My husband and I visited Dallas for a wedding. All of the recommended hotels were downtown and more than we wanted to pay, so I found this hotel with a great rate on hotels.com and booked immediately. And, I'm glad I did because we had a great stay. The location was perfect! It was easy to get to and only a short 10 minute drive to all the places we wanted to see and had to visit for the wedding festivities. The staff was very friendly and check-in/out was a breeze. We had a club-level room... Read more

I stay at the nearby Doubletree 20 nights a year for business and this week was my first Sheraton experience at the nearby Sheraton at the galleria. This hotel blows the doubletree out of the door!! Why??? the Sheraton has a more updated lobby, rooms, facilities, etc and it is in the same price range as the other hotel. The bar and restaurant were excellent and the rooms were updated and very clean.

This Sheraton is a nice convenient hotel near the Galleria. It is NOT a place to stay if you want to walk to the Galleria, however- it is a short drive away. The interior of the lobby is recently updated and tastefully decorated. The breakfast area has plenty of room and is about what you'd expect in quality. The manager contacted me prior to the stay by personal email and upgraded my room, for which I give major kudos! We stayed in the Jr Suite which was certainly larger than the standard room,... Great location off of 635/lbj. This is a nice hotel that's had a full renovation with in the last 3-4 years. Rooms are on the small side but they do have comfortable beds. Nice lenins as well. Very tasteful decor. Lobby is a bit confusing and you do have to pay $12 a day for self parking which is a bit out of place in this neighborhood. Small flat screen tv but they do have pay per view movies. This is also the hotel Qatar airways uses for its crews so expect some great conversations down in the... Read more

Room is nice and people were nice, but there really shouldn't be a 13$ charge for parking in this area of town. I would understand if this was in the downtown area but this is largely a business/industrial area.

It was OK for a business stay, but i wouldn't book this for pleasure. The food at the Front Yard restaurant is like Olive Garden. The lobby is renovated, but the rooms are older. Small Sheraton Club with limited refreshments.

We used points to stay here, just for one night, as we had a business trip in Downtown Dallas. This night was just for fun. I can say that I was happy to get a pre-arrival email from the general manager advising that breakfast (a hot breakfast, not continental) would be included, as would parking. Kind of made us feel special, until we saw the very basic breakfast bar they have, not very impressive, warm nor tasty. The eggs were cool and even though there were two attendants working in that a... Read more

When we got there, we were met by a very snooty receptionist, and, honestly was not very impressed, by her attitude. I was not of the impression that you had to pay to park your car, and she gave me no choice, gave me no explanation so I had to pay for that service. Great thing that the male receptionist we met next morning explained it all to me, and was extremely nice for a change. Even gave us direction to the Galleria Mall. My thanks to him

The hotel itself isn't bad. The bed was comfortable, most of the staff were very nice. The air conditioning in several rooms really need some maintenance - they are far too loud. It was also interesting that the front desk would not allow pizza delivery to my room. I had settled in for the night, didn't feel like going anywhere, they called to tell me I had pizza delivery. Beautiful interior. Clean. Awesome staff. Our family stayed at this location several times in 2015 and we were impressed and left satisfied each time. The first time we stayed there, the lady that checked us in was probably the most helpful and attentive hotel clerk I have met! My father, brother & his daughter and my daughter & me stayed there on 7/28 and hotel was full of teen aged sports teams that were loud, rude, disrespectful and out of control. Their parents didn't supervise them and the hotel did nothing to enforce the rules. Numerous complaints and calls were made but no change. We stayed here for a baseball tournament. One pay washer in this huge hotel that was booked for several teams. It was broken. When we asked if there were other options in the hotel, they offered to take us to a laundry mat five miles away (at ten o'clock at night, no thanks.)
