It is a relief to be able to stay at a cool and pleasant hotel in Del Rio where daytime temperatures can get high. This location is off the main strip, a plus for runners who want to get quality mileage. Close to everything you could need. You can visit places on the strip when you want to.

This was our first stay in this hotel. Friendly staff and nice room with ample outlets for recharging. I hated the two big speed bumps in the parking area, even if you came to a total stop and tried to creep over, it still was a big bounce to your car and your body.. I couldn't believe a hotel this nice had such decrepit luggage carts. The wheels did not swivel and you had to put your whole body into it just to go straight ahead. Breakfast was ok, no meat.

Clean & comfortable. Ample convent parking. Near Lake Amistad, several state parks, Native American sites and pictographs. A comfortable drive to the Big Bend area that allows time to visit other attractions including the Judge Roy Bean Visitor Center.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Del Rio about twice a year over the last three years. My trips are for business. Service is good. Staff is helpful, providing early or late check in when possible, storing luggage and help with business center. Lobby is nice and comfortable for impromptu meetings and working. Rooms and breakfast are standard as expected for a Hampton Inn. Location is great, walking distance to most restaurants and small local mall. It's a solid hotel choice for a business trip.

We booked a king suite for 2 nights in this beautiful hotel. It is attractive and close to the main highway 90. There is a mall across the street and numerous close restaurants, even a nearby Starbucks. We had room 328 at the end of the hall next to the stairs. The room was very spacious and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The reception person at the front desk was cordial and helpful in answering questions about the area, although she told me it ... My fiance and I love to meet in Del Rio to share our love and the Hampton has been a big part of our memorable moments. He lives in Acuna Mexico and I live in Dallas Texas 7 hours away. The Hampton took the edge off of the 7 hour drive with a relaxing atmosphere.

Stayed at this hotel one night, my only complaint was, it's only one night! Check in was easy, work out room and room was very clean! Front desk recommended a running route on a road that's next to the hotel behind a bank and Walmart. It was a fantastic place to run. Not much traffic and great stretch of road. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the Del Rio, TX area needing a rest.

This hotel is very nice. The showers are nice, the AC works well, the complimentary breakfast is on par with other hotel breakfasts. Everything is clean and in good working order, it was a great hotel for a business stay.

The hotel and room was clean. However, the bed could have doubled for a trampoline. You could feel the springs and if I jumped from a chair onto the bed I would be on the roof. I was also very disappointed in the breakfast for a Hampton Inn. The variety was not what I expected for the quality associated with name of a Hampton Inn.

One of the nicest Hampton Inn & Suites we've stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Savannah. We checked in late and got to our room. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. It had a nice wet bar area with a sink, micro wave and frig. The breakfast area was spotless and the hot and cold food was refreshed, tables cleaned constantly. the hotel was so clean it looked new but, after asking I found out it was 8 years old. i would have never guessed. If you need to stay in Del Rio, this is the place. Quality Hampton Inn property, clean, easy to find, and always helpful staff. Added bonus is that it is right next to Rudy's (grab some quality BBQ!).

Hilton has changed their points policy, if corporate is paying for in a direct bill, I no longer get my points. So I no longer will be seeking out Hampton/Hilton to stay at. They do not have firm pillows available, they have fluff not good for neck and back support

If you travel to Del Rio, Texas, I would recommend staying either here or possibly the H.I. Express across the street. All of the other hotels that I drove by looked very dated. I'm not sure how long this property has been here, but it is very well kept up. Lobby and breakfast areas are all very clean. Rooms are very comfortable. Front desk staff was sort of robotic, but got me checked in and out successfully.

Very nice hotel that had an excellent front desk staff. I forgot my iPhone charger and was almost out of juice. The front desk girl let me borrow her personal charger for a few hours, which was very nice if her.

This property was a great stay..The beds are so comfortable and clean.Del Rio is very limited on clean and comfortable. This Hampton met our expectations. The breakfast was a bit less to be desired compared to my stays at other Hampton. I will stay here again.

Traveled to DR for a last minute trip. We were glad they had a vacancy at the Hampton. The rooms can be darkened to enjoy your sleep and the climate was perfect. The staff at the front desk and at the breakfast bar were very friendly.

This Hampton Inn appears to be brand new, although it is in fact a few years old. It is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The exercise room was very nice and my room was more spacious than I had expected. I stay here everytime I come to Del Rio.

Great staff, clean rooms, if you want to improve anything the breakfast needs to be changed, the eggs are pretty runny the day to day change up doesn't disguise the eggs.... overall I enjoy staying here and is my top choice when I go to Del Rio.

Check in is always fast as I use digital checkin. Rooms are clean and air conditioning in all the rooms will freeze you! (Which is a good thing) it is located centrally in town and you can walk to mall and left wife shop and get to some good restaurants also.

Looked at some less expensive hotels, but in driving by they did not look that great. So we splurged on a Hampton. Clean, well lit, convenient for bird watching sites, and to a Rudy's for dinner. A great place to spend two nights. Beds comfortable. Close to elevator and it was a little noisy at first - just folks getting on and off- but things settled down at 10. We are early risers and the early breakfast was helpful.

Hotel is clean and convenient to places to eat and get things you forgot. Convenient location to my work site as well. Liked how hotel is set back off the main road so evenings were nice and quiet. Very attentive staff and no problem with having to leave one day earlier than planned.

I really enjoyed the great breakfast options in the morning as well. Asked for extra toothbrushes and they had me covered. I had a great stay.
