This was a great experience. Had stayed in other Hampton Inn in Corpus but wanted to be closer to Shoreline this time. Smaller hotel but I liked it-more personal attention by the staff and very efficiently run. Hotel staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great! Had some trouble keeping up with the demand but they kept bringing items out. Good fitness area and pool. Will stay there again.

The room was clean and very nice. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was ok. However, I was on the second floor and experienced a great tumbling of noise from our arrival at 7PM until after midnight. About 11 I complained to the front desk. I think he was the only employee on site at the time, and told me he needed to check some people in before he could help. He called back in about an hour to see if it was still noisy. I told him it was, and suggested he come to our floor and stand ... Read more

Hamptons have become our "go to" for vacation it seems like. This one was nice. Decent breakfast, large room, overall nice set up. My only complaints would be that the WiFi was next to worthless, and the fridge was so-so (was cold, but not super cold). Positive notes: Staff was friendly and helpful, (in person and on the phone ahead of time), especially the breakfast crew. Side notes: If you are vacationing in Corpus, I would get something closers in by the mall. All of the restaurants ... Read more

Carolyn at the front desk was SO welcoming. I had a problem with my Hilton Honors number and she allowed me to check in anyway, telling me to come back when I could with the information. A 10,000 watt smile. Clean halls, elevators, rooms. Clean bathroom. Bed okay. Room arrangement has you pretty far away from TV, but that's not an issue. Breakfast was not as good as a year ago--eggs were on dry side, but helpful, friendly staff. I saw another person who posted called breakfast "Decent" and ... Read more

As with all Hampton's I've stayed at this one could use quieter A/C units, more water pressure, and a better TV channel lineup, but the breakfast was good, the staff was great, and the hotel itself is satisfactory for business travel.

I would recommend this hotel to all that stay in Corpus Christi. The location is very convenient to downtown and other attractions. The rooms were very neat and clean. The maid service was great. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were very helpful. Making the reservations was very easy as was the check in and out procedure. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly on all shifts and made me feel right at home.

The most helpful and pleasant staff of any Hampton Inn. Great breafasts as well. ALL the staff greated us everytime we met. The room keeping staff went out of their way to do our room when we were out for a few minutes. The breakfast staff rearranged the menu by pulling the Sunday menu forward to Saturday when I mentioned I wish we were going to be their for that meal. Impressive service.

Had an overall good stay. I think the size of the room was perfect for my husband, son and I with the king size bed and fold out couch. I enjoyed having the fitness center as well as the complimentary breakfast. When we had a small issue it was taken care of immediately by Carolyn. Her energy was great to have as you walking into the eating area as well as walk through the front door. Very helpful staff at this Hilton.

This is a nice hotel, comfortable rooms nice breakfast. Pool looks nice but kind of cold, jacuzzi nice temperature but not strong massage. Free wifi and good channels including HBO1 and 2. Is not next to the beach or retaurants but if you use google maps you are like minutes from malls, food, there is a new IMax movie theater like 10 minutes and next to it Texas Roadhouse and Walmart. Really quiet and you can go anywhere not expensive and is a Hilton.

Will stay here again! 5 star service and quality at a 3 star hotel price. The breakfast was amazing each day; never the same food. Fresh, warm cookies at check in times, cool water with cucumbers during the day, and a 24 hour tea/coffee bar setup. Sauna and hot tub every night before turning in after a long day at the beach. Used the gym each morning, and free USA Today newspapers to read during breakfast.

The hotel itself was reasonable with fairly helpful staff. Problem is the powers-that-be were digging up the roads all around the area in a serious way, with detours everywhere. Not sure if they were building new roads, repairing existing roads or laying pipes everywhere, but the dust and dirt being blown around was unbelievable. Very, very noisy location in a not-so-great area.

More or less what you expect from a Hampton Inn - fairly clean, good breakfast, nice staff. It should be pointed out that this hotel is near the refineries and is more in the working part of town versus the tourist part of town - Corpus being as small and easy to get around in as it is makes this location worth considering for the price. Generally nice, but we found the swimming pool to be a bit gross with an apparent layer of oil and some hair floating on top.

This was my time to stay in this particular Hampton. It is a solid hotel at a great price. There were two gems here. The first was how friendly the staff was. Whatever they could do to help was very evident here. Second, the free water in the lobby was strawberry water that day, which I have never had. I found myself getting two cups than and came back down for more. Solid bed but I wish Hampton's would upgrade pillows. Great location, right off I37. My only fuss is there were not resta... The people, and the place, were "just right!" After abrupt awkwardness at an earlier stop elsewhere, the tone and gentle touch of these staff folk was a deeply appreciated gracious experience. A "room is a room," (though mine was close to perfect), but the people - at the desk, around the edges of a delicious generous healthy breakfast, at the simple 'check out' - were polite and professional. They were - either well trained or intuitively hospitable - just right!

We've stayed here several times. The first reason was bc of a special rate. But the stay was so nice and the staff efficient and friendly, we have begun to stay there every trip we take. It's location is easy to get to, right off the highway and not too far from the bay. The breakfast was great and the coffee bar as well. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. The surrounding area isn't much to brag about, but the hotel more than compensated for the location.

We usually stay at Hamptons or Hiltons. This one was as most. It was really close to the airport and close to the downtown area, which we liked. However, its actual location is a bit odd. Nothing in the immediate area except a couple other hotels, a 7-11 and a Dennys. Not a lot of customers either, but the place was in good shape and suited our purposes. The hvac system was hard to control too. 70 was blasting a/c and 71 was blowing heat. We finally just turned it off.
