2 business night stay, hotel was very busy with tradeshow attendees. Staff helped arrange cab services. Pool area was well kept by empty, enjoyed a swim in both pools with many extra towels available. Continental breakfast was well managed & clean, coffee was good & HOT!

My husband and I prefer Marriott properties because of his membership status. This hotel is around 15 minutes from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Conference Center where our grandson had a volleyball tournament. The room was clean and seemed to have been updated fairly recently. The cost was the main factor in staying at this property as opposed to something much closer to the conference center. The breakfast area is, as some other reviewers mentioned, very small. The breakfast included eggs, sausa... Read more

When booking this property we wanted to stay near downtown Dallas on a weekend, but within a reasonable price point ($100-130). We accomplished the feat and would stay here again, but this is just an average hotel. It's fairly new on the inside and everything was clean, but that's about it. The lobby was small and unassuming, but a computer and printer in the lobby was convenient for printing boarding passes. A nice touch of cookies and water in the lobby. It's a five minute drive or Uber to dow... Read more

We were in town for my daughter's volleyball tournament, which was held at the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center - located close to the hotel, but definitely not walking distance. The staff at this hotel are AWESOME - very friendly, courteous, great customer service - they went out of their way to make sure that our stay at their hotel was pleasant and that was very important to me. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was nice and clean - beds were very small - that is my only complaint.... Read more

Great place to stay if going to Market. Quiet, clean, and a excellent professional staff. Offer a light breakfast and paper complimentary. Fresh cookies and coffee throughout the day also provided at no cost to guests. We would recommend and stay again if going again to Market Center or World Trade Center.

We stayed here during our trip to Dallas since it was fairly close to downtown and the airport. It was a clean hotel and had the basic things that we would need. It seemed like they shared spaces and items with the courtyard next door. We had a iron in our room that was labeled courtyard. However it seemed like the hotel was recently renovated and they did a good job. The only thing that was missing in the renovations was a full length mirror in the room. It was hard for my wife and I to get... Read more

This was my first stay at a Fairfield Inn. I was impressed...as was my teenage daughter. :) We were there for a volleyball tournament. The hotel handled all the girls, the extra towels, pillows, shampoo requests like a champ. The breakfast buffet attendant was VERY pleasant and kept the food hot & fresh. Put out extra fresh fruit for parents to take to the tournament at the convention center. Their "sister" hotel is next door. We went back & forth to use their washer/dryer & purchased St... Read more

I picked up a few of my friends who had just flew back home from a trip in South East Asia. We get to the hotel to check in, and the lady at the front desk is on the phone with someone trying to get her password to get into the system. She apparently had been out for some time and her password expired. She was kind though and offered a complimentary drink and snack. After about 30 or 40 minutes we were finally able to check-in and get to our rooms a little after midnight. The rooms seemed nice. ... Read more

If you are familiar with Marriott and Fairfield, this one is very good as most of them are. This area is close to the medical center, the market, and not far from Dallas Love Field. It is moderately priced with nice amenities. Management does a good job, the property looks very nice and appears to be maintained very well. Check in for us on June 20 took way too long due to 9 customers showing up to check in about the same time. Check out took about 30 seconds. There are also plenty of resta... Read more

I really enjoyed my stay at this Fairfield. It is easy to find and conveniently located right across the street from the Hilton Anatole. I had a convention there so I stayed at the Fairfield and walked 2-3 minutes across the street each day while saving myself a couple hundred bucks a night. The front desk staff is very nice and the hotel is updated and very comfy. I would stay there again in a heartbeat if I return to Dallas.

Fairfield has always been a good hotel to stay in for me but this one took my opinion down. The bed and the sheets smelled like they had not been washed. The room itself had a dirty odor. I guess because reward points were used for this stay they do not care what they put you in. The courtyard right next door seemed a lot nicer.
