LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Amazing staff very accommodating. Gorgeous fire pit near the pool outside and they have a Lil Bistro inside the hotel that serves Starbucks, breakfast, quick lunch/dinner entrees, plus cocktails. The egg white frittata is delicious. Highly recommended and will be staying here again next business trip.

I reserved the Courtyard Dallas through American Airlines for approximately half the price of the Omni Dallas where a convention I was attending was held. The Courtyard was only about five miles away with free parking while the Omni charged $20 per night for parking. Positives: The bed was comfortable, the shower was attractive and worked well, the room was spacious, the popcorn was free :), the free wifi was easy to access, the courtyard was nice and the personnel were friendly and helpful. ... Really easy access to the Market Center and Medical Center Area. Rooms are in the process of being remodeled and I got a new one. Nice improvements to the bathroom especially with a walk-in shower. Room is quiet and comfortable with a small refrigerator, big work area and new comfortable couch. I like the friendly staff here and they make a regular customer feel very welcome. Plenty of free parking. Great working internet which is always a plus.

If you are going to the convention center, or have someone at the nearby hospitals, it is a great place to stay, but otherwise there is not much to do around. I stayed there for an event taking place at the Kay Bailey convention center, and it was just a 5-7 min drive from the hotel. The "restaurant" does not have many options, but since I was all day at the event, I just went back for a quick dinner and to sleep, and was out the next morning at 6AM, so that was not much of a problem for me. We stayed here recently on an overnight trip to Dallas. Needed to find a hotel between concert venue (Gexa Energy Pavilion) and airport. This was less expensive than some of the other Marriott properties in town. Early check-in was a breeze with the Marriott mobile app. Keys were ready for us when we arrived. The room was nice and even featured a small balcony. Didn't use the pool but saw that it was located behind the property and included a fire pit and seating area.

The pool was full of hair and was obviously not cleaned. The first night we were there the people next to us were extremely loud. Called to complain at 1130 p.m. i was told there was nothing they could do except relocate us to another room. So I said because the people next to us are being loud I have to get out of bed and pack my things to move because you won't do anything. She put me on hold and then said we could send security up but can't guarantee anything. Finally after about 20 minutes t... Read more

We stayed here for 1 evening on business and it was a very nice stay. Hotel was clean and the rooms were adequate and well kept. We didnt use the outdoor pool or fire pit but it was very nice from what we could see from our room. This hotel is located just minutes from the airport.

We stayed at the Courtyard hotel because it was within walking distance to the Medieval Times event. We were highly disappointed in this hotel. The lobby is misleading.. it looked updated and very clean, you go down the hallway to your room and the hallway was very hot and muggy. We get to our room and turn the air conditioner to high cool, leave our bags and go down stairs for a coffee and relax. We tried to connect to the internet but they don't tell you that there is a 3 device limit and the... Read more

Beautiful lobby and lovely rooms. Bedding is definitely higher quality than most chain hotels. This hotel is slightly more expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. I loved the walk-in shower. There is a Denny's restaurant close by for late night meals. Super convenient if you are driving in the Dallas area. Stemmons freeway connects to all of the major freeways.

I was recently in Dallas for 3 days and wanted a hotel near downtown (but not "in downtown") and after research I chose this hotel. It is within close & easy driving distance to all the downtown attractions, as well as uptown. I have stayed at a Courtyard before and I am satisfied with the interior, exterior and customer service. My room was a king room with a balcony that had a nice view of downtown. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were excellent, bathroom was clean, no tub - which is... Read more

We were in town for a convention across the street. It was the perfect location for half the price and the room was updated and provided us with everything we needed. The Starbucks downstairs was an added bonus!

Stayed for the Boys National Volleyball Tournament price was ok but the area where the hotel seems run down. I would spend the extra and stay downtown next time and not rent a car. The hotel is just average and no restaurants nearby except a run down Dennys that was a bit dirty. The staff at both were very nice but the location is awful.

This hotel was "ok". I had trouble with the wifi because there is a 3 max device rule where even if you disconnect a device it still counts. Had to stay on phone with tech support. We had to do laundry and there was only one machine. It was very old. Ancient washing machine. No free breakfast and the pay breakfast was order only. No grab and go. Around $10-$15 for average food, it was too high and too long to wait. This "bistro" closed at lunch and this was annoying when I was working from the r... Read more

Decent hotel in a nice location. I did not spend too much time in my room but it was a nice room with a view of the pool area. I am not giving it 5 stars because even with a very specific Marriott profile the person assigning rooms did not pay attention which made the checkin process much longer than it should be. The young lady at the reception though friendly and professional seemed ticked off that she had to change the room preference.

Stayed here over the weekend in August 2016. Place is clean and well maintained. Location is very convenient with easy access to/from I-35. Although it is pretty close to I-35 (we were in the back of the hotel which sits closer to the highway), there was not a lot of noise from the highway. We were on the side of the pool and there was some noise coming from there in the middle of the afternoon. They have a restaurant that we did try for breakfast on Saturday and food was good. There are no... Read more

I had nicely remodeled room. Fresh and clean. Shower was good. I was in room 529. Since it is up high and on the highway side, you could hear traffic all night long. I would avoid upper floors of this hotel maybe if you had a room on the other side of the hall it would be ok. Service and check in was ok. Nothing wrong nothing great. Really not a super value but it is convenient to market, medical center and love field. There is nothing wrong with this property but it is a shame they spe... Read more

We had to book this stay last minute after leaving another hotel close by that was a nightmare! (See review Hampton Inn at Market Center Dallas) The staff was great, here at the Courtyard, the room was clean, it was quiet, the shower has good water pressure and we can not say enough good things about our stay. We ate a good breakfast, scrambled eggs, potatoes, crispy bacon & my husband had a bacon, egg & cheese croissant! Yummy After leaving the other horrible hotel we were so refreshed by the ... Read more

I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights on business. I had a conference directly across the street at the Hilton Anatole. The hotel was recently renovated and was very nice. The room was very comfortable and the outdoor fireplace was nice. They have a good fitness room as well. The only negative was they put someone else's dry cleaning in my room so when I got back to the hotel late I had to take 2 large groups of clothing to the front desk.

I have never experienced a Marriot like this one- absolutely terrible experience! Room felt so damp causing the sheets to feel wet, ceiling was full of disgusting stains and the bathroom door wouldn't even close all the way. If your planning a visit to the medical center, this is the place to stay. Free parking and a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner for a fee. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the layout is your typical courtyard hotel with a workout room and self service laundry.

Front desk staff were very kind. I had 5 rooms for a ladies weekend. One of the refrigerators had two roaches in it. We were given a new room but no comp. Rooms were nicely renovated and comfortable. Free wifi is nice. Only one car allowed per room. Half of room views are to courtyard which is very nice. The other half of room views are to the parking lot. Ice signs placed on walls were there is no ice. Finding ice was a frustrating experience. Walk AC units. DIRTY backdoor entry. Lobby is nice ... Read more

We stayed here due to wanting a weekend away from Stillwater, OK. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms, has a mini restaurant/bar in the lobby that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as has drinks if you want a nightcap. It also has a fire pit in the courtyard where you can sit next to it at night while looking at the stars. Used this hotel because close to state fair. Used points but cash equivalent would have been $97 which is an incredible price for downtown Dallas. Hotel is older but fairly up to date. Staff was friendly, room was clean, AC worked well. Fridge in room, snack purchases at desk reasonably priced for a hotel. Would expect more if room rate was over $200 but at this price I would repeat my stay every time.
