We've had a good an quiet stay at this Ramada-Hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms are clean and okay. The breakfast was everage and good. Sometimes there where some strange room-neighbors yelling from one side to the other side...but that's not the fault of the Hotel.

This hotel was the best. Easy to find off I-10. Had a full size fridge, small stove top, microwave, great tv, a loveseat and a desk that doubled as a table near the kitchen. AC worked great and there wasn't a lot of traffic noise, we also didn't hear any other guests. It was exactly what we needed en route to Phoenix from Dallas, and the price can't be beat. The breakfast served was perfect too, eggs and sausage in addition to the waffles and usual continental spread. Pet friendly as well.

Great location if traveling through on the i10 and need to stay in overnight. Breakfast servong room is a little small and grounds are old, but room was clean and good sized. check-in was polite and fast.

This place was great for the price. While traveling along I-10 this place was right off the interstate. The room had a fridge, a stove, and of course a flat screen. The room was nice sized. Had plenty of pillows on the bed also. The room was very quite, no road noise was heard. Was a very restful night. You also can't miss this place as it is right next door to Barnett Harley-Davidson.

Booked this hotel on line. Rooms were ok but the grounds were run down. Pool was full from open to close and you couldn't see the bottom of the hot tub. I would probably stay at best western next time.

Good rates, very friendly staff. Rooms were clean, well appointed. Location is not great, but I'd stay there again. Continental breakfast was somewhat minimalist - waffles were pre-made (vice make-your-own).

Ramada El Paso, Tx. 6/5/16 Just driving up this place looked good. The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly. The big surprise was when we entered our room #145. It looked like a small apartment. There was a full size icebox, a stove top & sink. Nice big couch along with a new big TV. Next was a king size bed. This you would have to see to believe. I am glad we were on the parking lot side as the other side where the swimming pool is there was a party going on. I have seen something lik... Read more

Really Disappointing! I've stayed in a Ramada before but this one was below standards. Im not sure they cleaned anything other then the sheets. There were two pretty big spider webs right on top of the door when you come in on, with spiders in them. I also killed a bug under the bed comforter/yellow blanket. The corner at the end of the kitchen was not swept and had a lot of dust and also dead bugs there. The bathroom door had stains on it and was not wiped AT ALL. Honestly couldn't wait to get ... I came here to visit my deployed husband. This hotel is okay. Breakfast options are alright, there is a semi private outdoor pool. The bed is clean and bathroom is kept pretty well. But the carpet is filthy! We have black feet! They also charge an $100 undeclared guest fee. So I had to sneek my husband around, very inconvenient and irritating for a paying guest.

This would have been rated excellent, except for us asking the front desk after first night to please have the bathtub/shower water spout to be repaired as water would come out both places at same time. Day we checked out the manager was present along with front desk worker. Manager told me he would ensure the problem would be taken care of and he did not look too happy with his worker. Hopefully problem was resolved for next people.

I booked an efficiency, but they don't provide kitchen utensils. As we are traveling longhaul transatlantic. we can't carry pots and pans. Wyndham should think about providing utensil-boxes (why not against deposit?) for those, who want to use the kitchen. - Large rooms, good bed, bathroom small, but sink outside inroom. Overall good.

My family and I usually always check into this particular Ramada and we always have a great experience. However when I checked in on 6/20 around 1pm the gentleman working the front desk was absolutely horrible! He was extremely rude to where I had to walk away and let my husband finish talking to him. I dont spend my money there to have someone talk down to me!

This hotel was great compared to the first one we stayed at. The breakfast could probably have some better options. They have an outdoor pool and hot tub that was a great place to relax at, I wish the pool would've been a little deeper so we could jump in better. Other than that, it was a great hotel, literally feels like your at home.

Hotel was clean and spacious! The only thing that would have made this stay better is the use of the pool. There was a family adjacent to us that had about 20 people in one room. Needless to say they were all un the pool.

