Red Roof Inn El Paso East is very near a very noisy Interstate 10. Room has outstanding sound proofing. We hardly experienced any outside noise. We had the same experience with Red Roof Inn in Waco, Tx and Interstate 35. We also stayed 4 nights at Red Roof Inn in San Antonio, Tx for a convention. Also a very quiet room. Beds in the 3 Red Roofs very comfortable.

Been staying here for about a week and so far everything has been fantastic. The rooms are clean and affordable and the ambience is super nice. The service here is exceptional in particular Andy the night guy. He is always willing to help no question asked , with a smile on his face. Thank u for everything and will definitely be coming back

It was the worst experience I have ever had, the room was dirty and had a bad odor to it. We went without sheets and towels for a while due to the fact that they had to go wash them then bring them back and didn't have any to replace them with. When house keeping went they did not throw the trash or attempt to clean in anyway. I will not be going back!!!!

This is the filthiest hotel I have ever been in! We were worried when we realized they were located directly behind a strip club and it lived up to that caliber of an establishment. I'm not sure if one of the hookers working here had an injury, but there was dirt and possibly blood on one of the walls and a used bandaid laying on the floor outside our door. It appeared that the carpets are very seldom vacuumed. Once inside we found a small puddle of water on the floor. I wiped it up with so... Read more

Hotel staff was rude. Should have been our first clue. Our room had not a single garbage can, yet there was an envelope from housekeeping requesting a tip for doing such a great job cleaning the room. Neither the sink nor the shower had drain plug/stoppers. Supposedly non-smoking hotel, but our room reeked of smoke. Hot water was minimal. Hotel staff did give us a map with restaurants and directions, which was quite handy.

Check in was quick, the staff were very friendly and gave us directions for restaurants, even gave us a small map of the local area, much appreciated. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet, we got a great nights sleep. Lots of parking available. There are restaurants and bars within an easy walk, we tried Logans, very good. We were happy that we chose this hotel.

The hotel met my needs for a weekend business stay in El Paso. The hotel staff were kind enough to let me enter the room earlier than check-in time. However, the lobby, public bathrooms and hallways were quite dirty. A little vacuuming or washing wish soap and water would do to make it a little better. The room itself was in good shape, except for the bathroom whose sink did not flow well and whose shower could not produce hot water, because if you turned it to hot water, the flow was just a ... My dog and I spent the weekend here. The room was comfortable. This Inn is in a decent location and was not overpriced. I would stay here again, as I felt safe here and the staff was great. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area, and easy access to the freeway.

Had to crash for 6 hrs before we start driving early next day. So tried this place since they didn't have pet fee. Pretty decent hotel for the price. Very affordable compared to others in the area.No free breakfast but they have free coffee which was not so good. Overall, I am happy with my stay and got a good night's sleep.
