It was a nice hotel. The pool area was large and well used. They had outside space to lay out too. The managers reception was great and so was breakfast. We didn't have a 'do not disturb' sign in the room and the front desk did have any either. We wrote our own sign.

This visit was related to business, attending a week of training related to mental health. This hotel is an experience of contrasts. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The food was fresh, with a broad selection. The public areas in the hotel were very clean, with a relatively large staff working to keep it clean constantly. The room was comfortable, cleaned well daily. The staff was friendly. The two major challenges were significant. First, there is nothing, absolutely nothing, in the ... Read more

I was disappointed with this hotel, I selected it based on other reviews I read, the location and the free shuttle services they stated on their webpage. The room was overall just fine, but they only cleaned it once in the 3 full nights we were there. The breakfast food quality was not that great, nothing like other Embassy Suites I've stayed at in the past. The evening reception was nice. The hotel front desk customer service was only okay. hit or miss.

Have stayed at a lot of Embassy Suites and you usually can't go wrong. Well this was a first. The hotel lobby clean, breakfast and managers reception nice but my room was filthy. Room 901. Carpet dirty, inside and outside of window dirty. There are no restaurants near hotel so ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and food was terrible. Was only there 2 nights for work so I survived but would not book this hotel again.

The only con would be an occassional wait at front desk. The rooms were clean with plenty of space. The appetizer/drink bar in the evenings was a nice feature. The hotel shuttle takes visitors up to 5 miles from the hotel which got us to downtown so we disnt spend too much on Uber because once downtown most things were in walking distance from each other. The breakfast was great. Would stay there again!

The service was wonderful. During the online check-in, I chose a room with a king bed but when we got to the room, it was a double full room. The staff quickly reconciled the situation and gave us a suite with the correct sleeping arrangements. The room was pretty dated and the shower fixtures were less than sturdy. Service=great. Room=average.

Age of the property and the lower price draws a lower class of clientele you don't typically see at an ES. The restaurant/bar was supposed to be open for for lunch but it was closed for some reason even though room service was available

This hotel is in a good location, yet is an old property. The lobby looks a bit refreshed, yet the rooms are old and the hotel needs some maintenance. The bathrooms were old, mildew and the toilet didnt work well. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the rooms are were large.

Welcomed by very friendly staff. Staff members Hunter Newsom & Chef Lewis are a valuable asset to this hotel. I would always make this my first choice if I were to be staying In Dallas again. The rooms are nice and roomy, clean, beds very comfy. The evening reception is very nice. The morning breakfast is very well worth it and very filling. The overall hotel is located close to other areas of town, with easy on and off the freeway.

Our stay was but a brief one night stay due to a very early flight. The location was great. The accommodations were superb. We left too early in the morning and missed breakfast which is always so good at Embassy Suites. We were there for the evening reception. The drinks were watered down and the bar tender I dealt with was a grump. The food was so-so at best and the taco chips were awful and stale. Skip the reception unless someone starts quality checking it. Not Hilton-like at all.

Stayed at this hotel with family Saturday, July 2. We have stayed at many embassy hotels as they are one of our favorites. We have stayed at this embassy 5 times. This visit was a big disappointment. We were about to leave for the mesquite rodeo and decided to stop by the managers reception. Most bowls were empty. hotel staff is quite friendly - pick up and delivery to airport was outstanding. Unfortunately the hotel itself is ill equipped with poor wifi and very limited restaurant. This was the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel. The 1st was 2 yrs ago & both times it was under renovations. Staff was very friendly & even though it is undergoing renovations the overall atmosphere of the hotel is nice & clean. We found it odd that renovation work was going on all night long. Our room was right above where work was being done & we heard loud bangs on the walls all night. Our room smelled very musty upon arrival. I guess we got used to it after being in there. It didn't seem t... Read more

This is one of the worse hotels I ever stayed on a business Tripp, besides the manager and staff from the bar, everybody else was really unpolite! The rooms didn't have internet, the pool was cold, the gym is very small and the hotel is very noisy and smells bad! I would avoid it!

Embassy is typically a great value due to the free breakfast and manager reception. Breakfast both mornings was awful and disappointing. No bowls for the cereal and the staff didn't want any part in the busyness of the breakfast crowd on the weekend mornings I stayed. Tables were left dirty, counters near food were not attended to by the staff, and every trash can was overflowing. Very surprising for this brand.

I was at Market Center Embassy suites in Dallas for Busines/pleasure with my fiance. The location is NOT in good location with homeless camp right across the frontage road under Stemmons Freeway. We were consistently accosted by them when we left the hotel to go out. Fiance did not like Bed that was "too hard and gave her back problems/grumpy throughout stay". Internet was unobtainable in the room, but connected to phone?iPad as I went to elevator for front desk to fix. I the room, thereafter, ... Read more

The AC wouldn't turn off, so I asked to have maintenance check it. He wasn't able to get it working properly, so I was moved to another room. When I called the front desk to request that my digital key be reset for the new room, the front desk staff that answered my call was extremely rude about not being able to reset the key. So rude in fact, that I called corporate to be relocated to another Hilton property. I didn't even make it one night at this location. After Hilton corporate contacted t... Read more

We were blown away when we entered the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Dallas Texas. The atrium ceiling and courtyard-like feeling immediately put my family at ease, after a busy day at the State Fair. I was also extremely pleased with the spacious room. We were able to relax in our main area of the suite. The bedroom was spacious and had plenty of room to place suitcases and clothing. I was also glad to see a sink area in the bedroom area. It made it easy for multiple people to get ready.

My family loves Embassy Suites, primarily for the breakfast. After this visit, we all agreed that this hotel chain won't be included in our future vacations. Reasons why: 1. They changed their bedding and the bedspread/comforter is about 1/8" thick, so you really have two sheets to cover up with. Really? My kids asked if there were anything to keep warm. They provide 1 rough blanket (even if you have two beds) in the closet. We called housekeeping several times when we arrived back at 11... Read more

I had the pleasure of staying here for a weekend. I enjoyed much of what the hotel had to offer including the pool, hot tub (was not working see picture within post), evening reception, and breakfast. The room was perfect with a 2 room suite. The bathroom was a bit small compared the room you were in and was the "old part" of the room. The stay were nice and parking is free. The hotel it self is older, but still enjoyed the stay and will be back!

The renovations were about 90% complete and it looks really nice. The rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. The only downsides were the lack of trash cans in the "living" area (bathrooms only) and the weak wifi signal. The small refrigerators in the rooms could use updating too. The parking lot was a bit chewed up too and needs to be resurfaced. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well staffed. There was plenty of seating available, even on a crowded Sunday morning. Room 315 should have yellow caution tape on the front door! We walked in and immediately smelled a musty odor. The carpets were sticky from the moisture coming from the air conditioner. Water/mildew stains on the walls. Rust in the tub and sink. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. When we tried to call down to the front desk we realized that we couldn't dial out. This hotel was selected for out of town guests of a wedding. The public spaces of the hotel allowed friends and family to get acquainted and visit during the weekend. The bartender was lacking majorly in the friendliness department. The server was barely around but commented that they were short handed and that she was doing room service as well. Our neighbors put there pizza boxes and room service trays out there door and for two days it stayed there. I went to work came back and it was still there from the night before. I asked the front desk to have some body come throw it way and still the next morning when I left was still there. I went to the front desk again and they were kind and said they would take care of it- and they didn't. I'm terrified of roaches and that would definitely call there names.
