I am a platinum member of SPG and Marriot. I was told parking was free for platinum members on my 2nd week. I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks. After not charging parking the 2nd week they are insisted on charging $100 for the parking for the 1st week and another $100 the last week. I consulted with the hotel desk and was told that I had to pay the parking with my rate. I would have just used uber and not paid $200 for parking if I had known they were going to charge me. $20 a day for parking s... Read more

Loved the style of this hotel! Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The Latitude bar in the Lobby was a fun spot for a drink, and allowed for some good people watching too. Excellent location and just a minute walk across the street to the Galleria.

Took a quick trip down to Dallas with my boys to check out some museums and restaurants. This hotel was a great option for us. Hotel as an indoor pool, the rooms are suites, the service was really great, location was perfect and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Restaurant in the hotel was a solid and convenient option for dinner after arriving in town. Will definitely go back.

Womp Womp Womp. Thankfully, we had enough money in our bank accounts- because we were double charged for parking, double charged for our deposit, and charged for another room's bar tab. It took forever and a day to get these things straightened out. Our stay was not pleasant and relaxing like we hoped, we spent majority of the time trying to get a refund so that we could do all the things we'd planned. Unfortunately, that money was not refunded until two days after we got home. WOMP. The host ... Read more

We chose to stay here for Thanksgiving because they have suites and it's pet friendly. However, we couldn't find a bellman nor luggage cart when we checked in, so had to take several trips to unload the car. We stayed in a superior suite and I requested a quiet room, but we were placed right next to a construction zone so 'ratatararatata" goes the drill. Breakfast is a picked over buffet and $20 a pop. The potatoes were undercooked as was the bacon. I've had better free breakfast at Embassy S... Read more

I had a couple of stops in Dallas and this area was close. I checked in late and was able to order from a late night menu. The lady at reception recommended the Pizza and it was ok. Very friendly staff. Clean and inviting atmosphere. The room was large and comfortable. The blinds would keep light out. The bath room was oversized. Reasonable price as well. I would stay here again for business.

I have stayed at Le Meridien properties in many places, but this one is definitely not up to the standard. This hotel reminds me more of a Courtyard or Hampton Inn, without normal 4 or 5-star amenities. For one thing, it's quite small, across the street from a medium-sized mall. There is only one (they call it "two" but it's really only one space) dining option, with a couple more available in the mall, but that's across the street. The food quality is poor, nowhere near as good as Le Meridi... Read more

We always stay at this hotel when visiting the Dallas area, but this time was not good. They double charged us for the room. Accounting didn't try to help the dispute. The bathroom floor was disgusting, the bed covers didn't look or feel fresh, some of the couch pillows were missing, the cable chord on the tv had a short so it cut out if you moved the tv, there was no microwave in the room (had to go downstairs by entrance to warm up some food), and the card machine to swipe in for parking wa...
