Love Embassy suites . Can't go wrong with spacious 2 room suites , kitchenette and fantastic free breakfast buffet . Make to order omelettes included . Huge selection and in the evening free drinks and snacks . Went with volleyball group . The hotel is always making us feel very welcome . Be back next time .

The service was great. The room was great especially since we were traveling with my mother-in-law. The fitness center had no weight machine only dumbbells. The hot tube was the correct temperature. We liked the location.

We brought along our teenage grandson and a friend-we retired early and they were able to stay up much later and enjoy interaction with other young people staying in the hotel with us feeling secure of their whereabouts ! The location of hotel is a bit difficult to get to, but we were familiar with area so was easier.

Beds need to be more firm and a better ergonomic desk/office chair. They need to offer more rooms away from the freeway side of the hotel. Location is excellent. Restaurant needs more servers during rush hours.

Jessica is the best! Food isn't bad for a hotel, I have stayed here several times and will again if I ever come back to Dallas. This really is one of the best hotels in Dallas. The staff is very friendly and makes it a point to learn your name.

Hotel needed updating. Rooms were musty smelling. Surrounding area was "sketchy", with a hotel 6 next door and groups of roaming guys on the streets. Underground garage was difficult to maneuver and had many places you could not park due to standing water. Overall, would not recommend this property.

This hotel has seen better days. The quality isn't what I expect from an Embassy Suites and for the price. Yes the buffet for breakfast is good (great omelet bar), the free reception and drinks are nice, but both are very slow to be restocked and we waited a long time for food in both places. On one day, they ran out of plates and some silverware at breakfast and ran out of sausage about an hour before the buffet was over. The room was okay, hard to keep cool but adequate. Comfortable bed, dec... Read more

Needed a quiet place to study for a test. However, internet was slow and hard to connect, key card access to ANYTHING had to be reprogrammed numerous times. Most important - bring your own toilet paper. The paper provided is cheap and rough.

I always stay here when I am in Dallas on business. Even though I am not a morning person, I never miss the made-to-order breakfast that comes complementary with the room. Love it! The rooms have a bedroom and living area (suite) that is more than comfortable. Even the elevators are fun!

Nice place, close to TI and easy to get to. The breakfast is very nice and fast to start the day off right. When possible the evening reception is great to socialize a bit before bed. The food at this location goes up and down... A bit of a risk.

The staff at this hotel is excellent. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure our stay was nice. There were so many nice touches. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. We especially liked the made to order omelettes. The evening reception was very nice. There were a couple of times that he line to get a drink was a little too long. Complimentary 10 minute massages were being offered Tuesday nice. What a great touch!

I got a new credit card so I gave my new Credit Card information directly to the Hotel to reserve my rooms only to discover someone tried to use it for Money transfers to their personal account. The hotel overall is nice, the interior lobby is amazing! However our rooms weren't up to par. We've had issues with dirty walls, bathroom doors, shower curtains were ripped and other interior deficiencies. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was great, restaurant was nice as well. Although we stayed an entire 7 days, I would recommend this hotel only for a stay of no more than 3 days!

Overall a very positive experience. Very reasonably priced for an Embassy Suites hotel. Good location, at cross-roads of two freeways (LBJ & Central Expry), but it did make the hotel a little hard to get to. Free parking, mostly below ground. Like all Embassy Suites, the free breakfast and manager's reception are a big plus. Stay this time slightly marred by some minor annoyances: hotel ran out of skim and 2% milk, leaving whole milk as only breakfast option; soda machine ran out of ice, and la... Read more

My purpose for this review is just to confirm that my good experience on my first visit wasn't a fluke: this really is a great place to stay near Dallas! We close this Embassy Suites due to the location. The parking garage made me feel at ease with leaving my car in a safe and secure area. My stay was pleasant, but there were a few areas that could use some improvement. I drive a mid-sized truck and underground parking was is full of tight turns and and entrance was low clearance so those of you with larger vehicles may have problems. Although I rated this hotel "average," I'm basing that on a comparison to a budget hotel and am beginning to doubt Embassy Suites. The last several I have stayed in have been a bit of a letdown from what it used to be. With this particular hotel, the noise level was just too much. We stayed on the 8th floor (it only goes to the 9th), away from the elevator, and still I heard all kinds of noise all night long. I always try to book an Embassy Suites hotel when traveling, but this one was disappointing for a few reasons. First, I must say the hotel managers that I encountered were excellent, courteous and accommodating. I was allowed to check-in an hour before the normal time, so my stay started on a great note. The room we stayed in (314) was clean upon arrival, although it had a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom. If that was the only problem during the stay, I'd rate this as a 5-star exper...
