All of the out of town family and friends attending the wedding stayed at the Hampton. The service was great and we especially appreciated the ability to gather as a group each evening in the breakfast seating area without any complaint.

Stayed in Conroe to ensure we didn't have to drive back to Houston late at night after a wedding on Lake Conroe. Easy in and out. Good snack choice at the front desk. Great coffee in the a.m. Great beds and bedding.

I had a great experience @ Hampton Inn & Suites. The room was nice, Everything was clean, and the bed was sooooo comfortable. I didn't want to leave. I'm sad we didn't have time for the complimentary breakfast. ???

Overall my experience was very good. The staff was excellent but one curtain panel was torn from a hook, there were no towel holders close to the dry your hands or face you dripped water all over the floor to reach the hand towel. Just picky type things. There was a bit of mold behind the room door.

My family and I stayed overnight and the rooms were clean with nice updated furnishings. The ladies working the front desk were very sweet, professional and accommodating. They even helped me embarrass my 14 year old son who stopped up the toilet and had to go request the plunger. :) I used my Hilton Honors points, which would be my only complaint, is that this really is more of a 20,000 point hotel, but I would have paid to stay here if I had not had the 30,000 points required. They do offer a ... Read more

No complaints here. A very comfortable place to stay. The a/c was turned on before I arrived and the lights were on. The staff was very engaging and helpful. Location is adjacent to shopping and several restaurants.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. The breakfast buffet wasn't anything special but that was a good variety of things to choose from. Will definitely stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

I'm a Hilton Honors member, stay exclusively at Hilton properties, and do so often, just checked in and I'll never stay here again. Called ahead to make my room a "no post room" meaning declining the incidental charge. I do this every time I stay. Checking in the new girl had to run to the back to get a manager who then loudly began admonishing me in front of other guests for asking, I guess, a question they didn't know the answer to. And then took my card and charged me not only for incidentals... Read more

We got a room to avoid driving 75 miles back home and back out to the area the next day during graduation weekend. I had stayed there before in the fall and it was nice so we chose that Hampton again. The only negative was that the carpet in the hall on the 4th floor was really dirty but our room was again nice and clean. The breakfast was above par for most Hamptons and the girl working it made sure things were always full and was exceptionally sweet and hard working. I saw a sign in the lobby... Read more

It looks like a new Hampton, however found the carpeting to be dirty, broken tiles in elevator and floors, hard beds and not good pillows, I am a points member and was disappointed by the maintenance. sorry by the Stormchaser

VERY clean hotel. Front desk staff was exceptional. Gave us good advise on dinner choices and where to find drug store for allergy meds. We felt safe with well lit parking. Even though the hotel looked crowded, noise wasn't an issue. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Would stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding on Saturday afternoon. The hotel we were previously booked in had a transformer blow right in the middle of our getting ready for the wedding; power would be out for hours. After searching for another hotel we found Hampton Inn. Had not previously stayed at one but will stay here again anytime we're in Conroe. We were desperate to find a room and they gave the last room (a suite) for a fantastic price (lower than the regular suite rate). We cannot thank the sta... Read more

Clean and friendly - front desk was helpful and welcoming. Room was clean, bed was on the firm side, and AC could have been a little better. Location was pretty great, across from a big Kroger grocery store, Denny's, Chillis and Steak Place almost walking distance. Pool was nice - private, around the back of the hotel. The pillows were the worst part - they were tiny rocks. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with fresh eggs and oatmeal, make your own waffles and everything felt fresh and clea... Read more

We stayed here in Conroe, Tx after a long day on the road. The Hampton Inn is usually pretty nice, but this one was really "over the top" GREAT. The staff was really helpful, the room was super comfortable and relaxing. The pool was also great after the long day traveling.

Rooms are nice but front desk staff not so much. Convenient location. After a long day of travel, to arrive and be expected to listen to the dranatic personal conversations of the front desk staff while waiting to be acknowledged and checked in was strike one and two! Strike three was lack of at least a smile and cordial greeting!

Deceptively new facade, but our room smelled old and smokey. All our belongings now smell the same. If they replaced the carpets, that would help, but I don't see that happening in the near future. Bad!

If you are headed North from Houston, but want to spend the night in the area, I strongly recommend this property well away from the main traffic snarls for a head start. Excellent Hampton, well maintained, excellent staff, and darned good coffee!

Clean and Kind. No issues. All the amenities were just as expected from a Hampton Inn - I love that predictability! The food was just as expected also. There was a shopping center just across the way and that was great since we had been on the road a while. Starbucks was also nearby!

The front desk attendant should not be flirting with a man and speaking in Spanish while guests are lining up to check in. Handicap rooms should be equipped with handicap features. One grab bar in a shower does not make a room handicap.

If you have business in the North Houston area and don't want to get caught up in rush hour traffic, stop in Conroe and enjoy a great nights rest at the Hampton Inn right off I-45. I didn't ask but this has to be a recently completed location. Everything from the appearance, the workout facilities, the rooms, and even breakfast in the morning were great. There are several restaurants within walking distance giving you options when it comes to lunch or dinner. I will be back for sure next month. ... Read more

This hotel was dirty from the time you entered. The carpet was stained as you walked into the front of the lobby, all the way to your room. Bathroom had broken toilet that ran all night when you flushed it. Dirty and dust in corners.
