The front desk staff was very accommodating and pleasant. I had no problems whatsoever. When I arrived in the room, the room smelled good, I checked the cleanliness of the restroom and the sheets and they were impeccable.

Hotel was very close to my product training class. The room was average for the price class and location. Clean, straight forward and basic. The unit served the purpose and would recommend it for the location.

Stayed her for business. The facility was good. The rooms were clean and quiet. There was a conference room, pool, and work out room featuring treadmills and some jogging type free weights. Breakfast is served starting at 6, which features continental and some hots ( eggs, sausage gravy, bacon, etc.) as well as the pastries and fruit selection. There is not a lot immediately around this location; however, it is a short drive to most locations in North Dallas metro area. It's within 10 ... Read more

Nice and cosy stay. Location is great with plenty of eating joints at walking distance. Breakfast is American and I love that. They offer complimentary snacks at evenings which is fun to have. WiFi is free and has good speed. 20 minutes to the airport

Business travel, always to request to stay at Hampton inn. It was not very warm like they usually are and wasn't very clean. I did not receive a receipt that I need for business travel either. It just seemed unorganized and too busy.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were lots of TV stations available. Microwave and refrigerator were beneficial. Lots of counter space in bathroom. The only negative was there was no breakfast meat in the buffet.

As My three sisters were getting ready to leave Sunday morning, we had a water spill on the front seat of the car. I Went to the front desk and asked for paper towels to soak up some of the water. Desk clerk immediately responded with a towel. While we were busy trying to dry up, the manager sent someone out to the car with another towel to help. What a nice way to start our twelve-hour trip back to Alabama.

I give it a 4 star only for its location, right off rt 35. Otherwise the accommodations were nice and clean. Its an older hotel, which appears to have gotten some room and amenity upgrades. As a frequent traveller, who depends on hotel fitness facilities to stay in shape, is was the best fitness center in all the HI i have stayed at.

I recently decided to make the jump after a decade as a Diamond member with another hotel chain. I made the jump to Hilton brands. I've been very please with my choice and the properties until this stay. First time I've seen this unique application of an ice bucket bag to disable a safety device. When I noticed this I immediately notified the front desk. Much to my disappointment I was told, "maintenance will get to it tomorrow"... Really ???

My family and I were traveling through and stopped for one night. The staff was very friendly and easy to approach. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast the next morning had a wide variety and suited our needs well.

Did not receive the greatest or nicest treatment during a recent business trip. Will seek another property when returning to the area. Location is nice near the highway, easy to get to, but not much else going for it. Was treated very rudely and poorly and would not come back based on my first stay.

The Hampton Inn was a great place to stay for the night while we were in Dallas. It was clean and a lovely place for the price that we paid. The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly. We'd definitely stay there again

Let's start out first...I do a lot of traveling and almost exclusively stay at either Hilton or Marriott properties depending on the year and my employer's preference. This year has been a Hilton year (I'm usually Diamond or Platinum status depending on the company by the end of the year). This place just sucks. It's not only dirty it's filthy. As soon as you walk into the lobby the musky odor hits you. Staff is okay but far from average. Not very friendly at all. They don't even look up... Read more

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are decent. I would stay there again if I needed to bu the location is not the best. The front desk is no the friendliest. Side door not always accessible to enter the hotel. Other than that everything is okay.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It is not much to look at when you drive up and looks to be an older one. Upon arrival the place was spotless and very inviting. The rooms were very clean and our stay was very satisfactory. Will stay again and recommend this hotel.

Excellent price point for what you get. Very clean rooms. Staff was courteous. Plenty of breakfast items to pick, but don't expect omelettes here. Pool is not exactly the greatest view to something, but im sure if you have kids they won't care. Hotel is easy access to highways as well. I would stay here again.

I stay at Hampton Inn's frequently when I travel. I was surprised that Hampton Inn is willing to put their name on this hotel. The room smelled old, damp. There was an inch of dirt on the side of the couch near the air conditioner. The beds are old, they just put Hampton Inn linen over old hard beds. I asked for linen for the Hide a bed and the front desk was less than friendly to accommodate. If you are used to clean, fresh, Hampton Inn's this is not the place for you! The other reviews I t... Hotel had really clean rooms, breakfast was good and they served snacks in the evening too. They had iced water with lemons in the lobby for guests. Coffee is served all day. Location was a concern as there are no fancy restaurants in the area. I stayed five nights and it was hard to find good place to eat. There is Danny's at walking distance but not enough places to eat nearby.

Quiet ,Good location, with refrigerator equipments to stay but the breakfast and happy hours meal . Walkable to the Denny's and burger king to get food . The only no-good thing is price . The room should be at avg 100, not 150.

I have stayed at a lot of Hampton and Hilton properties and this is one of the worst I've stayed in. At the recommendation of a co-worker, a group of my co-workers and I stayed at this hotel for a week. To begin with, this hotel is not in the greatest location. If you're a light sleeper expect to hear airplanes and car alarms most of the night. When I checked into my room there was an empty Coors Light bottle on the table when I walked in and I also found used tissues behind the nightstand when ... Read more

Nice property and close to Dallas Love airport. We came here after a late arriving flight and stayed one night. Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was the normal fair for Hampton Inn. We would definitely stay here again.
