I'm somewhere in-between a frequent traveller and a road warrior; I don't always travel for work, but when I do, it's a for a few weeks at a time. During my trip to Dallas, it was highly suggested that I stay here and enjoy the time on the road. I checked in and they *IMMEDIATELY* brought up my SPG guest registration information and linked it to the reservation, thanked me for my business, and upgraded my room without my asking for it. I got up to the room and found it to be very comfortable, ... Read more

Really good hotel right next to the Galleria shopping centre. There's a good gym and pool, and a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby. Dallas is not known for its public transport, so I have no idea whether there is any out near the hotel, but with Uber in Dallas who really cares? The hotel is fairly close to DFW. The rooms are good, fairly modern as you would expect at a Le Meridien. No complaints here. Plus all of the staff were excellent. This is a good choice if you need to be in this ... Read more

Great hotel, have stayed here many times for business travel and with my family. As a platinum traveler, suite upgrades are common and the corner suites with two separate rooms are very large and nice along with free breakfast, wifi, etc. The staff is friendly and attentive. Kids love the indoor pool. The proximity to the galleria is nice, a short walk across the street.

First the good stuff: lovely, updated, clean, felt so spacious like all things in Texas should...friendly and helpful staff all around. Loved the food, especially the breakfast buffet. Will stay again next time we are visiting friends in Dallas. Only negatives were a tv that kept losing signal. So annoying. We reported when we checked out. Also our daughter left her power cord for her laptop. ..a $60 cord. We wrote an email to the hotel and got no response. So, there is room for improvement ... Read more

We stayed there for our honeymoon and they treated us like royalty. We had small issues with the room but it was attended to within moments. The restaurant could use an upgrade when it came to breakfast and the bar could use a bit more of a selection like a blender and more type of shots and blended drinks. To sum it ALL up.. I wish i could give them a 10 star but they only allowed 5 spots. 10*********!! We will be going back on our anniversary.!

We booked this hotel for a nice weekend away with friends. We choose this hotel in particular due to it's close proximity to the Galleria. We had a great time in Dallas, but a marginally decent time at Le Meridien. There just wasn't anything special about it. The hotel lobby was clean and modern, with a nice bar. The rooms were clean and modern as well, with the exception of the shower. The rest of the room had clearly been renovated somewhat recently, while the dingy old shower had never been t... Read more

Hotel was loud and I had the honor of an internal room that didn't have a window to the outside. Keys didn't work twice. They charged me for my breakfast even though it was a part of my rate. I typically stay Marriott but my typical hotel was oversold so I thought I'd try something else, and I guess this is what "no status" gives you. It was clean, nice facility, etc. but I'll give it a "meh".

Hotel was very quiet. Room very nice, even though it was mostly pink (not my favorite color). Staff at check-in desk was very pleasant. This is a Starwood property, so if you can get the SPG level by giving your membership info, I would recommend it. What killed me is all the charges for what is free at their sister property at the Westin, just across the street. Had to pay $21.60 (after tax) to park myself. Had to pay for internet, regardless of where you were in the building. Wanted $3 for... Read more

Beautiful lobby; friendly staff; large, clean, comfortable room. This hotel's location near The Galleria was very convenient. I was able to walk to the mall instead of deal with the stress of driving. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the parking fee.

As we walked into the lobby, what a beautiful entrance and a helpful staff. The room itself was spacious and very clean. The staff was helpful and attended to our needs. Pros: Great staff, well maintained, great price, great location near galleria. Cons: thin walls, parking gate did not work, pool was okay. For the price and service, we would definitely come back. The noise and pool I am just being a little picky. As far as parking, it is $20 a day for self park. Since the room rate was... Read more

