There were two things I did not like. I called the front desk to remove old wine glasses in front of my door. They said, they will pick them up. They did not come pick them at all. Shower tub was not as clean as I thought it would be. Shower tub had dirty grouts almost every edges.

We were in town for a wedding and it appears that this hotel caters to large weddings and events. That said, check-in to check-out was very quick and our room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in an Executive Club room which allowed us access to the Executive Club Lounge which offered non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, tea and light snacks. We were able to visit a few times throughout our stay to grab bottled waters and snacks. Be sure to try to get a room package which includes the break... Read more

I travel quite a bit for my job, and where possible I select Hilton brand hotels. I have stayed at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre before, but this time I was not impressed with the housekeeping services. Every day housekeeping did not empty the ice bucket nor did they replace the used water glasses. One day, there was a dirty wine glass from dinner the night before, and when I returned to the room in the evening, the dirty wine glass was still sitting by the un-emptied ice bucket and dirty... I stayed two nights at the hotel with my girlfriend. We used a Priceline tool in order to book the room and were assigned a room with two "queen" beds. I'm assuming they use this room for up to 4 occupants but I consider it highly questionable that 4 people could use this particular room. The beds were not queen but rather full-size beds. I had planned to sleep in the same bed with my girlfriend as we have a queen bed in our home so we are used to sleeping in the same bed and still having some r... Read more

This is a very nice hotel. It is very pretty, all glass round shaped building and the inside of the hotel is very nice and up to date. It is also in the heart of Dallas right across from the Galleria Mall and not far from North Park Mall and good restaurants close by. The room was very nice and comfortable, the only thing that interrupted my stay was that in the room I was staying in, every time the air condition came on or went off, it made a loud knocking noise in my room. We, 2 mature aged couples, stayed over night in Dallas on our way home to Australia from Central America. Our stay at the Dallas Hilton was enjoyable and, most importantly for us, restful before the long journey home. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were courteous, friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

Recently stayed at this hotel. The beds are comfortable and the AC was amazing. I had most of my meals here and the food was good! The staff was nice and very responsive, delivering extra toiletries to my room, so I didn't have to make a trip downstairs. The pool is a great place to cool off in during the evening and the H bar in the lobby is a great place to grab a drink. Our stay at the Hilton was alright. The room was spacious and just enough for us. We tried the hotel restaurant the first night and found it to be very lacklustre. The menu could have been better. This meant we ate out pretty much everyday whilst in Dallas. I stayed at this hotel during my first business trip to Dallas and I am glad I chose this hotel. The location is great, close to everything in the city. The rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds, great amenities and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful . They go out of their way to make sure the guest is taken care of.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here because this was the hotel we stayed in on our wedding night 20 years prior. The staff was very accommodating. We had an issue with our original room assignment but management was quick to correct the issue by moving us to another suite. The concierge was magnificent! He made excellent recommendations and even arranged for transportation. We were very happy with our stay and the next time we are in Dallas we will be staying at the Hilton Lincoln Cent... Read more

Please don't book here. The staff is inconsiderate. I booked a king room and a queen double for my family vacation.. We ended up with 2 double rooms. Me and my husband ended up sleeping in separate beds on our trip.. They oversold the king and queens rooms. If it wasn't 3:45am when we arrived I would've LEFT. Then when we get to the room the air was loud and not cooling ,we had to have an engineer come up at 4:00am to fix it. Mind you we had been driving all night.. you would think the staff wou... The Hilton Lincoln Centre has the best staff you can ask for. They all go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to any group. When your here stop by the front desk to receive a grand welcome from Cleo... She is the best. There are may others too. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. You can't go wrong with this hotel.

Stayed here for a recent trip to Dallas. Great amenities and great staff. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant offered good quality for a good price. The room was clean and updated. It was nice to have so many options to log in my phone and laptop, sometimes it can be lacking in a hotel room. I will stay here again next time I am in Dallas.

Upon arrival, at night, going through the large glass doors and up to the check-in counter, I was excited. I thought the design was great. I didn't see any trash or noticeable dirt, because yes, I look and notice filth. It was clean. The guy who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. Checking in only took a few minutes. He comped our wifi, which otherwise would have been $24 a night! That is ridiculous, but the comp was much appreciated. So, I got up to the room and it was ok. But, I check... Read more

The room is very large with a walk in closet. Beautiful view. Nice television. Great decor. The bathroom was not swept or mopped from the prior visitor because there was lots of long hair all over the bathroom floor. Was told they would send someone to clean it up, but I had already done it. Very nice workout facility and pool. Got a great deal for Sunday, but the price was tripled for Saturday. Not sure if the Cowboy game had to do anything with it.

Very nice hotel with great access to all the main visitor/tourist places and the main city centre. Not to easy to find at first as the address is on the main freeway and that's where the satnav takes you, it's then down to you to work out how to get to the access road (not to hard and not the hotels fault). Had a nice stay air on is not to good but is very quiet and can be left on overnight. Staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee shop does a very good service at very good prices.

Hotel is very nice but a little difficult to get to if you're on the 635 West side. GPS tells you to take exit 23 BC but it's probably better to take exit 22 and stay on the service road to go over to get back on 635 East service road to get in the hotel lot. Valet parking is $27.00 so it's best to park in the garage if you don't want to valet park.

I had to be in Dallas for a family affair over the weekend. The hotel is well located, and stuff works well. Rooms and dining were clean and efficient. Friendly staff. Downsides... - Parking is very expensive at $17.95/day. You really have no option since there is no on-street parking. - It was surprisingly noisy. They had numerous affairs in the hotel, and people were partying in their rooms until the wee hours. We were next to one.
