First off let me say that in my opinion this is the nicest hotel in El Paso. For as old as the building is the hotel has been wonderfully renovated and updated. Our room was fantastic with floor to ceiling windows and a giant couch that was way too comfortable. The staff all went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during our stay and never once did we encounter someone who was anything less than professional. The bar and pool area are quite the place to be in downtown apparentl... Read more

Frequent traveler to EP and downtown has always been pretty much a wasteland for comfortable and stylish accommodations. NO MORE! The Indigo touches all the bases, from cleanliness to convenient location to friendly and helpful staff. Darby and Paulina at the front desk are jewels. Will definitely be back, and hoping the rate sensitivity (was traveling on state business) will remain in place.

Visited El Paso for two days staying at the Hotel Indigo. We absolutely loved it!! It is our understanding that the hotel is in an older building that has been remodeled after having been vacant for several years. It has only been opened since late January/early February, so everything is new and immaculately clean. Hotel is very sleek and trendy, decorated in blues and teals. Rooms had hard wood floors with an area rug. Very comfortable beds, thick fluffy towels, Aveda products in the bathroom... Read more

Decor is funky and looks cute. Rooms are pretty small. There is a barn door on the bathroom which I think looks cool but was maybe not a great choice. If you are staying as a couple and need to use the bathroom during the night, the barn door right next to the bed will definitely wake your partner up! Also, no room service options. Pool area is very nice! Very tough to get anyone on the phone at the front desk and my room was not cleaned when I returned back to the hotel at 3pm. Had to step out ... Read more

Just stayed the night for a romantic get away. Both the room and the view were great. Decor was fun without going overboard into hipsterism. We had dinner out but then came back for drinks, which were delicious. It was a nice stay made all the better by the fact that every employee seemed to be genuinely interested in making our stay a great one. Thanks :-)

OK, this place is awesome. My Wife and I are moving to El Paso for my work, which requires us to move every couple of years. Part of that move is trying to decipher the new city, and to find a new place to live. Coming from Washington DC, we were a little afraid of the shock of the desert sprawl. Because of that, I wanted to make sure my Wife had a good experience during her first taste of El Paso. Enter Hotel Indigo. This place could honestly be transplanted to just about every chic city ... This property had a very competitive per diem rate for our recent PCS move. The staff were extremely warm and friendly on check in, offered us a free drink coupon and then since I don't drink (my husband does) a free breakfast in addition. They also put us on the top floor of the hotel with a view. We requested a crib and had it delivered within 10 minutes. Although a new hotel, the blackout curtain in our room was damaged and didn't completely block out the light. However, it didn't bother me e... Read more

The hotel is new and has a great modern feel with floor to ceiling Windows in rooms and a nice open air swimming pool on 5th floor. They have a restaurant downstairs that is quite decent. A small potential downside is that the airconditioning in room is extremely weak for the summer months.

At first this hotel looks great, very modern, great bar and pool areas. The rooms look great, but the walls are so thin you simply cannot rest unless there is nobody in the adjacent rooms. I could hear everything in the room next to mine; I could hear the TV of the room next door almost as clearly as if I had mine turned on. The front desk is on the 3rd or 4th floor - on the same level as the pool and an open air bar (when they open all the windows and doors), which makes for an awesome setting offering a great view of the City. Check-in was thoughtful, easy, and didn't miss a detail. My room was modern, new, super comfortable, and well-designed. I used the gym which was not great, but well passable for a work-out on the road. Check-out happened automatically. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was great.
