Room was nice but I was charged a 100 dollar holding fee that I was not informed about and was embarrassed so I had to add more money to my card to cover after I already paid 83.75 for room.I will not stay at Ramada or book through hotels.com website again in town from Tennessee very bad experience.

The hotel is older and worn. The carpeting is stained. The ouside are in the back has open holes where there is stgnet water with garbage in it. The down stairs barhroom by the eating area had cockroaches in the toilet. The elevator had dropped food and trash. The ambiance was just of not being clean.

Noisy with bright parking lot lights shining through the curtains all night. At breakfast, there is a tip cup by the coffee pot yet they have a cheap powdered creamer and average coffee. No oatmeal or yogurt or meats, only eggs. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want great service or a good nights sleep.

I stayed at the hotel close to 4 months, based on an extended stay monthly rate which was given in writing by the previous corporate sales manager. Not only is it in an extremely sketchy area, but it also is a hotel that's falling apart. We went here for a team trip for volleyball and it felt like the worst place to be with kids. The rooms were disgusting, the walls were pealing, the furniture looked like it came from a garage sale and the breakfast held no nutritional value at all. (Cereal). Every night it smelled like weed and people wandered around outside the hotel trying to approach my players. I would never bring anyone here including... Read more

Decent enough for the price and nice that it has an onsite restaurant and bar. The problem is the airport shuttle. The front desk will say 10 minutes but it will actually take 45 minutes to get picked up. This is a recurring issue. In the morning had a 4:30 van to airport scheduled but it left nearly 20 minutes late as the driver was taking someone elsewhere. As I travel the country for work purposes, staying at the various hotel chains is part of the benefits. In comparison to others, The Ramada in Dallas was an exceptionally nice hotel. I'm tempted to say you get what you pay for, but even that is a bit generous for this place. First off they advertise that they have cribs available but they do not. God forbid you have an issue with your stay, because you will get no help from the front desk. The person I spoke to got angry at me for needing to switch hotels due to the lack of a crib. We stay at this Ramada almost every time we come to Dallas. The rooms are good, the rate is reasonable, and there is a hot breakfast every morning. It is close to Love Field, and good restaurants are within 10 minutes.
