I spent several weeks at this hotel and I can tell you that the staff here is awesome. Chef Hector knew what I wanted for breakfast before I asked. The front desk was always helpful and responsive. The free drinks and refreshments every afternoon was wonderful, especially with such excellent customer service from the bartenders and other staff. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting El Paso.

We needed to stay one night, but would have loved to stay longer. Because our stay was one of convenience, any hotel would have been fine, but, this hotel felt like luxury at it's best. I hope your future stay here will be just as enjoyable as ours was!

Within a shuttle trip from the airport and the staff are top-notch. This is the place to stay in El Paso. The rooms are a little more compact than other Embassy Suites, but the two room suite model fits this hotel perfectly. The pool and exercise room were very visible and the breakfast area and evening manager's reception were very well laid out.

We especially appreciated the location, close to Fort Bliss, multiple good restaurants and the airport. Structural design is appropriate for West Texas ease of living year round. Free breakfast with omelets to order chef was outstanding feature. Hotels staffing level was such that I always saw someone available to deal with problems had there been any.

Friendly staff. The evening reception could have had a better selection. The hotel was very clean and newly remodeled. However my room Had a wet spot by the mini fridge. Decent price and close to the airport.

While this is an older hotel they have updated it very well. The beds are plush and comfortable, the bathroom is a little cramped but for no more than what you need to used it for it works the indoor pool seemed to well taken care of smelled like chlorine when I stepped in it. The managers reception, while it did not have top of the line name brand liquor, what they did have was more than adequate for our group. The made to order eggs was a big hit as well as the buffet style pancakes sausage a... Read more

If you need something fixed (like the elevator), don't expect a quick response to fix it. Reported to the staff for four days in a row to no avail. Probably out of their hands due to maintenance contracts but staff never offered to move me to the opposite side of the hotel where the elevators were properly functioning. Staff very courteous. Very clean.

The Embassy Suites Hotel in El Paso, Tx as a great place to stay. They had an outstanding staff who went the extra mile in making the customer feel like being at home. The room was outstanding, the breakfast in the morning was great and the Manager of the hotel was very professional.

Our family stayed here all the time when we would visit El Paso. It was kinda like a family tradition. Then the hotel was sold and became The El Paso Suites and it was horrible. In fact I would go as far to say it was the worst hotel experience I ever had in El Paso. We never stayed at the El Paso Suites again. But we were pleasantly surprised when we found out that the Embassy had repurchased the hotel. So we decided to give it another try this past weekend and we were glade we did. The hotel w... We enjoyed our stay immensely! Our room was clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and hooray for super fluffy pillows. Every staff member we came in contact with during our stay: front desk, housekeeping, food service, our airport shuttle driver on the morning of the 18th--was cheerful, pleasant, and provided excellent customer service. Our grandkids really enjoyed using the pool. On the evening of the 16th we had a drink in the bar and ordered a quesadilla to share---it was the best que... Read more

First trip to El Paso. Love this town and can't wait to return, and our hotel was a key to our trips' success. This hotel has a great location and rooms were clean, staff super friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed Whitney on the breakfast crew - she was super sweet and very helpful. It sits in between 2 restaurants which came in handy.

We spent 2 nights at the Embassy Suites on a short business trip and found it quite nice for our purpose. The hotel has been recently renovated and so is quite nice looking with the traditional evacuated center. The room was quite spacious with a separate seating room and bedroom. Our bed was quite comfy and the room was quiet. The full breakfast is served buffet style with a live cooking area for omelets. We stayed in this hotel guests For one night. First hotel has limited parking space. I did not like the sign in parking lot , saying " park at your own risk" . It made me stress after long day of driving. I did not like that they refuse to give me high floor room. 3rd floor was not the floor I prefer. I like how rooms are spacious , clean, remodeled, and has everything you need. I did not like the limited option breakfast they offer. Hotel is not family nor kids oriented.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived early and they worked to get my room cleaned so that I could relax before dinner. They made a recommendation for where I ate dinner and it was a great recommendation. The morning breakfast was excellent. The exercise room had what I needed and the equipment was in good working order.

We stayed there July 6-10, 2016 visiting family. Our stay was very good. The beds are wonderful. The only issue we had was they were out of milk during breakfast from Friday until Sunday. Either the machince wasn't working or they just didn't have any milk. I did mention it to the breakfast attendant and I was told they were out. I wish the would have found a way for us guest to have milk. Otherwise the stay was great and the hotel is very nice.

I stayed here before going to the airport the next morning. Nice location with only a 5 minute drive to the airport but also a short drive to downtown. Standard Embassy Suites amenities: free breakfast, free evening reception, indoor pool and gym area. This is an older building but they have made some updates, especially to the common areas. Free parking and friendly desk workers. Good choice for business or leisure, especially if you need airport access but not the airport noise or busyness.

Great place to relax after a hard day of work, business center could have used some more privacy and upgrade in technology, but the staff is great and extremely accommodating.
