Newly renovated hotel with a new, modern feel. Good customer service, good breakfast, and nicely appointed room with comfortable bed. Great value for this El Paso gem. Try the restaurant next door -- Taco Chinamba -- for great Mexican food!

Very comfortable bed, clean room. Pool was great for the kids. Need variety on evening reception bar. I recommend this hotel for business and family visits. Kids slept or watched television while we worked in other room. Air-conditioner is much improved over stay a few years ago.

Check your room for cleanliness and got hot water... The staff members are great and I see why. They have to be great to overshadow the pathetic rooms that are not fully cleaned. I did try room service and it was amazingly great! I only rated this location low due to nastiness, lack of hot water, and the beds are uncomfortable. If you can get past those issues you will be ok...

I stayed at this property for two nights while in El Paso on business. There were a couple of issues at check in, but they were promptly resolved. Both Marcela and Jesse were particularly courteous and made me feel quite welcome. The area shuttle was handy because I didn't have a rental car. Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the evening snacks as well. My room was comfortable and quiet. I will say that the water in the tub/shower wasn't very hot, but it wasn't so cool that I even reported i... Read more

7-13-2016 We have been traveling for about two+ weeks and have stayed at various Hilton family hotels from Denton, Tx, to Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah, etc. Overall the Hilton family have provided excellent service and most of the it hotels were presentable and updated. While the appearance of this hotel is very inviting, the ac is somewhat loud in the bathroom. The bathroom area is small with only a tub and commode. The lavatory was outside of the bathroom and was a little odd... Read more

I was very impressed with the level of customer service in this hotel, employees went out of their way to make you feel at home and take care of any minor problem or request, and best of all they felt empowered to take care of the problem themselves. The location is good near the main highway and close to restaurants, malls, etc.

It was not to bad. The new décor is nice AC's were superb. My check-in was a bit messed up they did not know I was there for a night charged drinks to my room. The next night I went to charge drinks and the girl said I owed her from the night before because the room number I gave her showed no one in there. The guy making eggs seemed pissed the whole time no bacon on the buffet you have to ask the cook for it. The free drinks were not bad but only one bar tender poor girl she had to assist her ... They are so gracious and welcoming. Loved staying here. Our room was so comfortable! It was nice to have a living room with a separate bedroom. Our breakfast was one of the best we've had on our two week vacation. Omelets are made to order. Selection for breakfast very good: oatmeal, sausage, selection of eggs, cereals, donuts, pastries excellent, coffee, tea and juices. Great friendly and attentive service. Great night sleep! First of all i found different hair types on our mattress? Not one not two but 7 different body hair. I think what they do is housekeepers put mattress covers on floor while changing the sheets and it is unacceptable. The reception area and breakfast area are designed very well. Unfortunately the carpet was very dirty in our room. Under of my feet turned in black after not using my shoes to use the bathroom. Seriously. It was like i walked through a charcoal field. Very helpful staff on the front desk. Good sized rooms in great condition. Very clean and well appointed. Evening reception was good - two beer options and a variety of snacks. Taxi to the airport (because the 1st shuttle does not leave until 6:00) was $10+tip.

You can tell the hotel was newly remodeled and it was fresh and clean. They offered complimentary made to order breakfast and had a happy hour out in the atrium/lobby area. Been here several times and even though it is located adjacent to I-10 the rooms are quiet. They are also spacious, comfortable and nice. Really enjoy the dining area in the morning with the freshly made breakfasts and the evening happy hour. A nice way to start off the day and the nice way to end the work day. Don't forget they have an outstanding brunch feast on Sunday.

It's your typical Embassy Suites; that is clean, big rooms, etc. My only complaint is the two TV's in the "living room" and bedroom were on different channel systems, so something on channel 35-1 on one would be 16 (or something like that) on the other. The in-room channel guide only listed one of the channel lineups. I had room service one night and it was just OK.

Very nice front desk staff. Checked in and went to the original room I had selected via e-checkin and the lock didn't work. Was moved to another room. Upon arriving to the newly assigned room, I found the room door propped open and the safe was locked shut, which left me to think that it was someone else's room. There was a group of us so we had three rooms, the first room upon check in had a dirty toilet& one of the two beds were dirty, the second room had a dirty bed it was pretty nasty and disappointing. The front desk staff we talked with over the phone said our only option was to move to different floors and be split up when we went down to the front desk a different worker just moved us over one all on the same floor. The hotel is a very nice hotel overall great free evening reception.

Overall pleased with 3 day stay. Our suite had a handicap accessible shower that was poorly designed or executed which can be cured with re-mounting the shower rod so the curtain at least drapes onto the shower floor tile or some other solution to contain the water. Lots of water leaks onto the bathroom floor creating a slip risk and water damage to the facility risk. I will be surprised if this is not cured soon, management at this facility is very responsive and the staff was excellent.

Typical Embassy Suite hotel. BUT the loudest noisiest place. Most noise was from outside the hotel and kept us up most of the night. The happy hour cocktails were really good. We had booked this for 2 nights but had to cancel the 2nd night because we had a 6 am flight to catch but their limo service didn't start until 6am. Also no breakfast service until 7am. High price to pay without those things.

When I arrived at the El Paso airport, firstly it took more than 1/2 hour for the shutle to arrive. However once the driver arrived, he was very kind, young guy, that really was very nice.