I last stayed at this hotel about 2 years ago i think. I come to Dallas often for business meetings. And sometimes have my clients meet me at the lounge of where i stay. When i last visited, i just didn't enjoy my experience, and said i probably wouldn't come back. Decided to give it another try, because it's really hard to ignore how great the location is for this property. So i have it a 2nd chance. This hotel looks a lot different now then when i last came. Beautiful hotel with a super friendly staff. Rooms were large and the beds are so comfortable. My daughter loved the indoor pool and the glass elevators. Be sure to try the burgers as well, ordered room service after a full day out and it was outstanding. We will most definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful. Loved the room, love the hotel and loved the indoor pool. Such a plus.. The hotel staff was outstanding. Only thing is it says it's 24 hour room service which is another reason I chose this hotel. But it actually ends at 11. Also ace was not cool enough and was a very warm room which made it a sleepless night.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a night and it was horrible! Everything was good at first. That is until we turned the shower on in the room. The room had very poor ventilation. Once we turned the shower on water was dripping from the ceiling and walls all night. I eventually became sick and couldn't stop sneezing and didn't get any sleep, not to mention had an asthma attack the next morning because there was mold in the room. Le Meridien Galeria is gearing for the business clients I think. The lobby is minimalist and functional. There are Macs available for guests to use and cosy lounge area on one side and a restaurant on the other side. The room is comfortable and spacious, with a big desk, chairs and 3 seaters sofa to lounge around. They really nail it with the bed and a choice of soft and firm pillows. The gym is small with cardio, cable and weight area, located on the lower ground, right next to the indoor swim... Read more

Have stayed here many times. Large rooms, very modern, great location. Service to rooms is a bit inconsistent, and the restaurant/bar is understaffed in my opinion. $20 per day hidden self parking charge is too extreme and a bit dishonest to those guests booking at one rate and then finding the cost increased by this hidden charge. Insufficient free wireless unless you are willing to pay an upgrade charge of $15.95 per day. Would stay here again for the right rate.

The guest rooms in this hotel are large and well appointed. There is a large sofa, a bench table with stools and a large bathroom with shower over bath. Stayed on a busy weekend. The room was large, clean and quiet. Staff was attentive and friendly. Only ragtime comment concerns parking rate and notification of rate. A rate of $20 a day on the weekend in a non-downtown area is too much, and that disclosure should be more noticeable in materials published.

There was no microwave in the room but there was one downstairs. Michelle was a great help super nice! The phone in room didnt work or something but that was a minor issue. Overall great experience walking distance from mall. Michelle was the voice I constantly heard on the phone so I remember her name but everyone I encountered was amazing!

My husband and I were looking to book an SPG property with points in Dallas and this one was substantially cheaper than all around it. I had low expectations for our 7K point stay (to match the low price) but I was wrong. The property was lovely and we were upgraded to a very nice suite. Self-parking was free and convenient and they serve breakfast until noon. I look toward to staying there again and hope to get the same great deal and nice upgrade!

I think this is a gorgeous hotel and very conveniently located. There is a really nice mall directly across the street with higher end shopping and dining. I love the decor of this hotel. I did have an issue this time with noise coming from the lobby, however. The hotel has an open atrium all the way to the roof, so the noise from the bar during a week night was rather annoying since I had an early business meeting the next day. First let me start by saying that this is a nice hotel with lots of great features. When I first booked it on Hotwire (for a huge discount) I was surprised how much cheaper I got it but when I arrived the parking lot was over 90% empty so I understand why they were desperate to fill rooms. Dallas has a huge number of 4-star+ hotels especially in the Galleria area so I'm sure Le Meridien faces tough competition. Now for the pros and cons of the hotel itself. Some of these apply to the hotel in it... Read more

I stayed in this hotel over a weekend with my husband while visiting family in the area. I believe we paid about $130 a night for a junior suite, which was acceptable for this hotel. I would definitely not pay ~$200 which I believe others have mentioned was what they paid. I have stayed at Le Meridien properties in many places, but this one is definitely not up to the standard. This hotel reminds me more of a Courtyard or Hampton Inn, without normal 4 or 5-star amenities. For one thing, it's quite small, across the street from a medium-sized mall. There is only one (they call it "two" but it's really only one space) dining option, with a couple more available in the mall, but that's across the street. We chose to stay here for Thanksgiving because they have suites and it's pet friendly. However, we couldn't find a bellman nor luggage cart when we checked in, so had to take several trips to unload the car. We stayed in a superior suite and I requested a quiet room, but we were placed right next to a construction zone so 'ratatararatata" goes the drill. Breakfast is a picked over buffet and $20 a pop.
