We had a conference in the hotel of about 1400 people. Besides the great rooms and the enormous amount of conference rooms from quite small to very...very large, the staff was excellent, very helpful and always friendly. If you are in such a large conference you don't expect much from the food served, but at the Hilton Anatole the food was from a high level. Simple, but good!!

The hotel is very nice and clean, our room was very nice with a good view, we had no problems, except we would loved to have complementary breakfast. I would definitely come back to this hotel, they have a bar with a dance.

Rooms were large, clean, and well-equipped. I was there for a conference and it was great for that. Elevators that handled large groups efficiently, good food, easy to navigate, and accommodating. Room service was extremely accommodating... even brought items from the bakery instead of just their menu.

I ordered the champagne and strawberries to be in room upon arrival as surprise for my wife they where not in the room upon arrival and had to call down to get them brought up which took about an hour to finally get there. when they arrived it was not specified in description which stated there would be 6 chocolate strawberries and bottle of champagne what i got was 3 strawberries and two macaroon... We finally tried the Anatole after driving by it for years. Our preference has been and will continue to be two of the other Hilton hotels to the north, the Hyatt or the Mansion - depending on the timing and reason for being in Dallas. The Anatole needs a makeover. It has a terrific location which was its single saving grace to us on this trip. But it suffers from dated rooms, noisy air conditioners, outdated restaurant areas and poor food service - all things we just did not expect would be the... Read more

Started our journey in Memphis/Graceland, then onto Dallas. Took approx. 6 hours to drive from Memphis to Dallas, Arrived around 6 pm. Stayed at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas. Great hotel, although we were only there overnight, we would stop again. They are or were in the final stages of finishing their new water park, pictures looked amazing, should be open by know. We ate dinner at SER on 27 th floor overlooking downtown, really nice and worth the money. We had a few drinks and listened to... Read more

We were in Dallas to see Dave Matthews Band in concert in May 2016. Everything was flawless. They informed us ahead of time of the new construction of the new water park/play area for families opening this summer. They also let us know about a prom & huge charity for Make A Wish. We got to meet a few amazing families who were there to be honored or had a surprise trip for their family. Unforgettable! I have stayed at this property before and thoroughly enjoyed my stays, but this time I was here for a conference and my room had sticky stains on the floor, the elevators broke down numerous times and the air conditioning was spotty at best. Thankfully I am a Hilton honors member or else I would have cause to complain at the paid wifi too! I will say that the food at the hotel is pretty good (lots of options) and the front desk and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful.

Couldn't wait to stay at this hotel but it was a total disappointment. Air conditioner in room didn't work, bathtub didn't drain so you stood in dirty water, the toilet didn't cut off so you had to get up and jiggle the handle, the concierge was no help and hotel shops didn't open on time because business was so slow in the hotel. Definitely won't be returning to this hotel.

Gorgeous hotel, great customer service and the beds were super comfortable. The elevators had a mind of their own sometimes and the halls of higher floors in the Atrium had a musky odor. If possible, don't get a room with an adjoining door to the next room, as you can hear just about everything the people next door are doing.

The Hotel Anatole is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortable, there is plenty to see and do around the hotel and grounds. It is located near anything you could possibly need. The service is top notch. The food there is also great. Over all one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I loved the decor. The whole hotel and grounds are decorated with Chinese art and artifacts. It felt like I was staying at a museum. It is an amazing place.

The 2016 NACDA Convention was hosted by the Hilton Anatole in June for which I had a three-night reservation while attending the conference. The location is exceptionally convenient if flying into Dallas via Love Field...it was no more than a 10-minute ride. My husband and I stayed here on a recent business trip. The lobby is gorgeous, but they do not offer but one decent restaurant for dinner and it's a bar & grill, so be prepared to go outside the hotel to eat. This is a lovely looking hotel. The room was roomy and clean. But,...I visited July2-4, 2016,and the AC was not working well. I did not sleep well because it was just too clammy in the room. Apparently this was a problem in several rooms because the engineer, who did come by, left with the stated intention he would return with a new fixture that would talk to the AC unit. 8 hours later I called. The Hilton Anatole is a beautiful oasis of a hotel. The rooms were large, clean, and accommodating. The meeting rooms were comfortable and airy, with many different venues to choose from. The dining choices, however, were lacking in their variety and quality. The main restaurant has a nice vibe but is severely overpriced for the food offered. The hotel has lots of art and garden areas inside. The reflection pool was great! The light show off the chandelier was amazing!! They staff was friendly. The food at the grab and go was surprisingly tasty however it is priced a little too high. The water park wasn't open yet but looks like it will be amazing. We tried the Media Grill restaurant. You can eat some great burgers in this place. The hotel hosts a permanent art collection, the largest in an American hotel, which is mainly inspired by oriental art. You will find also 2 original pieces of the Berlin Wall.

