A wonderful experience. This was our host hotel for my sons wedding. They provided a large block of rooms for our guests, including some last minute requests the evening of the wedding. There was a nice area reserved for our cocktail hour prior to the reception and then a private brunch the next morning.

My biggest beef with this hotel and how it treats its HHonors Elite members is the lounge. Its pathetic. The warm breakfast consists of oatmeal and runny scrambled eggs? I've seen some bad lounges, but this one was really sub par. Hilton REALLY needs to step it up in terms of their lounge offerings overall. Cost cutting may be fine for your occasional traveler seeking a great price, but coming from a business traveler that is on the road virtually every week, we need a little something to k... Read more

Like so much of Dallas, this is a nice hotel in a "I could be anywhere" location. Had a little trouble with hot water for the morning shower, but it made a good wake up call, and was not indicative of the overall condition and feel of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay, and would recommend it, if you need to be in this part of Dallas.

As a Diamond HHonors member, I make it a priority to stay at Hilton both for business and pleasure. My recent stay was for the latter and I was very disappointed in this Hilton's experience. First, the hot water in the shower took over 20 minutes of constant water running to get hot. Only after running the sink at the same time did the water temp change. Second, the executive lounge was abysmal. The "food" was so bad that the F&B manager should be embarrassed or fired. Making matters worse, th... Read more

This was my third time to stay at this hotel this year. Obviously, it was a good experience. The location was perfect for our families. It's only a couple of blocks walking distance to an upscale area of Dallas with lots of shops and very good restaurants. It's an easy drive to Northpark Mall, SMU, Love Field and close to downtown, and lots of the Dallas fun sites. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe for those who chose to go for a run. The restaurant was good and the service by all the staf... Read more

My wife had a very hectic and emotionally draining trip to Dallas to handle some family affairs. This location was perfect for her travels to Oak Cliff, Plano, and Lakewood. The entire staff was always pleasant and helpful and her comfortable room was a welcomed quiet refuge for her to recoup for the next day. The visit and experience certainly place the Hilton Dallas Park Cities on our repeat list for our next Dallas visit.

Outstanding facility with very helpful staff. No problems and no worries during my stay. Work out room was clean and machines were in working order. Room service food was very good and delivered in the time that was stated.

This is a top notch choice for visit to Dallas. Close to Love Field (less than 10-15 minutes away), near the two north-south expressways and convenient to restaurants and shops as well as the major visitor sites such as Bush Presidential Library, JFK Museum at Book Depository and SMU. The Hotel is well kept, rates are reasonable and breakfasts are outstanding. The fitness facility is well kept and staff appear to take pride in keeping the place in excellent shape. At first it appears to be in... Read more

We went there for part of our baby moon. I mentioned this in the notes on a reservation. We had a fantastic little card, a tray with fresh fruit, yogurt and other snacks. They welcomed us by name and celebrated with us for being on our baby moon - even at 10:00 at night!!! They were amazing - we will be back.

First time staying at the Hilton Park Cities as it's not in the typical area I'm in for work in Dallas. I was pleasantly surprised...large modern rooms, great lounge and nice setup of the rooftop pool. One thing to note, it's valet parking only. I'll definitely be visiting again.

Hotel in great location. Stayed on club level. Service on that floor was rude. Not what we expected. Room was fairly clean but bathfaucet needed work and air was not sufficient for Texas heat. Was not left but one bath towel on second day and barely any toiletries. Really expected more for Hilton club level. Disappointed overall.

I was highly satisfied with my stay. Staff was friendly, the check in was efficient, the room was beautifully appointed, and everything went just as I expect from Hilton...spot on! Internet access was great, executive lounge was great, and the floor was very quiet which was exactly what I needed.

Great location & Excellent Service by hotel staff and restaurant staff. Only complaint would be lack of guest parking. Guests are required to use valet during entire stay, having to wait for vehicle. Vehicle drop & pick up area only allows three or four vehicles at a time.

This Hilton is not a large property like some Hilton hotels. It is actually quite charming and somewhat boutique. The rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms and breakfast is included. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband and I have stayed there twice in the last few months. The first time we stayed, there was quite a lively crowd in the lobby bar area -- not rowdy, but it made for a fun lively atmosphere. The nice part is that the rooms are insulated from the lobby noise, so it did... Read more

Such a great hotel in an ideal location. Easy to get to everything Dallas has to offer. Hotel only offers valet service, no self parking but it was very efficient. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our view overlooked a construction site but the noise never woke us up. I would book this hotel again for a weekend in Dallas.

The Staff makes this a great hotel! I also liked it because it was small (11 floors). Very clean. Very pretty. It is very close to major roads, highways, tollroads & shopping. Also, it is in a VERY NICE area of Dallas.

The hotel staff were great, the hotel is nicely decorated, and the location is very good. Right off the freeway and also walking distance to a large shopping center and starbucks. I am an HHonors member and I paid extra to stay on the Executive Level. If I had stayed in a regular room, I would have been perfectly happy. However, these are my issues: the desk staff said nothing about the Executive Level when I checked in and I had to ask. I got to the room and found that there were no bathrob... Read more

Outstanding staff and service. Beautiful. Just-right size. Low-profile, boutique feel. Quiet, pleasant rooms. One of the best breakfasts on earth. Excellent dining for all meals. Great value. We've stayed in many hotels in Dallas/Fort Worth over many years. The Park Cities Hilton is consistently our favorite.

It seems that the staff is working on making this hotel the hotel where you want to stay. The only issue with sleeping was that the mattress seemed a bit old and needed to be replaced. I believe that you could park yourself behind the hotel, you might want to check on this. The Front desk staff was great in correcting an issue with my bill before I even saw it. Great location for restaurants, SMU, and shopping.

Outstanding customer service in every possible way. I was a recent guest here and from check in nothing went right. I was frustrated, the employees were frustrated and so forth. I was probably the biggest problem no doubt but the hotel manager made everything right. I was given a new suite, cheese, crackers, breakfast, happy hour, etc.....the people could not have been nicer. My family were searching online for a safe & clean hotel with an affordable price tag. And I can not believe we were able to find it at the Hilton hotel. The area was in Dallas that the Hilton was located was peaceful and the whole experience was awesome! For now on we will make reservations with the Hilton hotel no mater the city or state. I loved it! And my kids favorite part was the roof top pool! Two Thumbs up Hilton!!!

Cleanliness of room was just average. Glasses/plates left eventhough we stayed 2 nights, coffee was not replaced for 2nd day, paper cups no replaced for coffee. Was not told of room upgrade and was charged for it anyway. No guest parking that was safe or nearby. Price was too high for value and location.

The hotel itself and the room was okay. The bath tub was more in line with a Super 8 than a Hilton but the worst part was that you're not allowed to park your own car or keep your keys and the kids running valet don't know how to drive stick and they look like they are barely old enough to have their learner's permits.
