I've stayed at this hotel prior to it being a Magnolia Hotel...huge improvement. The staff were courteous and the hotel is nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the linens cozy. Common spaces are pleasant and the complimentary breakfast is great.

We loved the location! About a 5-10 minute ride from downtown/uptown and 5 minutes from North Park. Happy Hour and turndown service! We stayed in December and it was decorated beautifully making it such a fun place to spend a couple of days over the holidays!

I love this hotel and have decided it is my preferred place to stay when I have business in Dallas. It is close to downtown, the Bush library, the Perot museum and great shopping at Northpark. They serve cookie and milk each evening, have free wifi and a happy hour in the bar.

My daughter and I spent one night here at The Magnolia Hotel. We checked in on Saturday afternoon and the staff was so nice to us. We asked about suggestions for dinner and were given names and directions to several restaurants close to the hotel. We were very pleased with our room... It was Very clean! The beds ere also very comfy and the linens smelled so fresh! The hotel was in a very good location for us. We will definitely stay here again!

The week I went the pool was closed for maintenance that was the only knock on the hotel. I loved the free reception hour with 2 glasses of wine or beer or soda or juice for the guess. Then they had free cookies and milk I so loved that. The complementary breakfast was amazing the beds were comfortable all in all a great experience.

This is my preferred hotel when I have business that brings me to Dallas. They've recently undergone a massive renovation and it shows! Quick drive to downtown, Bishop Arts District and SMU. Shopping and restaurants are all close by. Complimentary breakfast until 10a on weekends. The have a reception in the bar each evening from 5:30-6:30p with two free drinks. My husband and I stayed here as part of reunion of about 150 people. Our room was clean, bright, comfortable, and quiet. Our group had a convenient hospitality room on the first floor, and the hotel kept us well provided with coffee, soda, and snacks. The two banquet dinners were really very good, perhaps the best I've ever had for a large group event like this. Service was attentive. One of my measures of this is that I prefer hot tea to drink with dessert. When the coffee service cam... Read more

I had an amazing stay at the Magnolia Hotel Dallas Park Cities! I was instantly impressed with its convenient location. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel had cookies and milk available for the guests and a cocktail hour for hotel stayers. If that doesn't set this hotel apart, the room will. We were very impressed with this property. Perfectly clean and very comfortable rooms with great amenities like reading lights over the beds. Slept like babies. We are a band on tour, which involves late nights and not-so-early mornings. Only one of us managed to make it to breakfast in the morning, but he raved about it. And when we got in very late on our first night's stay and there were no food options still open at the late hour, we were very happy to find that the hotel store included a gr... Read more

Upon checkin we were informed of the managers reception, milk and cookies, and complimentary breakfast, all of which were wonderful perks. The last time I stayed here was 2014 and it was a Holiday Inn. Since then, they've apparently changed owners and remodeled the rooms. The rooms are much nicer and modern with LED lights behind the bed, nice new carpeting and such. The A/C worked well, hot water was a little inconsistent. The free breakfast was decent although I would have liked some sliced fresh fruit to go with the yogurt, not a big deal (I imaging that can get expensive) Really the only thing I would complain about is the... I would have rated the Magnolia a 5 except for the fact that the internet service was less than optimal for conducting business. We were frequently denied access or it was incredibly slow preventing completion of work. Also, it would have been a nice perk for the rooms to have microwaves (there are microwaves on every floor by the ice machine - very inconvenient) and for housekeeping to offer or leave fresh towels/ shampoo on the doors for those customers that choose to decline the services on a... The management and staff were extremely attentive and responsive to our customer needs and those of others we spoke with during our stay. The General Manager, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for after an early morning travel snafu that he had nothing to do with. The level of courtesy shown by all staff was extraordinary, and should be upheld as a model for other properties throughout the country.

Choose the Magnolia Hotel for a relaxing and indulgent stay in the Dallas Park Cities area! The rooms are spacious and well-appointed and the entire hotel is posh and immaculate. The happy hours for drinks from 3-5 and milk and cookies (WHAT?!?!?) from 8-10 are just the icing on an already fantastic cake! Customer service was stellar. The bar in the lobby was inviting and elegant. I can't wait to return! This is a definite must-visit!

We came in to town for our niece's wedding. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The front desk was extremely helpful in guiding us to nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel was quiet when sleeping and the breakfast was wonderful!

We went to Dallas for an expo at the convention center. All hotels downtown were a small fortune compared to the Magnolia N. Central. The bed was a little soft for our liking, and the A/C roared like standing beside a diesel pick up. The room was maybe a little small, but it had everything we needed for a few days stay. Really, the best parts of the hotel were outside of the room. EVERY staff member we encountered was very friendly! The breakfast was VERY good. Lots of choices. Probably the bes... Read more

I'm a bit of a Princess and the Pea type of sleeper so I rate hotels by how comfortable the beds are. Well, Magnolia far exceeded my expectations. Not only were the beds super comfy, the hotel staff was the nicest group of folks you'll ever meet. The cookie tray was empty my second night when I came back from dinner and several of the staff went searching for cookies. Won my heart! They always had a big Dallas smile and hello every time I walked in or out of the lobby. I will stay here again and... Read more

I needed a quiet place to finish a project and was given just that. The room's AC unit was noisy and blew right at the desk. When I called the front desk, they promptly sent an engineer who located a nearby room with a better configuration and a very quiet AC. He was very professional. It was also nice to have free parking, internet, and breakfast.

We were somewhat disappointed with the Magnolia Hotel Dallas-Park Cities. Our first hotel room was dark and claustrophobic, as it's window looked out onto the indoor pool wall and dark beams. We were then moved to the top floor to a room with a view of the highways-at least that room was bright. However, things were not as they should be. The telephone did not work, as well as the clock radio. The A/C unit was extremely loud, and blew cold air onto you when sitting on the bed. We had to sh... Read more
