Stayed for 3 nights last week, 8th floor south view. Vry depressing view. Corner room.. left like was in a tube. The worst experience on wifi ever. Furniture needs upgrade. Bathroom shower had dripping water 24hrs. WC was not completely clean as it should be. A weird smiling soap given. Too cramped up space between the working table, chair n bed. I hurt myself twice. AC fan was to noisy. Breakfast spread was same on all 3 mornings. No variety in fruits. Very basic! The only respite n probably t... Read more

Rooms definitely need an uplift, furniture, bathroom fixtures, supplies. Excellent staff, very courteous and professional. Bar is another encouraging part of the hotel. Room was on 8th floor with south view. Comfortable bed but room was too small. Worst was the wi-fi, just didn't work without breaking link for more than 5-10 minutes.

Great hotel. All personnel were professional and helpful. We were able to get around and through Dallas using the hotel as our point of reference. Has great parking and easy access. If one needs to exercise by walking the parking lot is superb for it.

Had a flight out of Love field in the morning, very easy to find, the price was very reasonable. I would not accept room 315 again as it is directly across from the storage room and the help does not know how to close the door quietly. That was very disturbing even after saying something and being assured they were finished for the day it continued on.

Great place......convenient to market Hall and Trade Mart and even though it's well within walking distance, they offer a shuttle. They greet you by name each day even! Convenient to restaurants and local sites as well. Clean, easy, good people. I stay here every market.

Firstly, Landing in Dallas after an exhaustive long haul flight was a welcome drink. Reached Holiday Inn. Very good location and quite a decent property. Checkin was very fast, thanks to an efficient and professional staff at the front desk. Rooms are clean, reasonably spacious. Wifi is free and fast. Very decent complimentary breakfast. Shuttle facility is limited to 3-4 miles around drop. It will be good if it is extended to 10 miles around.

First room we were given had no working lights in the bathroom. They were nice enough about switching but it was a hassle after being in the car with three kids for 4 hours. The room was comfortable though. The breakfast was great but very expensive for what was available. Kids were free which helped offset the cos . Overall it was a good value for the area.

I am a seasoned hotel traveler and have to stay in hotels about twice a month. Today my second time staying at this hotel, due to the convenient location and its overall cleanliness I choose to stay here. I informed them that on my last stay they charged the card that I had on file for incidentals. We all know how that can be a pain if your corporate policy is for card on file to be charged. When I informed the front desk he said that they needed a signed authorization form in order to cha... Read more

I liked the location as it was the middle of Dallas and the price was good. I should have known it was too good to be true. I received this hotel from a website that you don't know until after purchased (we all may know which). It's pretty apparent that it's an older hotel, which didn't matter to me. But when I got off the elevator for the 9th floor where my room was , it was dimly lit and there was a giant patch of mold on the tile. (I alerted the staff which they didn't seem too eager to note ... Read more

There is nothing very bad about this property and nothing really good either. The hotel is old and dated. The good news is the bed was very comfortable. I am surprised that IHG hasn't made this hotel update the decor. Overall a comfortable stay in an old property.

We were in town in order to take my husband to doctors at UT Southwestern and were able to get a great rate that really helped us out. The hotel was nice and clean. The carpet in the room was dated and looked a little ragged but not too bad. The bathroom was very small but it helped that there was a vanity outside the bathroom to get ready. The biggest issue was that they bed was VERY firm. We hardly spent any time in the room so we lived with it and for the price we would probably stay agai... Read more

Great team of hospitality professionals. Very personalized guest service more than makes up for some of the architectural shortcomings. Although my last stay was several months ago, they knew my personal preferences and always made me feel appreciated as a guest. DavId, Rodney, Kristin, Rodney, Archie, and the others at the desk make sure each guest is recognized upon entering. New and old faces in the restaurant: Urial and Alfredo and Maria. Had a good time here even though it was the first time here and in Dallas with my family. The front desk person Kenny from Detroit was a great help! He has great customer service and hope he's there in October when I come with my family. Only thing that was lacking was the breakfast that was 10.99 a person. French toast was horrible and the eggs were dry. I would've like to see someone making omelettes or just make it free like other holiday inns

Stayed here for a night. The room was overpriced in my mind, one could book a similar room in a 2.5 star hotel including breakfast. The room was old, a/c was loud, and the hotel was outdated. The staff were friendly but come on, at this price I could go to crowne plaza or Sheraton and enjoy a newer room and a manager happy hour... disappointed with holiday inn

Arrived to the hotel late - Check in was easy and the front desk was always friendly. Busy lobby possibly due to a big group and the bar. Hotel is dated but served its purpose. Room was large and bed was comfortable. I was need the dart track so it did get noisy at times. Room service was quick. Im sure Ill be back next time. They do have a shuttle that will take you anywhere 3 miles or closer to the hotel.

This hotel has an airport shuttle between Dallas Love field. The same shuttle will take you to a restaurant or shop within s 3 mile radius . This is good as nothing is within walking distance except a diner next door. The buffet breakfast wasn't bad but it was included with my room at a special group rate. The wifi is pretty good for basic email or web browsing . The hotel bar is small not too bad. My room was large and clean with a fridge. Not sure I'd stay again unless I had a rental car.

This hotel was a very nice hotel for the cost.. I normally stay at the Renaissance but had this trip booked at the very last minute and Renaissance rates were a little higher than normal.. The staff was very friendly as well as the Bartender.. Also this hotel is right by my favorite breakfast diner.. All in all was a very good stay!!

As is normally the case with Holiday Inn's, they are no frills. This Holiday Inn is no exception and whilst the rooms are acceptable the facilities are lacking. Service is acceptable although don't ask the front-desk for any tourist ideas, they have no idea.

Holiday Inn brand is perhaps one of the most popular brands in the world of hospitality, and people know what they should expect in a Holiday Inn, and the Dallas Market Center is no exception. The hotel was generally fine, in every aspect. I arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, I was there at around 1pm. Front Desk staff Rodney said my room was not ready and kindly asked me to wait. It didn't take long until my room was ready, around 15 mins. My room was generally clean, except I foun... Read more

We chose this hotel for its location close to the American Airlines Center, and that was appropriate. However, the rooms are outdated- and , frankly, rather nasty. The carpet was dingy and felt "dirty". The bathroom had pipes coming visibly out of the wall. The decor was 1970s and not in any good way! It was overpriced for what you got. The front desk staff was nice- no problems with that!

There is a tub / shower combo with the tub lining showing wear in areas. Window view but nothing to see in the area. Hotel had an outside pool but did not see / use. This hotel is very close to Zale Lipshy and Parkland Hospitals. Just down the street. I arrived there late at night without a reservation. I was nearly dead. I guess I looked that way. They were sold out, but the clerk kept looking and finally found me a room. It's not a fancy hotel, but it seemed clean to me. There is no free breakfast. Our flight arrived late and we struggled to find the hotel in the dark. It is situated on a major road junction and miles from any restaurants. The receptionist informed us that the hotel had "a full service restaurant" which turned out to be a few tables in the bar area with a very limited menu. However, the included buffet breakfast the next morning was great. Plenty of choice of hold or cold food. The hotel is very convenient to the medical center and provides a shuttle service. When we checked in we were asked the reason for the stay. We advised it was to support friends while in the hospital. The person at the desk advised that there was a rate for medical and changed our booking with the lower rate.
