Great value! Our rooms were very clean. The staff at La Quinta was extremely friendly, fast and very welcoming at both check in and check out. An efficient and friendly staff make all the difference. I loved that the location is located right off IH10 making it really easy to stores and business. There are also many restaurants and stores nearby. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit El Paso!

You start a day, with great service, from day one, during the day, and departure, wow, your staff is so professional, smile all the time, extremely efficient, and twice they were busy doing something else. When I showed up, the stopped immediately what they were doing and provided fantastic service. The property is clean, presentable, but most important, great staff.

We were unsure when we saw the Gentleman's club next door, but our room was in the back, and quiet, except for the guys around 1 am talking loudly near our room. The front staff were friendly, and efficient, room was clean, and everything worked. We had a king room with a micro & fridge. We would stay again.

This place has a waffle iron that makes waffles in the shape of Texas - what more needs to be said? Good hotel for the price. Don't expect anything fancy - just a place to rest your bones and relax a little. Room was clean and quiet, wifi was good. The area is very safe despite the, uh, gentlemen's club next door. El Paso is a *very* safe city. Go to Andale next door for dinner, you won't regret it.

We stayed two nights at the Cielo Vista location and while it was marginally better than the El Paso West location, it was still pretty filthy. The carpet was the worst. Just utterly disgusting, with large stains and visible dirt. We never walk barefoot in a hotel room, but this room was like walking in the parking lot. They did just finish steam cleaning the A/C unit so at least that was clean, but the furniture was dirty, the coffee maker unusable due to dust (!) and the microwave was broken. ... Read more

The hotel room was filthy. The breakfast was not a full breakfast as advertised. I went with my three kids and was given a room on the back side of the hotel next to a strip joint. It was loud all night and we were not able to sleep.

The accommodations were fair but the atmosphere was the draw back. I was placed in the middle of bikers and they revved their bikes all night / morning and the walls are super thin so I heard all their conversations. Security was no where to be found. The staff could not have said that they didn't hear anything since I was about 5 doors away from the front office.

Worst nights sleep in a motel in a long time. AC ran but would not cool. Moldy and smoke smell throughout room. Electrical wires were spliced together for lamps. Overall worst motel experience in years.

It does not have the new remodels like a lot of the other La Quinta's have been getting in the past 2 years. However, it has convenient parking outside of the rooms, friendly staff. This La Quinta is just minutes from a big shopping mall. Sometimes it was kind of noisy at night with late check-ins but all and all it was good!

The hotel is antiquated. Rooms are poorly maintained The food is below any hotel standard. Hair on the food table. That had a table cloth and droopy skirting. The staff should not be there by their self's only one staff employee on duty. If there is a room with 2 beds extra towels. Keep your walkways cleaner they were disgusting. The plants are dead and need updated

Parking wasn't great, but the staff was friendly and the place was clean. Location is nice- it's really close to shopping and food, and right on I-10. The only drawback is that the hotel is obviously very old.

Fairly close to the airport, freeway access to everywhere, pretty good wi-fi, small pool, bed's are fine, security guard, decent TV... Not expensive. Continental breakfast is a little sub-par, rooms on the edge facing the freeway have "freeway noise" at night, could be distracting if your not used to that.

The location of the hotel is good. The cleanliness is poor. I found bed sheets were used and had not been changed. The breakfast provided is under average as compared to other La Quinta hotels. The breakfast area is not comfortable and tight.

Great value. I am always pleased with the location, staff. Never disappointed. No need to go anywhere else, good location for the city of El Paso. They always have my reservation information ready for a speedy check in.

La Quinta Inn @ El Paso is an affordable hotel where many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. This is our second time staying here and will recommend it to travelers. Compared to other hotels in the area, La Quinta offers competitive prices and clean rooms.
