The location of hotel is a bit difficult to get to, but we were familiar with area so was easier.

Hotel needed updating. Rooms were musty smelling. Surrounding area was "sketchy", with a hotel 6 next door and groups of roaming guys on the streets. Underground garage was difficult to maneuver and had many places you could not park due to standing water. Overall, would not recommend this property.

This hotel has seen better days. The quality isn't what I expect from an Embassy Suites and for the price. Yes the buffet for breakfast is good (great omelet bar), the free reception and drinks are nice, but both are very slow to be restocked and we waited a long time for food in both places. On one day, they ran out of plates and some silverware at breakfast and ran out of sausage about an hour before the buffet was over. The room was okay, hard to keep cool but adequate. Overall a very positive experience. Very reasonably priced for an Embassy Suites hotel. Good location, at cross-roads of two freeways (LBJ & Central Expry), but it did make the hotel a little hard to get to. Free parking, mostly below ground. Although I rated this hotel "average," I'm basing that on a comparison to a budget hotel and am beginning to doubt Embassy Suites. The last several I have stayed in have been a bit of a letdown from what it used to be. With this particular hotel, the noise level was just too much. First, I must say the hotel managers that I encountered were excellent, courteous and accommodating. I was allowed to check-in an hour before the normal time, so my stay started on a great note. Our room was a little noisy in the living area due to the door being right in front of the elevators. Roaches everyewhere, rooms in horrible condition. This is not a normal Embassy Suites property. Pictures do not reflect the quality of the rooms. Found Roaches in the bedrooms, pool area, and common floor area on floor 2. Staff was nice and friendly, but the property is not in good condition.

Stayed in a double bed room for 3 nights. The staff and service were good and the breakfast buffet was par for the course. The building itself feels run down and the rooms could use some updating. The elevators moved at the speed of smell. The rooms and bathrooms felt dark and depressing. Just wasn't feeling this place.

I will start with the three positives of this hotel - 1) The front desk staff is helpful (7/10), 2) the evening bar and snacks is well done (6/10), and 3) they had a massage table set up in the lobby that was nice - just needed to tip. Now on to the many negatives. First, this hotel is stuck in the 80's and is in dire need of a remodel. Everywhere you look is old, dated and in many cases poorly maintained. Second, the location. Although centrally located in N Dallas, the property itself is... Read more

Embassy Suites is always a nice place to stay with a great breakfast. Friendly staff. The rooms facing the freeway are quite noisy now that they have expanded the 635/ 75 crossing. Avoid them or bring ear plugs. They relocated us without a fuss. Park in the garage below the hotel, not in back of the hotel. In back it is poorly lit. Signage is hard to see so it is easy to miss the entrance. Good location and great people.

Embassy Suites always delivers no matter what time of the year. I can always count on this hotel to provide wonderful service no matter if I am in my room or roaming around the hotel. The complimentary happy hour, breakfast and wifi were definitely worth the cost. Hotel was overall very clean except for a few small bugs found around the bathroom area of my suite. Staff friendliness could be improved as well. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Would stay here again if needed.

Hotel room was very clean and fresh. Excellent breakfast buffet in the morning. All staff we encountered greeted us with a smile and a verbal 'Hello". Parking was in the underground garage and very easy to access. Safety feature where you need your room card to access the elevator to go UP on the floors. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

As of my stay on October 10-12, 2016, this property is in desperate need of a makeover. It does not meet the standards that I've come to expect from a Hilton branded property. Roo.s are old, bathroom smelled of a dirty mop or rag even after a housekeeping visit, AC unit was so loud that I had to close the bathroom door. The digital key system is extremely unreliable. Finally, weekday breakfast ends at 9am sharp with staff members wasting no time in shutting things down. Again, this property... Read more

I have been to Dallas 4 time this year, 3 of those stays have been at the Embassy Suites and future stays will be there as well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff aims to please. They find rooms based on my preferences every time. I enjoy the reception in the evenings when traveling with others.

After staying at the Embassy Suites in Syracuse NY and being treated like royalty, I was looking forward to this stay. I was disappointed in the entire experience. First eh room key didn't work so we were given another room. That room had a maintenance issue that took two attempts by maintenance to fix. One of the two elevators on our side of the hotel stopped working after day 2 and had not been fixed by the time I left. This made for long waits to get on the elevator. They tried to charge me m... In the past, we've stayed at the Comfort Inn next door to this Embassy Suites facility. We wanted a little upgrade and got more than we paid for. We arrived late and the desk was very friendly, thanking us for being Hilton Honors members. The breakfast buffet is inviting with the standard eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes. They aren't quite warm enough, however. But the cook making omelets did a good job. Rooms were quite nice and well kept. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was not too ho... Read more

Enjoyed our stay at the Suites. Great breakfast and a fantastic bar tender during the evening reception. The hotel was close to our venue and many restaurants. We had the shuttle take us to dinner. The complimentary reception, complimentary breakfast and the shuttle made it a perfect place for our family.

We traveled to Dallas for the State Fair and had a blast. The Embassy was great! Just a couple minor hiccups but would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly, everything was neat and clean. The parking in the underground garage was free and easily accessible. I had to hold my breath the first time going in because it slopes down and it looked like my roof was going to scrape the entrance. It only has a 6'6" clearance. Breakfast buffet and the made to order area was yummy. N... Read more

Go to room 816 bathroom, look at the ceiling, and the shower walls. lay down on the bed, and see if you think that is what kind of mattress you want to sleep in. Motel 6 has way better mattresses. Start the a/c unit, the noise makes the room seem cheaper than an Embassy. Change the motor out! Put a microwave down by the breakfast area so they can heat the food! The general manager should have seen that!

We were in Dallas for the weekend to see the Cowboys vs Eagles. This hotel was great. Complimentary breakfast is good. The only problem is that they don't offer turkey or beef products. The evening reception is a perk. Loved the southern hospitality from the staff.

The hotel is a bit older, but with all the amenities of a hotel. I can only complain about two items. I saw a mouse run across the floor of the dining area one night. I also was upset to hear that they couldn't provide a receipt or bill because their printer was not working. There should be redundant printers for this type of issue. I hope I wasnt over charged. I dont know because I didnt see the bill.

Room was clean and well kept. Bathroom was on the small size and a bit dated, but well kept. The hotel restaurant/bar has a friendly staff and good food at a reasonable price. The atrium had a strong odor during my two night stay, almost like sewer was backing up. However the smell didn't make it into my room.

I booked this hotel because I am a big fan of Embassy suites however this hotel in particular could use some work. The rooms are a bit out of date and could use a remodel. The food at the hotel restaurant was good however there was only one waiter on duty and the hotel to my knowledge was completely booked. This hotel did not sway me from staying at Embassy Suites again but I would definitely recommend some upgrading to this particular hotel.

One of our rooms was not ready though we arrived an hour after we were scheduled. When it was ready, the overwhelming smell of air freshener caused some of our guests ill and made us wonder what smell it was meant to mask. One bed's linen had either bm smeared on it or rust. The staff changed the sheets when requested, but I was disturbed that the bed was in that state at all. The stopper in one of the tubs was stuck so the tub did not drain. We booked this Hotel for Tues. thru Fri. for Thanksgiving. For me the location was hard to get to because the GPS took us to a entrance that was closed. The hotel is okay. While we were there they had elevator problems and we had to call the front desk for missing linens. Breakfast on Fri. was like a feeding frenzy. We wanted only coffee and tea and there wasn't any.
