This is a very nice hotel with all of the services you would ever want but their customer service is horrible! Twice I spoke with people at the counter and they were more interested in finding a way to get rid of you than speak to you. Again, I called them about a discrepancy on my bill and they passed me to an accounting voicemail box. I pressed 0 and got back to the same person that answered the first time to tell them I would like to talk with someone. She said sure hold on and passed me ... Read more

This is a good hotel with a pool - you can have a drink and play table tennis next to the pool! It has everything a good Marriott offers can do better with a good restaurant. You will have to entertain at the bar and the food is great but they seem to be very short staffed. On the Saturday we were there the on premise Starbucks was closed and a phenomenal newbie (Megan) handled literally 50 guests from the bar. The hotel has seem some bathroom renovations, which is good but they replaced the goo... Read more

I stayed here for 5 nights in mid-April, and overall I am really pleased with experience. I was attending a conference at the hotel, so I got a discounted rate for my room. Budget allowing, I think I will stick to the Marriott chain in the future. The good: - My baggage was delayed, but instead of having to go out and buy some toiletries, a lovely lady at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name) went to the back and gave me some supplies to last me a few days. Because I had no place to ke... Read more

I travel almost every week for business. The Marriott Quorum was a real treat. The hotel is lovely. Restaurant and bar were lively. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. I was not feeling well when I checked in and mentioned it to Michael, the friendly young man behind the desk. From then on, he took great care of me... He put me in a beautiful room and made sure I had everything I needed. He sent up chocolates and wine - what more could a girl want when she's feeling lousy?? He ... Read more

I stayed in this hotel for a conference. It was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. On the first day of the conference I had lunch at the buffet in the lobby and the food was good but the line was long and we didn't have enough time to eat. We were never given our drinks and others around us were given drinks. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. There is a shuttle that runs hourly to the galleria. Other than the lunch it was a great stay and I would recommend this h... Read more
