We always stay at this hotel when in College Station. Very convenient to university. This was our 3rd or 4th stay. Staff was excellent on all previous stays. This past stay in May 2016 seemed to have different front desk staff that were a bit complaisant, not very enthusiastic. With that being said this is still a very nice hotel and will definitely be staying again.

Firm beds, comfortable sheets. Spacious with plenty of room, and nice amenities. Good breakfast choices, though not enough places to sit and eat--at least on full weekends, which was a little irritating.

Spent a girls weekend here and loved it. The front desk staff was all very friendly and helpful. We wanted to check in a little early and room was not ready but they gave me a call when is was. Nice touch. We could hear tv and a baby crying Next door but with the fan on the great blackout curtains and fabulous comfy bedding we had a great night. Breakfast was good but crowded and messy. . We would definitely stay at H2H again.

Stayed here for our son's NSC at A&M. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would have been excellent for an extended stay. The only downside is that the breakfast wasn't great. The cereal dispensers chopped up the flake cereal. The breakfast sandwiches were pre-packaged. Options were many, but for the quality of the hotel, I would have expected more. I would stay here again based on the accommodations and location.

My review of this property is definitely influenced by the price I paid. I picked it because it was last minute and I trust trip advisor and this property had a high rating. But I paid $200 with taxes and really I felt like this property was very similar to a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn express -- the only added thing was the kitchenette. Since I didn't need a kitchenette, I should've probably saved $50 -$60 and went with the Hampton Inn. The property is newer and nicely designed but already i... Read more

I've been a HHonors member for a number of years and this is by far the worst room I've stayed in. The bathroom was dirty. After calling 2 times and the 3rd time still with no response, I determined that they must feel it the norm to have a dirty bathroom. Went down to front desk to speak to a manager and was told he was in a meeting. He never got back to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

I would like to start off by saying my stay here was great! I work at a hotel and it is rare I get to see the other side of the desk, but I wouldn't have wanted to experience it anywhere else. first off the room was HUGE and we came back to it clean everyday and with fresh towels and washcloths. I checked into this property not knowing what to expect, having never stayed at a Home2 prior to this trip. I must say I was pleasantly surprised upon my check in; although the property and furnishings are simplistic, it has everything essential, and some nice unexpected additions to normal hotels. She puts every guest at the top of her priority list, as her customer service is unparalleled. Just tonight, I mentioned being stressed out about my phone battery being low, and she let me borrow her personal phone charger without hesitation. Even seeing her interact with other guests was remarkable. She was patient in the face of a booking mishap a... Read more

Nice room, liked the kitchen area with full size frig, very comfy bed, good location to campus, limited parking if arriving late, strong perfume scent pumping through lobby AC, breakfast stops too early

Very friendly staff, clean rooms with lots of room and the bed was very very comfortable. Good location with easy in and out. Will definitely stay here again. Love the fact there were actual dishes in the cabinets. Next door to a nice restaurant.

Easy in and out location but not necessarily located in the heart of things within walking distance. Nice pool and amenities. Good size room, comfy bed, great lighting, free parking, internet and breakfast a real plus. Friendly staff, good value.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean and large. Kind of reminds of a Homewoods Suites except that the furnishing aren't as nice and the breakfast is very simplistic. Located very close to the Texas A&M Campus as well as a number of restaurants and grocery stores. If you are going to walk to the football games, it will take you at least 25-30 minutes, but that... If you travel often you probably expect to pay a cancellation fee if you do not cancel 24 hours ahead of time. This hotel also charges you if you do not give check out notice 24 hours ahead of time. I checked out the morning I left before the checkout deadlin... Read more

Clean, new hotel with walls as thin as paper. I can't imagine how loud it would be on game day weekends! Don't count on breakfast unless you are downstairs at 6 am. It's not managed well and you feel like you're in The Hunger Games.

There is an on-campus bus route ("GIGEM") with a bus stop a 2 minute walk away from hotel (on-campus routes are accessible to anyone; no student ID needed). We paid for campus parking for 1 hour during our 5-day stay in BCS and we were on campus 4 of those days. You can be anywhere on campus, 15 minutes after you walk out of the hotel (transport.tamu.edu). Free breakfast, free wifi, free self-service laundry (machines and detergent included at no cost). Much more affordable, cleaner, and bet... Read more
