All was nice except basement gym area smelled like dead rats and elevator seemed slow especially when pushing on 10th floor. I think the elevator did not recognize the button being pushed and had to call front desk to send the elevator to the 10th floor

We checked in, no problem and had a corner room. The room was spacious and no complaints about it except the plumbing. It took at least 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower and the bathtub. There was no plug for the bath. The staff was friendly and we really liked the woman working in the bar. A good hotel that has some age but you will have a good stay.

I stayed here with another mom and we split the room. Parents weekend is known for all of the hotels tripling their prices and requiring a two night minimum. I checked prices near the last minute and found this hotel. The price was outstanding and they only required one night. It was perfect. Lots of room.. Only negative was the bathroom is really small.

This is a really nice hotel with friendly staff. However, during the recent flooding I booked a room for my daughter and son-in law, who lost most everything they had. The room is priced through Hilton at 96.00 today, but the night of the flood charged me 146.00 plus the non-refundable pet deposit of 50.00, total ended up 222.00 for one night. The hotel was told of the circumstances for my booking. My daughter ended up staying a second night, paying on her card, and I have not asked her what her... Read more

Staying at the Hilton in College Station was a good experience. The digital check in was easy and allowed me to pick my own room. The desk staff was courteous. The proximity to the Texas A&M campus allowed me to get to the event easily. The rooms are a bit dated, but were clean and without any major problems. The biggest issue was the wait times on the elevators when there was a high traffic volume. There were only two elevators that I noted for a 12 story hotel. Overall I would recommend the h... In general a good experience except for a phone call purported to be from hotel management asking for credit card information for a restaurant charge that didn't go through the day before. Leads me to believe someone on staff is involved in illegal activity or their computer system has been hacked.

I just do not know what is up with Hilton. Long-time loyal guest but each Hilton stay is getting worse and worse. To the hotel's credit, it moved to resolve unacceptable behavior (screaming in one room next to me, TV on at 3:30 in the morning in the other room next to me). At the same time, this is all brought on by making the hotel attractive to groups very likely to indulge in such behavior (in this case, a teenage soccer group). Broken bottle of something next to the front desk being casual... Read more

Very nice staff. But very poor quality of hotel. Dirty carpets, hallways, pool area, and bathrooms. It does not represent normal Hilton at all. You don't feel good standing in elevators and carpets are very nasty. Hallways carpets makes it like a cheep hotel. However, I must say that they had very friendly stall. You don't want to jump in their swimming pool either.

We stayed at this Hilton for a wedding over the weekend, and the staff was phenomenal from the front desk, waitstaff, and managers. Great customer service! We stayed in a corner suite, which was a good size and even had dual sinks in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the decor nice. The only downfall for me was not being impressed with the food. It was quite bland and the meat dry. Otherwise, great stay!

Good but older hotel. The rooms and structure are older and although refurbished, it still lacks the modern conveniences of newer hotels and other choices in college station. The breakfast buffet is very good. The exercise facility is good, better than most in college station. The staff is unfailingly pleasant and helpful and the entire facility has recently gone through a very nice upgrade. Rooms are well equipped with fair lighting in the bathrooms and high quality amenities. There is a Starbucks shop inside for a quick breakfast. The restaurant is pricy and the food mediocre so you might want to take advantage of the restaurants a... Read more

Room was damp, moldy smelled. Wall moldy and rotted. Door frame into Beth room was so rusted that was broken. Dehumidifier outside door was a warning sign! Carpet felt damp as did bedding. Definitely not worth $160+ Wifi was slow.

Wow, I know this is a Collage town but holy Smoke. Over two Hundred dollars a night and the Cabana room was moldy with the ceiling falling apart the wall paper in the bathroom pealing off. We got the last king size bed in this hotel and were disappointed with the Hilton. Again WOW, Hilton you should be ashamed or at the very least embraced we really expected a lot more from you.

I booked this hotel using points. I used extra points for a 1 bedroom suite over a suite that was described as having a divider only. Our room had a divider only. The was no door between the bedroom and living area. Also, the sink area was in the bedroom making it difficult to get ready in the morning while anyone was sleeping. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Room odor but corrected within the day. Extremely slow take out service at in-house restaurant was only a one-time issue. Overall, excellent service and sound facility. Renovations are currently ongoing. Worth the price and a return visit.

