Not what I expected after staying at a Westin. Walls were paper thin, could hear the baby crying at all hours of the night and looked very cheap for the price we paid. They're breakfast buffet was great!! That's about it??│

Good service is rare anywhere these days, especially in a hotel. This is a little pricier than some others but well worth the money. The matress was a little firm for my taste but i slept well two consecutive nights. I will definately be back.

Room was good on the first floor, the kitchenette and dining area was a nice surprise. Toilet and shower area were a bit small but the rest of the room made up for that. The afternoon reception and breakfast were great, free alcohol in the afternoon and there was a good selection for breakfast. We used the indoor pool and hot tub which was nice to have since it was down pouring outside.

We had a great time at the Corpus Christie Embassy Suites from the moment we walked in. Very easy going vibe at this location. Everyone, from the front desk to the food service staff were very attentive. Our television was not working when we got to our room, within 5 minutes a maintenance staff was in our room and fixed the problem. Way to go!!!

Everything was excellent. Just didn't like that they had a reception and it was loud and wasn't able to rest/sleep for our trip back home. yes, I would definitely stay again, but maybe ask to see if we can stay in a better quiet room instead of the noisy one in the 2nd floor that we had.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet is great. It's located on the center of the main highway through Corpus and gives you convenient access to both downtown and the beaches on the Island or the Navy base. The bedroom portion is a little tight and there is not a lot of room to put your suitcases where they aren't in the way, but I don't think I could find another hotel that could accommodate a family of five for this price a... If you have never stayed at an embassy suites they have nightly free drinks and snacks along with appetizer specials. The snacks vary by location. When considering the cost of the hotel consider what this hotel chain offers. Easy location to get in and out of. Close to lots of restaurant options. Rooms are large and very clean. Only knock is that I could hear the loud kids in next room. Very friendly staff. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Nothing special about this hotel, probably as good as any mid quality hotels, beds not to comfortable, internet connection is BAD!, as slow as the old dial up. Breakfast is average, front desk person never asked me how was my stay, or thanked me for staying with them........ not that I need to hear that from them, but, it makes you feel better when these people who's their job is to be nice to paying customers, can say few words of kindness, like - thank you for staying with us. Excellent hotel if you need three beds. The breakfast is extensive and convenient. The happy hour is a nice time to connect with family prior to eating dinner. We often order pizza on our first night and have happy hour drinks-Shirley Temples for the littles. The rooms have outdated, cramped bathrooms with bedroom only entry which is inconvenient with a larger family.

I expected a non-smoking room at the Embassy suites and I was forced to stay in a room that absolutely reaked of smoke. This room should have been taken off the availability list if they were not able to deal with the fact that it had been previously smoke in but instead I was forced to stay in it because I was checking in late.

This is a much older embassy design, and unfortunately it can't be hidden. They've done a renovation somewhat recently, as the rooms seem much more modern than what I expected after seeing the layout of the building, but they have some serious non-cosmetic maintenance deficiencies left to resolve. The roof leaks, the shower head won't adjust and wi-fi signal is terrible in the bedroom. Clean Quiet I was able to check in and select my room from my computer Very nice lobby, conducive to sitting and talking. Complementary cocktails and snacks from 4-7 for guests only. Lots of room to sit around. Breakfast is anything you might want, somewhat bland, but very filling. Can order omelets (don't really recommend). It takes 15 minutes and you have to stand there to get it. Not worth it. Just have scrambled eggs from the buffet. We had 3 rooms, two of which had drainage problem... Read more

Stayed for just one night to visit the area. The highlight of the stay was the customer service we received from Jake at the front desk. What a friendly young man...he even remembered my name the next morning. I hope you realize the gem you have in him! That being said I will now rate the hotel. Managers reception was okay. Great drink from the bar though! Breakfast has a lot of choices. Very busy as in most Embassy Suites but handled well by the staff. The bed was really comfortable and th... Read more

Stayed here twice in the past two months, each time the rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a king bed with separate living room that had a comfy pull out couch. Good location to shopping and dining. Great hotel breakfast, many choices of food and drinks. Can be a little difficult to find parking late at night. But all in all was a great stay each time. Will be using this location again for our next trip to Corpus Christi.

I stayed at this hotel a couple time for a business trip. The first stay was pleasant so I decided to stay here again. The fact that they have a happy hour and very well known with the breakfast. I love the breakfast here and the people are very welcoming. Just make sure to use your wristband for the happy hour or else you won't get a service because I guess there are people from outside not the staying guests try to take the risk of getting free beer/cocktails at the bar. The bartender is alway... Read more

I haven't been here in years. I was so happy to see the terrific remodel. Our room was fresh and clean. The staff is terrific. It seems like every one we encountered went out of their way to help us, including front desk, housekeeping, omelette chef and busboy. Also, the hotel hot tub was truly hot!

I spent a week here because of work. Work was stressful, but staying here made up for it. This hotel has been completely renovated. It's modern, clean, spacious, and staff are courteous. I can't decide which was better; the breakfast which was made for me, or the rum punch I drank in the evenings. I will make Embassy Suites my new go to hotel when I stay in Corpus Christi.

Embassy Suites offers a very good room, full breakfast and a great happy hour for your stay. This type of package is hard to find in CC since most of the hotels there are standard chains. The hotel is usually busy with lots of families. Summer rates can be pricy in comparison in the area, but it is worth it.

This is an older model Embassy - set up like the french quarter balconies & a very large atrium where the dining areas & the enclosed pool are. The remodel was very well done & the property is kept up. It is bright, & clean & fresh. Now there is one thing that sets this property apart from everywhere I have ever stayed - and look at my history that is a lot of places - the staff, every single member of the staff was absolutely the nicest, most pleasant, delightful person you will meet. For my wife's birthday, we decided to go to Corpus Cristi for the weekend for a little R&R and sightseeing. Although the weather was not exactly the greatest (albeit it is November), we still had a great time. One of the big reasons why our trip was a great success was Jake at the Embassy Suites in Corpus. This guy is the textbook definition of customer service. Not only did he welcome us to the hotel with a ton of service exuberance and genuine care, but he is one of the most helpful people... I always enjoy staying at an Embassy Suites Hotel. Even as a child I was always excited when I found out we were staying at an Embassy Suites. So when I travel with my children, I make sure to stay at an Embassy Suites whenever possible. My kids love the beach and they love the Texas State Aquarium, so when we visit Corpus Christi, we always stay at the Embassy Suites. It is always a pleasant experience and the staff is friendly and helpful.
