I stayed here for about 2 weeks and I don't have a single complaint. The staff was very nice and the room was exactly what I needed. I had a studio apartment suite which included a full kitchen with bar seats at the peninsula, a couch, fireplace, chest of drawers with TV on top, a queen bed, and a very nice bathroom. The kitchen is partially stocked with items that you would need to cook and was very handy! Rather than eating out 3 meals a day for 15 days I was able to cook in my room, partake i... Read more

I want to say that this hotel while not the Marriott made up for it by large and spacious rooms, fully outfitted kitchenette. They have a good breakfast, and a light dinner if you are strapped for cash and do not want to eat out a lot. I did not have a single issue with the room, however while I did not use the stove/oven it looked like the last person who cleaned it did not put the burners back in correctly...

We were recently in El Paso with another couple to see a concert. We liked the idea that this hotel has a 2 bedroom suite so we could all stay together. The room was like an apartment with 2 floors...upper level with a king bed and full bathroom, lower level with a separate bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen and living room. The suite was perfect so each couple had their own space! We didn't realize that the hotel offered a social hour in the evenings with a light dinner and cocktails. Tha... Read more

The staff was very hospitable, courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious with a good layout even though a little out dated. I would definitely stay there again. They serve breakfast everyday and a light dinner four days a week. The only issue I had was my AC quit working twice and the first time the maintenance guy only turned down the thermostat, but the second time they fixed it right away. Overall a good experience.

Upgraded to a two bedroom. Unit was great. Had upstairs and downstairs bedrooms with own bathrooms. Clean. Air conditioner worked well. Had a full kitchen. Had a problem with TV reception. Called front desk. Fella showed up within 5 minutes and fixed the problem post haste. Pool was on the chilly side but very refreshing and clean. Hot tub comfortable. Easily accessible from main intersection. Restaurants very close by. Would recommend this place highly.

y husband and I and two grandsons recently stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It is so helpful to have a kitchen with two perpetual eating machines in residence. The property is very clean but needs some maintenance. In our unit there were two lightbulbs out, an old stained tub and a cracked sink. The ice machine in the refrigerator didn't work and the dishwasher was loose in the cabinet. Despite that, we were very comfortable and were treated very well. We enjoyed their Social Hour and breakfas... Read more

I was so impressed with Chase Suite that I immediately got on Facebook and told all my friends about it. I am seriously disappointed time and again with my experiences at hotels and especially the lack of customer service. But I honestly can't speak highly enough about my stay here. It was the best bang for my buck I ever experienced. First and foremost, the staff is incredible. Everyone was so hospitable and helpful, like they truly loved their jobs. The staff is incredible, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable, safe and the room was like apartment living! Awesome! I would highly recommend this hotel fo... Read more

Upon checking, I was given a copy of a map that was copied over 20 times. Of course that map it's going to be blurry and hard to read. Not only was I not able to find my room, but also when I complained to the Front Desk lady all she told me was that the map was all she had. The hilarious thing was that she tried to have another guest who was staying there to play as he was the bell boy and have him show me to my room. I thought that was totally disrespectful to that guest so I asked the Fron... Read more

we rented a couple of 2 bedroom suites, it was great because it had everything we need to cook and have guest over. Next to the lobby they have a laundry mat. Its conveniently close to restaurants, the airport, gas stations and anything could need. Even though the rooms are a bit dated i still highly recommend them and would definitely stay there again.

We walked in the door and said "Wow". It was like staying in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. We had everything we could possibly need in our 2 day stay. It felt like home instead of a usual 1 room hotel. My 7 year old loved his upstairs room and bath to his self. He asked when we are coming back again. We will definately choose Chase again.

Me and my family of 5 stayed in what I could only describe as one of the most spacious, impressive, hotel rooms ever. The layout of the room was like a 2 story apartment and we loved it. The first time I stayed at this hotel, I had to stop as I had been driving for quite a while. Since it was pretty affordable, and available at the time, I chose to book a room. Thinking the place would be a dump, because of the low price, I arrived and was almost not sure I was at the right place. The service was amazing and the rooms are very impressive! I have stayed at this hotel several times and have found it to be a decent choice near the airport. This visit my room had no clothes hangers, no tv remote, the bathroom light was out, no conditioner. The front desk got me some hangers fairly quickly. The tv remote they brought only controlled the channels, not the volume. The desk staff was courteous and apologized for the problems.

I have been here 3 times. I got a two-bedroom Suite which did have very nice large king size beds. Having said that the rooms need serious upgrades they are very old and my little kitchenette had a big tear right in the flooring. Everything is seriously dated. You enter your room from the outside. I give this hotel a very good because of the room being clean and the professional staff. I didn't give it an excellent because the rooms need a really good update, the doors need to be reworked so one does not have to slam them shut, the vent to the A/C need to be cleaned because there is soot around them. All appliances need to be replaced.
