We make our annual trip to Santas Workshop and need a place to stay for the night. We've stayed at Holiday Inn two years in a row now and are going to pre-book for next year. It's affordable but most importantly, it's clean, friendly, and roomy. Our room included a breakfast, but because we had to leave before the restaurant opened, the staff let us make a few choices from the snack shop (very accommodating...especially when your toddler is eyeing the OJ and nutrigrain bars). You'll be totally s... Read more

I came in very late through the small regional airport in College Station. After being welcomed very friendly by the Avis counter staff that stayed so late only for me, I moved to the hotel for a short night sleep before an early morning meeting. The room was OK, a bit old-fashioned. The morning breakfast in the restaurant was nice (pancakes). The restaurant space was not very attractive and chairs and tables could have been cleaner.

We had a nice overnight stay. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Boys had fun in the indoor heated pool. My son loved the omelet bar for breakfast. It was not included with room, but had a reasonable kids' breakfast price. We'll stay here again. We stayed here a few years ago, and enjoyed it then too.

I invested a great deal of energy at this lodging while working away and I adored it! Staff was well disposed and when I got stuck working till 7am on the day I should look at they let me have a late checkout. Till twelve, as well as till 2pm! staff was exceptionally useful. It was incredible, I got the opportunity to get some rest and after that look at before taking off. Amazing!

We are here with soccer team for tournament. Rooms are very spacious. Maid service had it really clean upon arrival. Both young men at desk evening and day have been so polite. There are Two queen beds separate room from bathroom and living area. Two tvs. Microwave, mini fridge, and sink. Coffee maker and hair dryer. Very quite on our floor. I would request upper floor as I did and away from elevators. Makes for a quiter stay. We paid to eat buffet breakfast. Could have left to get cheaper brea... Read more

My hubby and I had a late check-in and upon arrival, we requested to change our room from two double-beds to a king. The nice guy at the front desk was able to accommodate (the hotel wasn't at capacity because Texas a&m wasn't in session). Upon entry into our room, we were surprised to find a hot tub was included! Fun!! And super-relaxing. We recommend this hotel - just wish it came with complimentary breakfast!

This is a fairly brand new facility with nice clean rooms and access to all things in Aggieland. It is a great place to stay to visit College Station for games, graduations, etc. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby as well. Nice, clean, hotel.

My family spent one night here while visiting Texas A&M University. The room was very spacious with a separate sitting area and minibar area. We didn't use the pool but lots of other people were. The free breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and pretty much anything else you'd want in a nice area. Its location on a highway access road meant it isn't the most convenient place to get into but when leaving it's a straight shot down University Ave. to the university. At almost $200 with taxes ... This is a large Holiday Inn & Suites hotel with approximately 116 rooms. This property is well kept inside and out and in a great location. We checked in a little late, but the young man who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. We were given a large two room suite with a setting area with TV and a bedroom with King bed and all of the amenities. The room was large and roomy. Very enjoyable. The hotel has a swimming pool,a work out room and a full service restaurant. The restaurant has a... Read more

This hotel has a restaurant - not a free breakfast buffet. Positives: easy in and out access to SW Parkway (street), great check in experience with Sarah Negatives: woke up around 2:00AM to strange clicking noise from AC unit (under window), quickly noticed a burning smell and heat coming from unit, jumped up and turned off unit, smoke in room with a electrical fire smell, called front desk who said we would have to come down and get key to new room down the hall, we decided to check new room be... I was very impressed w this hotel, initially, from front desk service , my room was ready and beautiful,. I reserved a king bed suite, w a sitting area, it was lovely ! The website pictures were correct,I was greeted each time I entered the hotel. There are many hotel's in this area, I chose this one primarily because they are full service . I knew I would need room service for dinner and breakfast.I had a very busy day was tired and hungry, 1st problem , there was no dinner menu in my room, I we... Read more

So, my husband and I were in College Station on business and since it didn't matter where we stayed, I decided I'd name my own price on Priceline. I put in for a three star hotel and put in $50. It came back and said if I pd $75 they would accept my offer. So, I did and ended up with this hotel. I have actually stayed here before so I know that it costs more than $75 a night. We saved about $70 total for two nights. The rooms are nice and clean and even though this place doesn't have complimenta... Read more

Checked in around 6:00 and when I walked into my room, it sounded as if people were talking in my room. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to a quieter room and they refused to do so because I had booked the room via Priceline. Returned to the room after dinner out and all was quiet until about midnight when the softball team next door apparently returned to their room for an all night party. Another call to the front desk did no good. Never stay here if you plan on sleeping

When my spouse said we were staying at Holiday Inn, I was not thrilled. This location is very nice. The room decor was impressive and on line with a Westin. The bedding was not the same but it was fine. The rooms were large and clean. The carpet seemed new. The downstairs had a restaurant but we never got to eat there so no idea if they have gf items. the night staff didn't know as well. There's a little open area store across from the check in desk and the only gf items were a few bags of chips... Read more

Not a bad chain hotel and better than most in college station, Texas. Parking was pretty tight. Really Big exercise room and decent beds. Wifi worked well. Bathrooms had a few mold spots but were generally fine. Check in guy was very professional. Would stay there again.

They are remodeling, and I'm in one of the rooms yet to be done, however, the room was still great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. When I arrived, there were a few issues. Jalyn and the rest of the staff bent over backward to make things right. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is away from the congestion most of the other hotels in this area are in, but close enough to whatever you may want to do. Small menu selection, but, decent choices in the restaurant... Read more

This is my "go to" hotel in College Station. Whenever we have an event or just a visit , I try this hotel first. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite which we really enjoyed. There are several restaurants in the area.

The front desk receptionist Holley was very helpful at check in. She was courteous, friendly, very helpful and professional. She assisted us with directions to Santa Wonderland on Sunday, November 20, 2016. Our room was clean and met every need with microwave and refrigerator. We would highly recommend this facility and would stay here again. Holley was great and informative about events in the and around College Station.