I attended my 25th reunion in CS last weekend. My son and I stayed at the Hilton. We were running late. Staff at the front desk was very accomodating --knowing that we would be getting in late, the front desk staff took our bags to our room for us and arranged an extra bed to be delivered for my son to the room. The room was very nice and comfortable. We also used the shuttle service on game day. They were able to drop us off at a local establishment prior to the game and pick us up on c... Read more

On one hand, this hotel has the potential to be the best in College Station. A renovation and modernization process was taking place and will probably put it back into top form worthy of the Hilton name. The location is excellent. The UCLA Bruins as well as Aggie fans were there. Reservation staff extended to me a great rate on a Football Weekend and I was most appreciative of such. When I checked in staff seemed great. A warm welcome from Bellboy to Front Desk to Restaurant and Bar area was abo... Read more

The staff was rude when I first arrived and even when I had questions. Not friendly or helpful at all. When asked for more towels for jacuzzi, had to go back to our room to use ours because they couldn't give us any.

Fired up for some Aggie football, but super frustrated that they didn't have a king size bed for us even though we requested during our reservation that we made back in April of this year.... People at front desk pretty much didn't care.....

Staff are always helpful and friendly at check in, and someven one always makes it a point to tell you "have a good day" when you leave each time. Hotel is easy to access and near a plethora of restaurants

I stay at this hotel because of location (walking distance to stores and restaurants), friendly staff, full-service bar, full-service restaurant, Starbucks in the hotel lobby and upscale gift shop/boutique on the 1st floor. I prefer the junior suites that offer large bathroom and spacious room.

problem with bathroom, pool, and lobby - all were substandard as I have stayed in many hotels and motels throughout my long life! You need to make the guest feel welcome...not to have coffee or water in the lobby is very disappointing. Not to have a tub that works is also very disappointing.

Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms with comfortable beds make this my go- to hotel. Have used the shuttle to attend events at Texas A&M on campus where parking is a problem. Starbucks onsite and there is an awesome breakfast buffet. Can't go wrong staying here.

Our $500+/night room wasn't available in time for us to use before going to a 6:30 PM game. Apparently they have a 4:00 PM checkin time that they use every minute of. After the game we got back at 12:30 am to get our keys. People in front of us were arguing over reservations, they had 3 only given 2. Got our keys at 12:50 am. Given room next to elevator. Room in disrepair. Light fixture next to sink falling off wall. Ceiling very thin, could hear neighbor in bathroom. HVAC very load, it did drow... Read more

It actually got quite busy with a group of college students that came it. I was overall please with my stay at the Hilton College Station.

The room was the quality of a cheap economy hotel and it was supposed to be an upgrade. The sliding glass door would not open or close without using some force to move it. My husband had a hard time with this and he is a strong man. I couldn't move it. Paint chips, cobwebs and lint in the corners. Disappointed for the price!

The first room they gave us in the Cabana area smelled so bad couldn't walk into the room. The hotel is beat up. Needs complete over hall. It was a game weekend and only one person working in the bar. The was packed. Almost had to beg for a drink.

Stayed for 4 nights as part of business conference. Hotel is in a good location for walking to restaurants, but no other amenities such as shopping, pharmacy etc. are nearby. Older hotel, in not bad shape. Could use an update. Sound insulation between side by side rooms is very poor. Pool is shaded by either trees or a tall wing of the hotel, and closely looked down upon by surrounding rooms. On the whole, not great, but not bad either.

When you're focused on making all of your Aggie traditions during a football weekend, it's always helpful to have a hotel that thinks of all the details for you. Fitness center, poolside space with jacuzzi, great restaurant, shuttle service with knowledgeable drivers who happen to be Aggie students or alum. Great stay here.

We stayed one night for a football game and it was the only room I could find. Premium price to be expected, but this place is old and modestly below average. Common areas look ok and the rooms furniture is up to date, but cleanliness was way off and the place just wasn't kept up. Mildew on the shower curtain that you have to squirm away from while showering, rusted corners where the tub meets door threshold and baseboard, holes in the drywall, etc. I can go on and on, and it's mostly kind of sm...
