My daughters wedding was held May 28, 2016 at the Wyndham Dallas-Park Central. I have never felt so much warmth and love from a business that turned a such stressful time into such a stress free time and took away all of my worries and I can't stress how much this business has made my experience a great and enduring one. I can't say enough about the hotel and all of the staff because they did such an awesome job taking care of my whole entire family. I want to give a special thanks to the Cateri... Read more

I will NEVER stay in this hotel again! One employee working at the front desk failed to follow through with a request of extra face towels and towels. However, the next day when I requested again we received extra face towels and ONE large towel! Also, the maid service was TERRIBLE! They took ZERO pride in their work and did as little as possible. BEWARE!

ok I almost hate to tell you about this wonderful hotel......I stayed there once before and love it ..I was surprised with how much space the rooms have. The hotel is quite and like a small apt. The staff are kind and go out of the way to help you. I was close to friends and the galleria mall. I don't require a lot on vacation usually because I'm not in the room much, however we spent several hours in the room with family and friends. The front desk staff was dismissive bordering on rude. They do not give their names when answering the phone so you can't complain about anyone specifically. The second night of our two night stay we called down around midnight about some missing property from our room and were told security would come up to take an incident report. Over and hour later no security had come and when we called again, the same desk clerk denied even being there when she spoke to us the first time. We never did se... Read more

Nice big clean rooms. We had a great view of downtown. Largest fridge of any hotel although no microwave. Bathroom is updated although tubs are still small but still fine for a shower. Lots of parking and a Starbucks right near it as well as a sonic. Many entrances during the day as they open gates so don't trust GPS for best one. Pool was nice for a swim. Some trees for shade and seemed clean and was fairly warm. The price was right too!

Upon arrival, the location was a bit awkward to find. We, as intelligent human beings figured it out. It needed better signage for guests. The building itself seemed to be a bit drab, but I am willing to overlook anything and everything counting on service and experience as my guide. The hotel had a fabulous grandeur as you entered. It was outstanding and I had high anticipation. Unfortunately I felt there was rather a hohum attitude with the staff. A staff member had passed us coming out ... Read more

Overall the hotel did wonderful for the event I was attended. But room wise, I expected more for the price paid. The shower showed signs of mold and the curtains didn't close completely no matter what you did. Plus their menus for the in house restaurants were almost nothing if you have food allergies, which is always disappointing for a Metroplex like DFW

The location was great, the rooms where spacious. Could have done without all the animals. Need to work on house keeping. Had a thick spider Web hanging from the ceiling right when we got to the room, something if they where cleaning shouldn't have been missed, and they didn't vacuum. I guess for 95 dollars a night I expected a bit better.

Stayed there for two nights in June. I had a large room, which was spotless clean. Bed was comfy and during the night it was really quiet in the hotel. Bathroom was OK too. So overall the hotel deserves its four stars, however I subtract one for the bad neighborhood. When my colleagues and myself walked to In n just around the corner, a police patrol checked us and told us to watch out for the prostitutes... Would return to Wyndham Suites, but in a different area of Dallas.

First off let me say I loved the design of the hotel it was kinda tricky but it was cool! The main problem I had was no guest directory in the room and I asked for it several times and was never given one. The second day of our stay I went to ask the front desk a question and the employee Martin was very rude and short. Other than that it was a great stay! Also the bed was a little too firm.

I stayed here with my son for a weekend trip back home. The hotel is located next to two major freeways which is awesome for getting around places quickly. The room was large, the bedroom has a door for privacy if you need it and we had a pullout couch. The room was large, clean and well done for the price. The only negative I had was I had to go to the front desk two nights in a row due to the electronic keys not working. I would definitely stay here again.

The personnel at the registration desk were not very well informed about the local area. The gentleman did not make eye contact, did not offer a welcome, and was rather brusque in his manner. The service at the bar in the lobby was very poor. The quality of the drinks served were insulting for the price that was required. My friends and I eventually gave up on socializing at the bar. The woman who cleaned the room each day was excellent. She as attentive, gracious and obviously dedicated.

