On a previous visit I was disappointed with the condition of my room. Improvements have been made since then. My room this time was nice. My only complaint is that the WiFi signal too weak to use.

This place is a dump. Room smells of mold, cigarettes, and God knows what else. Hot water scalds, the shower head was installed for people shorter than 5 ft. The sound of water or steam kept me up all night. The mainstream TV stations didn't have visible reception. No WiFi for three days straight. Receptionist was useless in correcting this problem. Complementary breakfast had half cooked runny eggs. Had to walk back to the office to get extra toilet paper. Stay away!! Far, Far away!!

Where to start. We were in a 2 bdrm loft apartment. the 2nd floor door had been kicked in, so instead of replacing the door frame and molding they pushed it back into place and used calk to fill in where the wood was missing. the chain lock on the door had 1 screw holding it on and that screw was 3/4 of the way out. The iron looked like it was used as a hammer and didn't work, I called the office to get another one and they said housekeeping left at 5 and no one could bring me one. I offered to ... Read more

For the most part the room was ok for the rate. Checkin was good, the room was ok. As we let out the sofa bed, we found drug paraphernalia, which kind of answered for so many shady looking characters that were there. A couple of guys were even at breakfast that obviously were not staying there, weird! But, in general it's ok, mainly due to the price; and we did go back.

Property has seen better days. Recently acquired by new management. Maintenance Staff is busy upgrading rooms and grounds. Better than average breakfast buffet. Location is very convenient to nearby Medical Center and downtown Dallas. Suites are large with full kitchens, but furnishings are hit and miss. Some rooms are better equipped than others. Some beds are extremely firm while others sag, but management is doing its best to upgrade the rooms one by one.

My complaint is that the web site listed an airport shuttle as one of the amenities. Upon arrival into Dallas I called the hotel only to find that the shuttle didn't run after 5 PM or prior to 7 AM. I would not have stayed there if I had known that due to the taxi expense. The room was a large suite which would be very nice if you're there multiple nights. I id not partake of the breakfast or the pool as my stay was brief and I left early.

I will never stay there again. Rude and careless personel. Small cockroaches, and no extra sheets for sofa bed. When I asked she told they do not have any. Really! The place is bad and not worth the money you pay.

Found a few cockroaches in our room during our stay. It wasn't infested, and, granted, we were in Texas, but even so, it was a little less than comforting to encounter them. The room was listed as for five guests, which we had, but the kitchen was only equipped with three or four of plates, glasses, cutlery. I asked at the desk, but they didn't have more available to give us. Every day, we got a random mix of towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats. Sometimes we had too few towels and t... Just stayed one night when we were stranded at Love Field over night. It is close to airport which is a plus. It is a extended stay type hotel so no maid service daily ect. It appears that they are older apartments converted to extended stay hotel. If this is what you are looking for this may be perfect. It is older property bed not very comfortable but very spacious!

Stayed here for two nights with two friends. We had a room on the ground floor and were greeted by cockroaches when we walked in. The other down side with the hotel was the super thin walls, and we were constantly disturbed by neighbors, especially during night time. The only upside was the the breakfast was good and the location of the hotel.

First, we get there and find out that they charge a deposit on all rooms - did not see any mention of that on the website when I made the reservation. The first room they put me in was dirty. I went back to get a different room, and there was no apology at all, just changed the room and gave me a key. They were nice enough to let me and my nieces stay a few hours while we waited for someone to come pick us up after checkout, but that was as far as the pleasantness went.

My mom and I were in town for a concert. We had friends in town but wanted to be closer to the American Airlines Center. (They both live a little outside of Dallas.) The hotel we stayed in the night before was horrible, and most of the hotels in the area were sold out. We took one of the last rooms there. They are refurbished apartments, it looks like, so it doesn't look like a hotel. We tried the check in early, and the front desk agent who checked us in (Destiny) was very polite and told us t... The furnishings were old and getting a little shabby. The primary problem was a lack of cleanliness. In five days, the floors were never vacuumed. The tub was in need of a good cleaning. Breakfast was adequate, but they ran out of items (sausage, etc.) half an hour before breakfast was over. All in all, not a good return for the money.

Looks like this hotel used to be an apartment turned into hotel. Stinks of cigarette smoke, we bought a candle to try to make it smell better. Had to put a sheet over sofa since it was horribly stained. Stayed for 6 nights and never replaced tiny soap or shampoo. Air conditioner leaked onto toilet and ceiling in bathroom was always wet. All hotels in area were booked or we would have moved at first sight. Can't believe Wyndham had their name on this.

This is apparently and older apartment complex which has been converted to an extended stay hotel or motel. The rooms apparently were not updated since they were apartments. The appliances are old (not they I used them). The bathroom is somewhat dirty and badly needs updating. There were roaches about but I guess one would expect that in an older property or an apartment complex in Texas. We have stayed with Wyndham more times than I can count, so we never questioned that this would be a decent place to stay. We had reserved two townhouses, so we drove around to our building.
