I booked this reservation online while traveling using the Wyndham website. I've done this several times before with good results. The reservation was there when we arrived but the desk clerk showed little interest in giving us information...sent us to the back of the facility to park and said to use the back entrance to reach our 2nd floor room. After we lugged our suitcase etc up the back stairs we walked down a long hallway to our room to find it almost directly across from the elevator. H... Read more

We stayed at the Days Inn overnight during a road trip. We had a great experience and we will be back. The front desk clerk (Justine, I think) was friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and clean. Definitely more than we were expecting for a one-night stay!

I was a bit concerned with the clerk at check in. He bragged about getting $1,000 for a room ftom a guest that was exhausted. I don't care for clerks that brag about cheating a guest out of their money.

After booking through Wyndham, we arrived with 5 guests per room (10 of us). Mostly children. Arriving the guy at the front desk made it clear that he wasn't sure why or who approved all of us to stay. He was very annoyed. Upon reserving rooms I ask for 2 rooms close together and called the morning of arrival. We were put on separate floors. The pool, sauna and hot tub were very clean and maintained as was the premises. The hotel itself is great and we will probably stay here on our way bac... Read more

I was traveling with my family and needed three beds for four adults and a teenager. They had a double queen and a second king room available; but when they realized what we needed the front staff suggested a family suite with two queen beds as well as a king size bed. Great room and much cheaper than paying for two rooms, and the facility is also pet friendly.

After a bad experience at another local motel, this was a dream come true. Room was great, from the comfort of the bed, to the in room whirlpool. Clean and quiet, with amazing staff. Indoor pool is a saltwater pool, as is the hot tub, and both were superclean. Will recommend to family coming in, and will definitely be back for another staycation, and soon!

ALL was great- the size of the room great bed, great design. The only drawback came at check-in. We had driven through driving rain and tornado clouds and were eager to get to our room. There were two young ladies at the desk- one was counting money and the other on the phone. I stood there for a bit without any notice from them and they began a conversation that I finally spoke to interrupt. My check-in was handled quickly without muck interaction. Other than that- a wonderful stay.

The photos of the property were fairly deceiving making things appear larger than they actually were. We had a problem with the first room we checked into, which was resolved. The staff at night appeared to be more interested in chatting with their friends than helping. The lady in the morning was very nice, which is why I rated them average instead of poor for service. My kids wanted to swim and after looking at the pool I wouldn't allow them to swim since the water was green. The beds in ... Read more

The bathtub wouldn't drain, so, i had to take a shower standing in dirty water. I had to fix the toilet so it wouldn't run constantly & would flush. And there were "a herd of elephants" staying overhead. The manager gave us an $8.00 discount, the next morning. but, i didn't feel that was sufficient - i thought it should have been a total or at least half refund.

The room was quite spacious with a larger than average refrigerator. Be sure to place produce on the lower shelves as my salad froze on the top shelf. Well, Dumas is in a place in the middle of nowhere northwest of big old Texas, being that said this is a very good Days Inn, room we very comfortable (a/c a little noisy and since is floor leveled the bed next to iron will receive the direct air - just if this bothers you) breakfast was good and the property, even though it's old, is well maintained and quiet. The other good thing is that it's on the main street and close to the things Dumas has to offer. Good stay for the price.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our recent road trip. The staff was very friendly and quick to help out when I needed some copies made. My double queen room came with 2 sinks, one in the bathroom and one off the main room. That made sharing the room much easier. The room was equipped with a fridge and microwave. The free morning breakfast was better than most similarly priced hotels where we stayed. And the breakfast room had plenty of tables and room to move about.
