There are many other lodgings where I would prefer to spend my money. The fixtures were cheap, basic cable TV was all, both the TV and remote were difficult to operate and slow, billing was incorrect and staff had to depend on one person, that happened to have the day off, to correct the invoice.

This was my first visit to a La Quinta and I was impressed. Very comfortable rooms, clean, and very nice for the price. I heard no traffic noise as some reported but I was near the back of the hotel. My only complaint was breakfast. Only one hot food item...waffles. But the rooms here are so much less expensive than other area hotels, I can accept less breakfast. All staff were very friendly EXCEPT the Sunday lady who did the breakfast and front desk. Several guests were waiting for breakf... Read more

Everything about this place is as good as it gets or better! We arrived early afternoon, no problem Sir you can go straight to your room now. No waiting because we were early, nothing was too much trouble! The room was bright and airy, and very, very clean. The bathroom was a good size and with all the usual amenities, more towels than two people could credibly use, shampoo, soaps (plural) if you are looking for a great hotel look no further than this one. The staff cannot do more for you ... Read more

This hotel is run down and poorly maintained. The staff is unconcerned and confused. Called us four times during our stay asking us if we wanted to extend our reservations since we left our luggage in the room. We kept explaining that we had made the reservations for two nights and planned to stay. Each call was from a different person with no knowledge of the previous calls to us. The breakfast is not worth waiting for. They use an instant syrup for their coffee machine. In this day and age of ... Read more

Everything was top notch! I do not have 1 complaint, which is very unusual as I tend to be a nit-picker. I especially enjoyed the pool area and fitness room. Great location near downtown, hospitals, doctors offices.

Reservation for a King room made. Notation for late check-in. I called about 5pm to re-confirm they had the king room and we would be late arriving. Upon arrival, they had given our King away and we had to have double. Not happy, since I had gone to the trouble of confirming.

This hotel is nice other than the horrible instant coffee with the breakfast. Front elevator did not work part of the time. Room was clean, bed was OK, bathroom clean. Breakfast was fine if you don't mind instant coffee.

In Dallas to be with a family member having surgery. Needed a one night stay with early check in. Staff was very accommodating. Travelling alone and at 71 am always concerned about safety. Left the hospital about 9 pm and had no worries getting into the hotel or my room. Was a perfect location. Had coffee about 5:30 AM prior to checking out and was greeted by a very friendly lady ready to assist me. My room was clean, comfortable and I would stay there again with no hesitation.

I've stayed at this location numerous times, however I will not stay there again. The place was dirty, my room reeked of cigarette smoke, the a/c was extremely noisy and my room was never serviced, even after two requests to the front desk. Great location, extremely poor conditions. This is unfortunate as the front staff are great.

Guest next door complained of us slamming door (we didn't), smoking (don't) & discrimination based on race (unaware of what caused this). The staff apologized for her behavior & comped our 2nd night (we did not ask for this).

We arrived early and were allowed to check-in. The hotel decor was done in sunny yellow and orange. First breakfast at La Quinta that had Biscuits & Grave. People seemed to like. Not this Calif girl. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was hard to fine. Located next to a very busy IHOP.

Needed hotel near hospital for my husbands early morning surgery. Room was on same level as front desk which made it easier for my husband to maneuver. Ample parking spaces. Room was very clean.... Staff for my two day stay were very nice and accommodating since I was not sure if I needed one more nights stay. Felt safe, especially returning late from hospital and parking was near entrance. Room so quiet. Could not hear any neighbors and pool was on lower level outside my window but could... Read more

Everyone in this hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and looked new or newly remodeled. The breakfast was kept at the correct temperatures and well maintained. It was fresh and delicious. I will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

La Quinta hotels vary a lot in quality. The Dallas-North Central appears to have been remodeled recently. It is attractive and in a very good location in mid-Dallas. Concerns: few amenities in the bath; breakfast okay but low on fruit offered. Overall, pretty good for the price. Construction nearby was noisy.

I spent 2 days researching hotels in the area, wanting something not too pricey, but clean and safe, with good customer service. My daughter was attending classes on the Baylor campus and neither one of us knew anything about the area. I settled on this property because of it's airport shuttle (from Love Field) and 5 mile radius, by request. They also provide a good breakfast with eggs, bacon and waffles shaped like the state of Texas. The shuttle service was so wonderful, the property was clean... Read more

Overall good experience at this hotel. Hotel was clean, update and very pet friendly. We will stay again when traveling with our pet. Location is easy to find, however freeway noise from I75 could be annoying to some people.

We chose this hotel for it's pet friendly policy, and have stayed in several La Quinta's in many states. This one is centrally located to the area we needed and the front desk attendant was extremely friendly, but that's where the good part ends. The hotel room felt very damp and outdated. We were on the first floor, which get like part of the basement as the entry to the hotel was on the 2nd floor. The bed was very hard and there was no extra blanket. Which we needed because the under-the-windo... Read more

Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with the new addition of bacon and eggs. Pet friendly but limited outside areas to walk the dog. Air conditioning is cold. Towels are clean and soft. Beds are firm and comfortable.

LaQuinta is always my first search when I'm looking for a place to stay on a trip, and not just because I'm in the Rewards program. I always looked for LaQuinta even before. I can't recall ever being disappointed. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, better than average breakfast, and when we had our dog, she was welcome.

We stayed at LA Quinta Hotel in Dodge City and was very disappointed in their breakfast. When you pay 130.00 you should get a premium breakfast. The room was good. Breakfast consisted of hot water barely warm, coffee barely warm, bacon half cooked and cinnamon rolls stale and old tasting. For a premium price , you should get a premium breakfast. We won't stay again

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I have always had a good nights sleep, the rooms and hotel are clean and the staff members have always been helpful and friendly. The hotel is also in a good location if your work is taking you downtown or to north Dallas.

I had to travel to Dallas for 1 night. Location of this hotel was ideal and the staff were wonderful. It would be OK for a quick one night trip, but if I had to stay longer than that I would find another hotel.

I was in the hotel overnight due to an early morning medical procedure. Room was great and personnel were professional and personable. The room was very clean and well appointed. Front desk personnel were very helpful. I will stay there anytime I have business or a pleasure trip in the North Dallas area.

I love this location: you can be downtown in 15 minutes, NorthPark in 2, Richardson in 15. Friendly staff, safe environment. Close to Presbyterian Hospital. It is consistently clean and well-maintained--not to mention VERY pet friendly. Request a room away from the I-75 side (a little noisy)

This hotel needs was not worth the amount they were charging. First the A/C blew up, smoke smell filled the room. They changed us to another room that smelled of cigarettes so badly our clothes stunk! The shower curtain was not installed properly and kept sliding to the middle of the rod therefore water was splashing out onto the floor. My husband asked if the newspapers were for guests and she told him there was one left and she was about to read it!

My family came to town last weekend:Thurs to Sunday. Dad and Stepmom stayed here. Place was nice, clean, had a snak bar area with food/drink for purchase. I made a reservation for first time ever with trip advisor and it all worked out well. It was the best deal and we had no issues checking in, etc. We met there a few times over the weekend so I was able to walk around and check the place, and room out. Room was nice, had everything you would expect, was clean, etc. Only issue was, toilets ... Read more

Chose hotel based on availability of free shuttle service to and from Love Field Airport. Disappointed when shuttle took an hour to reach the airport, after being told it would be half an hour. Took taxi instead after 45-minute wait. Saw shuttle on way to hotel about 1/3 of the way to hotel - and was called when shuttle arrived at airport, so know how long it took. Had been planning to use shuttle to reach family home nearby, but did not trust it to be timely, so had family members come to get u... Read more
