Just don't stay here. Find a better hotel. The rooms a terrible, the shuttle service is terrible, & the people that work there act like they don't care. 1st room they put us in needed to be cleaned & updated about 20 years ago. A/C didn't work, it was filthy, & smelled terribly... they did move us to a better room after my husband called & complained. The real issue was the shuttle service. We didn't have a bad experience going to the airport (but there was a couple that missed the shuttle bec... Read more

Sad, sad, sad. Dirty and grimy Towels Sticky and threadbare All this said, and it was probably one of their better rooms- very spacious. Raucous behavior, yelling and cursing in halls til 0200. After booking with Hotwire, the hotel wanted a $150 cleaning deposit before I could be given a key.

Don't stay here unless you have no other choice. If you do stay here, be sure you have $100 for their silly, "security deposit!" That's money you will not see for a week! The room was, "cleaned at," but there remained bits of string around, there were little brown and black grains of something in the tub, which I opted out of using. There was NO blanket or bedspread on the bed, just a poorly fitting (came off overnight) "fitted sheet" and a top sheet.. The mattress cover just lays there and over ... Read more

The place is older that i expected and looks like it needs to be renovated, but the rooms were clean comfortable and fresh. We had a good nights rest. The people were helpful and friendly. I think next time i would pick a newer place even if the price was a bit more.

This place is horrible and very scary. The staff treated me like I was a criminal when I balked at paying the $100 "security deposit". I have never felt so unsafe at a hotel in my life. Place was filthy and very scary people hanging out in the parking lot. I can't express how horrible this place is. I was on the 4th floor and have a bad knee so I was forced to take the elevator...I was terrified the entire's old, dirty and looks like nothing works. DO NOT STAY HERE! I was lured i... Read more

I recently checked in to this. called hotel and was disappointed from start to finish. .little did I know by checking into the hotel before actually seeing the room I forfeited my booking deal that I received. .. this place was a pit stop for future felons, if you stay more then 7 days they have to do a background check on you plus it's an additional 100 bucks security deposit. ..then if you select the "bare" room you have to pay for toiletries...linen and everything else. ...I didn't even... very old hotel. The receptionist is behaves badly. We had lot of discussions with Expedia and the receptionist about 2 hours in the midnight on our hotel reservation. The hotel receptionist was not cooperative to both Expedia employees as well us. this hotel should employ normal persons as receptionist

The place is disgusting and neglected. Going into the lobby is like going into a time warp back to the late 1970's (in a sad, creepy way). The carpets are filthy with food stains and vomit stains easily visible to anyone. Many parts of the hotel smell of garbage, rotting food, and other strange smells. If you are a business traveler or heavy internet user, you may as well forget about using the "free wifi". While it is free, it's so painfully slow most of the time, that it is a headache to try... I've stayed in many different hotels with different pricing and this by far was the worst. Heed the warning of all the reviews! First I want to say My husband and I only stayed there because we needed somewhere to keep our car over night for 10 days as we travel internationally. The only good thing about the hotel was that my car was safely there when we arrived back after 10 days. Starting at check-in the hotel front desk was rude and acted as if it was a inconvenience to check us into our ro... Read more

My family stayed here for our Granddaddy's funeral. I think the funeral was the best part of this trip compared to the hotel stay. We arrived and was immediately snapped at by the "Hotel Manager". She would not speak to us like we were paying customers, instead she treated us like we were tenets. We walked forever to get into our room with no direction from miss prissy. Our carpet looked like a murder scene. Blood in the bathtub, floor, and sink. Both beds had never been cleaned, only sheets pul... Read more

For people on a tight budget, this is the place to go. You can't expect this to be like a 5 star hotel when you're paying so cheap. I found the location convenient and there were many places to eat nearby, as well as entertaiment. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were alright to me. There are worse rooms available. Sure, it isn't the best hotel ut to me it served its purpose. Also, the pool was really great. Plus it's really close to the airport.

I was a little scared of booking this hotel because of the reviews. My friens and I booked it for 37$ a night for 4 nights because we were going to attend a concerr and we couldn't afford to spend a lot on a hotel. We got an even bigger room than the one we were supposed to with a nearby exit to the pool, the rooms were clean and bug free (one of the main complaints), the staff were always helpful with everything and the wifi is fast. This isn't a luxury/fancy hotel but hey, it gets the job done... Read more

A really terrible place to stay, infested with roaches, no light bulbs in any 3 lamp lights in room. Remote to tv will not work. Called two times over 2 days. No urgency whatsoever. The worst hotel I have ever been too. Hotwire who booked me here should feel ashamed to represent a truly disgusting g hotel. I saw beautiful families in Lobby waiting for a truly disgusting experience. Shut this place down. Only place u has to pay 10 dollars to do a background if you stay longer than a week. I am a ... Thank goodness I didn't end up staying here! I cancelled my reservation after reading all of the reviews about bug infested rooms. I am writing this review, however, because I am still involved with this hotel from a charge they placed to my card for a room I didn't even stay in and had actually cancelled a week before it was charged! My card was charged more than a week early, not an authorization, a CHARGE! I tried contacting the hotel, no help. They told me that I would have to have the booki... Read more

After American Airlines completely devastated our entire vacation plans, we were forced to stay the night at this hotel. This is the absolutely worst hotel we have ever had the displeasure of stepping foot into. Not really sure where to start. Should I talk about the rats, the black sticky carpet, the crackhead residents making drug deals, the broken neon lights at check-in, doors falling off their hinges, the stained sheets, the noisy A/C or any other of the disgusting features of this property... The room was quite spacious, but very dark. He had 3 lamps to light the room. There was to quite. The hotel has a heat pool and minigolf. The last time I went with my boyfriend to play minigolf, it hasn't golf clubs. The location is close to several 24/7 food places and a 7eleven like 5 to 10 minutes walking. The hotel is near to the airport and have an airport service but not 24/7. I think It starts at 4 or 5 am.

I did take pictures but will spare you the horridness of it all. We arrived after midnight and had to stand in line to check in and they instantly demanded $100 per room deposit. I said to my Mom maybe we should look at the room before paying that deposit and I was right. I saw roaches in the lobby. Then we go on the elevator and are greeted with a hallway of trash and ash. We get to our room and can not get the room open. A lady who is roaming the halls at 1 am with her 3 kids says oh yeah peop... Read more