I stayed at this hotel in July for a conference. It is a huge hotel and it was very organized to check in a large number of guests in a short time. The Hilton Anatole has everything! Lovely layout, nice, quiet rooms, fantastic artwork and surprises throughout the hotel. The pool was so pleasant to just bring a salad or order dining & a drink and talk and wrap up the day. Perfect for a group, family or I would even feel very comfortable by myself for a few days.

I liked my room. The bed was really comfortable. The WIFI was not free although I did have Hilton Honors so it was free for me. This is a beautiful hotel with some really nice artwork. I was there with a conference so got lots of looks at meeting rooms and ballrooms. I am not a picky eater but found the banquet food awful, with the exception of the desserts. I had an accident that could have been avoided. While preparing for our banquet on Saturday night, I slipped and fell in the bathtub.... Read more

Visited Dallas for the Cowboys game. Long time fan. Great experience with a convenient location for visiting downtown. We also did a walking pub crawl as there are several breweries in the area. Clean, great beds. What I have come to truly appreciate Hilton for....a good night's sleep!

Been to this hotel for plenty of conventions and meetings as well as over night stays for special events. Very nice hotel friendly staff throughout the hotel. The restaurants are devine. Beautiful art work makes great backing for family photos while you are there. Enjoy! Close to Dallas Market and Art District and convenient to many area hospitals.

Very beautiful hotel. Great gym and workout facilities. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious even more spacious than any other Hilton property I have stayed.

Beautiful Hotel!! My family and I were in town for the Cowboy game for Thanksgiving. The hotel was not crowded and the staff was very friendly. We had just a small problem with the door not opening using the key but it was fixed while we were away at dinner. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent hotel location. However, did not fit the Hilton hotel standards. Great staff which were very friendly and helpful. Everyone inside of the hotel were pleasant, kind, and friendly. Only negatives are the daily parking charge which just should be included in the rate. However, I did not mind paying it until the parking was taken away from a group that used the hotel atrium. Before staying at this hotel, look and see what is going on as that will alert you to the hotel services. There was... Read more

This hotel was not great for me. Need better service and also need to give you what you ask for. I was supposed to have a executive suite but I got a regular room about a free breakfast with Wasn't really free because they charged me for it. My room was never cleaned even though they came in a stole my money

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, beds were comfy, check in and check out were a breeze, gated parking was nice. The location was the most appealing part for us - it was right off the highway, and close to some great restaurants in the downtown area. The next morning we were headed to the airport, and needed to leave the hotel by 9am. We weren't quite sure how bad traffic would be on a Monday morning in Dallas at that time, but we hopped right on the highway, and got to the airport i... Read more

I stayed at the Hilton Anatole in late November, 2016 on business. I chose the Hilton as a part of the Hilton Honors network and the competitive rate offered to HHonors members. First and foremost, this place is huge - like Texas-car-dealership-American-flag huge. It has two towers and 8-10 (I can't remember, but it was a lot) elevators per tower. G*d forbid you leave something in your car, because you'll miss the evening news when you go down to get it. Second, the staff is glorious - there... Read more

This is a beautiful hotel (even if a bit dated). If you like Buddha art, this is a fantastic place. Upon checking into my room, the fancy electronic door lock on my room was flashing red and my key would not work. I walked back to the front desk and asked for maintenance to meet me and let me in. The hotel clerk thought it was user error and sent a security guy... but in the end, 2 maintenance guys had to change a battery on the door lock before anyone could enter. My only other complaint i... Read more

The staff was very attentive and you were able to communicate with them via text 24/7. Christmas at the Anatole hadn't started but the main lobby was still very welcoming. It's confusing to get to the V Spa.

Upon arrival at the Anatole in Dallas, we experienced a long check-in line. However, I had checked in online before leaving home, having a virtual key, but not really familiar with it's usage. Luckily, the concierge was helpful, and helped us to skip the long lines by issuing our room keys. The Anatole is usually a very busy conference location, but it has a few different dining options, which makes it nice to stay out of the horrendous traffic, at times, in the area. Our stay was nice and comfo... Read more