We were surprised that the sheets were "pilled" at the bottom...not a good feeling. The bed was not that comfy... pillows were good. The bathroom was VERY small. One person at a time to get ready. The setting room was a great size and the bedroom was very large. The coffee for the coffee maker was terrible. The breakfast buffet was over priced for what they offered. The staff was nice. The front desk staff was helpful. The shuttle guys were great. The hot tub was large and clean as was the pool.... Read more

Hotel is acceptable. Lots of new team who are still learning but very friendly for the most part. Karen and Daisy are awesome!

I would have rated higher but each time we have been there the service in the bar is VERY slow. We felt bad for the bartenders. Each time only one on duty and they were slammed. Full bar, bar top and our group was watching the big tv. The managers on duty need to recognize this and either move someone to help them or do it themselves. Other than that great place. Not the bartenders fault. Needs better scheduling. Are last three trips there have been the same.

We stay at this Wyndham every time we come to Dallas. We love it! The staff is great and strive for excellence in meeting our every need. The hotel is gorgeous and we would not think of staying elsewhere. Keep up the good work!! Thanks, Richard C. Merchant

Upon arrival, my reservation was lost and it took 15 minutes to search for it, then book me a new room. I saved 18% of the dinner bill by going to get it myself, but when a I got it, the burger I order was burned and inedible. The suite was very nice and the heavy door between the sitting area (den) and bedroom kept a lot of the noise out. Sadly, there was a dog convention during the weekend so there was very loud barking throughout the day and well into the evening (which I heard from 6 stories... Read more

Very pleased with our stay. The only complaint would be, they should offer a continental breakfast. Staff was outstanding, bed & pillows were comfortable. Clean room. Jacuzzi, Outdoor/indoor pool. 1 pool but half is indoor. Bartender made a fabulous margarita. Would recommend & stay again.

the professional k-9 stylist yearly styling competition and trade show + parties, have been held at this location for the past 3+ years. the staff has ALWAYS been helpful , going above and beyond the call of duty, despite the fact that some of the attendees were less than perfect. The property was sparkling , the breakfast buffet was always more than coffee and a bagel (awesome chef)and the staff way more than accomedating------ thanx to all of you

I recently stayed one night here on business. Arrived about 4pm and got a standard king room. I was in 523. Hotel has recently been refurbished and it looks good. Location is ok with free parking and several fast food places within walking distance. The suites are large with separate sitting area and TVin each section. The bathroom is really small for the size of the suite. Tub is relatively small too. I ordered room service and got prompt service and decent meal. Here is my biggest iss... Read more

We arrived in high spirits rather late. The floor layout of the hotel can be confusing initially, so not having the room number, directional signs all labeled (on our floor the directional to our room was missing completely) made for some head scratching and schlepping of luggage in the wrong direction(s). Check in was fine, parking was plentiful, room was muggy and stuffy, stuffed full of pretty low end furniture at the sitting area of the room. Bedroom was fine with the exception that both bed... We stayed in room #316. It was spacious, very well appointed, and quiet. I would have given 5 stars, but we had trouble with the water valve in the shower. I called the desk and they talked me through it, and we were able to shower. The staff should have known there was a problem with the water valve. Restaurant was excellent.

I was allowed an 8:30 am early check in. The room was very spacious. I felt like I was in my own little apartment. A home away from home for the 3 day stay I had to endure. The food was better than the average hotel. I would recommend the Wyndham Dallas Suites Park Central to anyone.

The hotel was in a great location and not far from the event that we went to at The Cotton Bowl / Fair Park. The lobby was spacious and very nice. Our room was perfect, it had separation between the bedroom and the living area. The Bar in the lobby was a great place to relax. The breakfast & coffee were a very nice way to end our stay. I would definitely recommend this awesome place to stay that is very affordable.

Check in was easy. Front desk people were awesome. Too bad the same can't be said for housekeeping who did not for the entire 5 day stay supply fresh soap or even toilet paper(I had to get this from front desk). They did like my souvenir cup from the Cowboys game because that was gone but the plastic Subway cup remained. This used to be my favorite place to stay in Dallas because of the location and amenities but will have to rethink next trip. It is nice to have separate sleeping area from liv... Read more
