this place since they didn't have pet fee. Pretty decent hotel for the price. Very affordable compared to others in the area.No free breakfast but they have free coffee which was not so good. Overall, I am happy with my stay and got a good night's sleep.

My dog and I spent the weekend here. The room was comfortable. This Inn is in a decent location and was not overpriced. I would stay here again, as I felt safe here and the staff was great. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area, and easy access to the freeway.

The hotel met my needs for a weekend business stay in El Paso. The hotel staff were kind enough to let me enter the room earlier than check-in time. However, the lobby, public bathrooms and hallways were quite dirty. A little vacuuming or washing wish soap and water would do to make it a little better. The room itself was in good shape, except for the bathroom whose sink did not flow well and whose shower could not produce hot water, because if you turned it to hot water, the flow was just a ... Check in was quick, the staff were very friendly and gave us directions for restaurants, even gave us a small map of the local area, much appreciated. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet, we got a great nights sleep. Lots of parking available. There are restaurants and bars within an easy walk, we tried Logans, very good. We were happy that we chose this hotel.
