I had a issue with room wifi this is a big deal for my business called front desk spoke with a Victoria front desk agent seemed she was not worried about problem. Called back down spoke to Dagmar and still nothing was resolved. I went down cause I was checking out due to water boil i was not able to get my coffee I requested I understand this cause it is out of the control of the hotel. Price lined and thought this was a good deal but after getting there you find out you have to pay $10 a day to park! This is starting to be common with Holiday Inn another way to get your money! We waited up an extra 2 hours for towels and they never brought them! Breakfast we paid cash and waited 15-20 minutes for change!

No issues during our stay. The staff was very friendly. Parking is limited if you're coming in after 11pm. Ladies, if you're trying to apply makeup, it's a bit challenging due to the dim lighting. The bathroom mirror kept fogging up and there is no vent in the restroom. We reserved a two bedroom room and it was fine.

The location is very good; walking distance (5-10 minutes) of several Marina area restaurants; you can see the aircraft carrier Lexington very nearby ( few minutes' drive straight along the same road as the hotel is on (N Shoreline). Bring quarters (coins) if you want to park on the streets downtown, or find one of the public parking lots. If you go to the Lexington or the Texas State Aquarium, they are side by side & you can use the big parking lot under the bridge (you'll see it). The room was... Read more

This is a very expensive hotel and the worst service I ever encounter in my life. Upon arrival , it took a wait for about 30' to acknowledge my presence and the persons behind me. Then, they charge $10 for parking in Corpus Christi as if it is New York City . The next day , housekeeping knock at the door at 8:00 am (this is weekend) and ask them if they could come later for room service ... They said ok. Never showed up. Call front desk in the afternoon to let them know , my room was not clean ... Read more

This is a well taken care of property. The lobby is perfumed. The employees are very nice. The rooms are not big, but they have all of the amenities that you would want. The location is fabulous. You pay for parking, but everything downtown is within walking distance. The balconies are for show only, but you can get a room facing the marina, which is nice. The workout room is small, but nobody really uses it. Since they have a pool, sauna, and hot tub area with kid accessible games, it does ... Read more

We hosted our daughters wedding reception at this hotel. The staff in the sales office could not be better to work with, The staff were so friendly and courteous. The food was fabulous. We had a number of guests stay at this hotel as well and no one had complaints. Great service, friendly staff, beautiful location. Happy Bride and Groom. Can't ask for more than that.

Stayed at Holiday Inn on N. Shoreline and everything was great. The hotel is conveniently located to the T-Heads and downtown restaurants. The interior of the hotels is very nice, and has meeting rooms for rent. There was a family reunion going on in one when we stayed. The only inconvenient part is the parking for check in. Everything is painted red, but they do have a sign that reads 10 minute parking for check-in. Check-in took about 5 minutes so it worked out. Swimming pool is both indoo... Read more

Everything about this hotel was amazing. It's close to everything you can possibility think of. Sky & Jose were such great bartenders really knew how to make great drinks. Front desk Amanda (manager) was always smiling she gave us great ideas on what to do. Dora was new but she was really nice. Housekeeping did great on my room even though it was just freshing up the room. We will certainly be back.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I had been here before, but they have done a bunch of work to improve the property since my last visit. I really enjoyed the look of the hotel and could really see the luxury that they offer the guests. They are located just steps away from the bayfront waters, where there is lots to do. After a day of DeepSea fishing off Mustang Island, getting soaking wet, then seasick the Holiday Inn Corpus was a site for sore eyes. The front desk agent Hannah Solis helped make the rest of my day end perfectly. She recommended a great place to eat and listen to some live music. The room she picked for us had gorgeous ocean views. The amenities in the restroom were Bath & Body Works! Last but not least the complimentary breakfast buffet was to die for! Thanks Hannah!

Another very old building that they have tried to upgrade, which means the Lobby looks good, but you can't do much with the rooms. The old expression of "putting lipstick on a pig" applies here. Remember 30 years ago when bathrooms were 5x5 & the ceilings were 7'? This is what you get here. The only way more than 1 person can be in the bathroom, is if 1 of them steps into the bathtub. I'm only 5'8" & I can touch the ceiling. If this is not a negative for you, then you should be OK here. They hav... Read more

This hotel looks okay from the outside and the lobby is beautiful so you would expect the rooms to be beautiful too. They are outdated but the AC works great and the beds are very comfortable. My complaints are with the small, dingy bathrooms and the food from the restaurants is sub par. They do offer free appetizers and drinks on Tuesdays in the lobby which I thought was nice.

Best part of this hotel by far is the views overlooking the water. It is unfortunate the balcony doors can not be opened. There is a nice pool area and patio space that are good if your looking to be outside. A few waterfront restaurants and the aquarium are close by but other than that not too much in the immediate area. Rooms were clean but other than that pretty standard.