Great room on the first floor, parking right in front Small efficiency kitchen, dinette, living room & 2 queen beds. Clean and convenient to everything. Laundry on Premises. The only downfall for me was the air conditioner. It just didn't have the power to cool off the room. The cool air wasn't able to reach the beds. That is my only con for this stay. We got 2 Queen size beds in an efficiency type suite or room for a total price of $89.27. If you are traveling with your family this Ramada fits... Read more

We were visiting El Paso because our son was stationed in Fort Bliss. This motel has a wonderful staff. Arturo R., a young man at the front desk, was very helpful and friendly. The motel was very clean and roomy. The refrigerator wasn't working very well so we told the front desk and in no time they came to fix it. The motel is close to everything. We enjoyed our stay in El Paso and at the Ramada. Thank you Ramada staff for the wonderful stay!

Hi, Rooms were very clean and spacious, with friendly personnel. The only little tinny thing is that you have almost no green area like grass. The staff, from owner to cleaning and maintenence, are absolutely the best. My sister and I stayed here during medical visits in El Paso. No matter the issue, all are gracious and go out of their way to help. One example happened two visits ago. My sister fell very ill on the day we were to return home. The only way to get her back home (3 hours away) was to make a bed in the car. I went to the front desk and wanted to buy blankets, sheets, and pillow just to get her home. Front desk gave... The room itself was run down. Not dirty, but there were minor problems. There was a place on the carpet, outside the bathroom, where someone had placed a hot iron and it left an imprint. The pillows were very uncomfortable. However, the staff and the expanded continental breakfast were both very good.

This site could stand to be exterminated. We had a suite with crawling creatures in the kitchen and dining area. There were no towels when we checked in and we had to go back to the desk to request them. We were only there overnight, but had we stayed longer and needed to cook, this would have been unacceptable.

Hotel room was very nice updated and as pictured on website. Also room had a full-size fridge, stove and microwave. for a traveling family with kids very kid friendly and easy to cook meals in room on a budget. Swimming pool was a bit small but well lit up for nighttime swimming when the temperature cools off. I will definitely stay in this hotel again if I returned to El Paso.

I stayed here for six days visiting my fiance. El Paso may be my future home The hotel was nice the staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing I would change is the kitchen ware. You offer a small kitchenette but no utensils, flatware or pots and pan. It would be nice if you supplied the basics for simple cooking. but over all I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this place for couples, family and friends.

This was a decent value during our return drive from California to Texas. It would have received at least 4 out of 5 "stars" if the carpets had been vacuumed thoroughly before our stay. There was a hair pin on the floor in front of the sink and potato chip like crumbs on the floor at the the far side of the bed so if vacuumed it was cursory pass at best. Everything else appeared clean. It was a very large room with seating area, kitchenette, and dining area. The area felt safe. Breakfast a... Read more

If you ever stay at this hotel, please make sure your rooms are made, if you happen to leave early and came back at 6pm and your room wasn't made. Take pictures of the room not being made. We've stayed in other Ramada handicapped rooms that were less than hoped for, but this one is great! For one, the room is large, easy to move around in and has not only two beds, but a couch, kitchenette and a table easily accessible to a handicapped person. The pool was nice. Everything worked, water was hot, air conditioner just right, easy access to the room. We would recommend this Ramada to friends.

The put us in wrong room. The first room was dirty there was hair in the shower and the shower it self was old and cracked. The next day they changed our room and the owner/manager said that the booking agent was a bone head. The next room I wore just socks and the carpet was so dirty that my white socks was black. I do want to say that there is a fridge, microwave and small stove in room so if you are just a trucker looking for hotel for a few nights it is ok.

The room was clean but the bed was awful, you could feel the springs and it was very hard. My shoulders ached was there for 5 days. Got used to it. The cleaning spray they use in the room leaves a bad smell. And it's time to fix the walls in the bathroom from all the water damage. I had to have them replace the light over the sink it was out when we checked in. I did expect more from a Ramada Inn. This was a deal so I guess ypu get what you pay for. If you book here bring some Lysol.
