We had a conference in the hotel of about 1400 people. Besides the great rooms and the enormous amount of conference rooms from quite small to very...very large, the staff was excellent, very helpful and always friendly. If you are in such a large conference you don't expect much from the food served, but at the Hilton Anatole the food was from a high level. Simple, but good!!

The hotel is very nice and clean, our room was very nice with a good view, we had no problems, except we would loved to have complementary breakfast. I would definitely come back to this hotel, they have a bar with a dance.

Rooms were large, clean, and well-equipped. I was there for a conference and it was great for that. Elevators that handled large groups efficiently, good food, easy to navigate, and accommodating. Room service was extremely accommodating... even brought items from the bakery instead of just their menu.

I ordered the champagne and strawberries to be in room upon arrival as surprise for my wife they where not in the room upon arrival and had to call down to get them brought up which took about an hour to finally get there. when they arrived it was not specified in description which stated there would be 6 chocolate strawberries and bottle of champagne what i got was 3 strawberries and two macaroon... We finally tried the Anatole after driving by it for years. Our preference has been and will continue to be two of the other Hilton hotels to the north, the Hyatt or the Mansion - depending on the timing and reason for being in Dallas. The Anatole needs a makeover. It has a terrific location which was its single saving grace to us on this trip. But it suffers from dated rooms, noisy air conditioners, outdated restaurant areas and poor food service - all things we just did not expect would be the... Read more

Started our journey in Memphis/Graceland, then onto Dallas. Took approx. 6 hours to drive from Memphis to Dallas, Arrived around 6 pm. Stayed at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas. Great hotel, although we were only there overnight, we would stop again. They are or were in the final stages of finishing their new water park, pictures looked amazing, should be open by know. We ate dinner at SER on 27 th floor overlooking downtown, really nice and worth the money. We had a few drinks and listened to... Read more

We were in Dallas to see Dave Matthews Band in concert in May 2016. Everything was flawless. They informed us ahead of time of the new construction of the new water park/play area for families opening this summer. They also let us know about a prom & huge charity for Make A Wish. We got to meet a few amazing families who were there to be honored or had a surprise trip for their family. Unforgettable! I have stayed at this property before and thoroughly enjoyed my stays, but this time I was here for a conference and my room had sticky stains on the floor, the elevators broke down numerous times and the air conditioning was spotty at best. Thankfully I am a Hilton honors member or else I would have cause to complain at the paid wifi too! I will say that the food at the hotel is pretty good (lots of options) and the front desk and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful.

Couldn't wait to stay at this hotel but it was a total disappointment. Air conditioner in room didn't work, bathtub didn't drain so you stood in dirty water, the toilet didn't cut off so you had to get up and jiggle the handle, the concierge was no help and hotel shops didn't open on time because business was so slow in the hotel. Definitely won't be returning to this hotel.

Gorgeous hotel, great customer service and the beds were super comfortable. The elevators had a mind of their own sometimes and the halls of higher floors in the Atrium had a musky odor. If possible, don't get a room with an adjoining door to the next room, as you can hear just about everything the people next door are doing.

Phil here again, me and the Misses went to the Hilton Anatole for a business trip. We had a nice stay at the Anatole, this hotel has everything you need if you don't want to leave. A cafe, a restaurant with a bar, a spa, a nice fitness facility, and they are building a nice resort style pool complex right now. The Hotel Anatole is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortable, there is plenty to see and do around the hotel and grounds. It is located near anything you could possibly need. The service is top notch. The food there is also great. Over all one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I loved the decor. The whole hotel and grounds are decorated with Chinese art and artifacts. It felt like I was staying at a museum. It is an amazing place.

The 2016 NACDA Convention was hosted by the Hilton Anatole in June for which I had a three-night reservation while attending the conference. The location is exceptionally convenient if flying into Dallas via Love Field...it was no more than a 10-minute ride. My husband and I stayed here on a recent business trip. The lobby is gorgeous, but they do not offer but one decent restaurant for dinner and it's a bar & grill, so be prepared to go outside the hotel to eat. The beds were very comfy and the room was cleaned. There was a faint odor coming from the carpet/sleeper sofa which might be improved with a good deep cleaning. This is a lovely looking hotel. The room was roomy and clean. But,...I visited July2-4, 2016,and the AC was not working well. I did not sleep well because it was just too clammy in the room. Apparently this was a problem in several rooms because the engineer, who did come by, left with the stated intention he would return with a new fixture that would talk to the AC unit. 8 hours later I called. The Hilton Anatole is a beautiful oasis of a hotel. The rooms were large, clean, and accommodating. The meeting rooms were comfortable and airy, with many different venues to choose from. The dining choices, however, were lacking in their variety and quality. The main restaurant has a nice vibe but is severely overpriced for the food offered. The hotel has lots of art and garden areas inside. The reflection pool was great! The light show off the chandelier was amazing!! They staff was friendly. The food at the grab and go was surprisingly tasty however it is priced a little too high. The water park wasn't open yet but looks like it will be amazing. The pool at the atrium wasn't nearly big enough to hold the potential amount of people there. Rooms were nice. Thankful they allowed us to have a youth conference. Many of those kids would... I have stayed in many hotels world wide but the Anatole is beyond description. The grounds are beautiful. Our room was large and spacious and overlooked the enormous pool area. The location is excellent to reach downtown Dallas and far enough away to make you feel your at a first class resort. My next time back to Dallas I will make every effort to stay again,

I stayed here with a conference 8-10 July 2016, and everything was really nice. Room service made some special order items, and called before bringing the food up. The rooms were nice and very clean and comfortable. The only problem is the room did not cool down very much, although the conference rooms were COOOOLD. Unfortunately the gigantic pool / lagoon was not done. The plans looked terrific, but it was all behind fences and not accessible as the construction continued. The front des... Read more

I stayed in this hotel during a seminar. This hotel is one of the biggest I ever saw. Everything is very spacious. I stayed in a standard room with a nice view on downtown Dallas on the 11th floor. We tried the Media Grill restaurant. You can eat some great burgers in this place. The hotel hosts a permanent art collection, the largest in an American hotel, which is mainly inspired by oriental art. You will find also 2 original pieces of the Berlin Wall.

I've had the misfortune of staying at this hotel twice now. Both times were for a conference as I would never stay there without some other major attraction such as that. Listed below are my pros and cons: Pros: - large hotel that can accommodate many folks - penthouse restaurant was very good and has great views of Dallas Cons: - as others have stated, the hotel is huge and has 2 towers. The tower in the front is the older one, which is severely run down. The 1 in the back is better, but ... Read more

Traveled to Dallas for the FEW conference and had the privilege of staying the week at the beautiful Hilton Anatole (Atrium side). The hotel is very visually appealing. The room with a king size bed was awesome... Very clean, luxurious design and extremely efficient for business travel. I stayed at this hotel in July for a conference. It is a huge hotel and it was very organized to check in a large number of guests in a short time. The hotel has an Asian theme with a very large Asian art collection dating from the 13th century to modern times, which is spread throughout the sprawling hotel and conference area. It is worth your time to take a nice leisurely walking tour and view their stunning art, which though not Asian, includes a big piece of the Berlin Wall! Being a gold ... Read more
