We needed a place to stay after a banquet in Brenham, this hotel was clean and quiet. Would stay there again. Only complaint was they didn't have a large breakfast selection, wen ended up at Denny's down the road.

I am a physician who works in Brenham every Friday so I've been staying here pretty much every week for eight months. The rooms are impeccably clean and spacious, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and I always look forward to the breakfast.

While everyone hopes to have a flawless travel experience, sometimes that just does not happen. Brenham staff solves any problem immediately and takes excellent care of their guests. Good value and very convenient to College Station. Stayed for our sons graduation and paid less than half of what we would have paid to stay in College Station. Complementary happy hour and breakfast were great

We were very pleased with our overnight stay here. Attractive decor. The front desk staff, and all other staff were polite and prompt. They also gave us helpful recommendations for a place to go for dinner. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely stay here.

The staff was under so much pressure and was able to remain calm and cordial. Brehnam got 17" of rain that night and was pretty bad, we lost power several times and the phones would not stop ringing. They did a great job managing the sitiation :)

This was a lovely hotel with quiet rooms, ours overlooked the pool and the lake which was beautiful. The pool was almost empty, a nice rectangular shape so I could swim laps and there were plenty of nice clean towels. i didn't go to fitness center since I could swim, but it looked good. Breakfast was consistent with my usual Hampton experience - well stocked and quite good. no charge for parking. Room and bathroom quite clean.

Very noisy refrigerator and a/c in room. Something was vibrating which made the noise even worse. Not much soundproofing as we could hear next door occupants conversation. Old food was left in fridge from previous occupant. Good location near lots of eating places.

I really enjoyed the free happy hour and the free breakfast. The only issues were the mildew in the bathroom grout and the lack of an iron. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Nice hotel with nice friendly staff. Room was very clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would stay here again if we ever travel thru this area. We travel by motorcycles so always appreciate a room where we can park in front of the room or at least by a window in the room.

Hotel room had visible disgusting white stains on the bench/ottoman in the room. Staff was notified but could not move me. Indicated at first there was another room then seemed to cover that up and say it was booked. they did move me the next day but MANAGEMENT NEVER SPOKE TO ME TO APOLOGIZE OR ANYTHING!!! This put a bad taste in my mouth for all Hilton properties. Definitely, do whatever you can to aboid this hotel.

Across the freeway from BSW where I had meetings. Close to area restaurants, grocery, cvs, Starbucks and Walmart. Hotel seems to be one of the newer more modern hotels in Brenham. Easy to find off of hwy 290.

Room 215. Nice room, appeared clean, but carpet is worn. Also this room is directly above the you hear car doors slamming into the night. Other points: this is a handicap room, there is NO mirror in the main room only the bathroom, there are NO towel bars to hang hand towel in the bathroom only handicap handrails. During the week there is a "Happy Hour" with snacks, wine, & water. Desk staff was friendly & helpful.

This hotel is an exceptional value. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel seemed spotless. My room was very spacious having an entry area containing a refrigerator and microwave, a sitting area with a sofa, chair, and ottoman. This area was separated from a king size bed by a large desk containing a comfy large chair on each side and a large, flat screen TV. There were plenty of towels, and even a hair dryer and iron/ironing board. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful co... Read more

The first room we were assigned the bathroom sink was so plugged up that it would not drain and black "stuff" came up into the sink. The plugging was so complete that housekeeping could not have missed the problem. Water stood in the sink for over 15 minutes without draining. The night manager attempted to correct the problem but was unable to and then assigned us another room. In the second room, the sink worked. However in the morning when I opened the drapes there were several pair of so... Read more

I had requested a high floor king bed, and when we checked in the only available king bed on the top floor was a Suite - Rick at the front desk upgraded us to honor my request. Thanks, Rick, that was awesome customer service! The room was very nice and clean and we both slept like a baby. This hotel seems new, and the breakfast was by far the best we have ever had in the "buffet style" done nowadays. There were lots of choices, and all seemed very fresh. Coffee was good, too, which is unusual (g... Read more

We typically stay with Hamptons across the country. This location did not disappoint. Promptly greeted at desk, room on second floor was clean spacious with desk and fridge. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, cereals, fruit, pastries, and waffles. Everything was fresh and clean. Cookies available in afternoon and evening. Definitely one of the better hotels in Brenham.

All I have to say is: Found random man sleeping on floor outside elevator. Husband notified front desk; person on duty laughed at person on floor when she saw this and told my husband she had no idea why he was there. Gave zero indication of concern and went back to checking in other guests. Would leave but no place else to go.

need to retrain/replace some support staff, and audit the IT infra and update/upgrade to Comp Set level. We came with a group for long weekends. Could have chosen other places including B&B. But I'm an HH member and with negotiated group rate, we gave it a try, despite its location seems to be right next to Highway, US-290. To our surprise, no road noise to be heard, even to my wife with sensitive hearing :-) Pretty good quality and services balanced with disappointing Internet Access and Qual... Read more

It's just what we've come to expect from Hampton inn and suites except the breakfast was lacking terribly. Granted we came late , around 9:45am and it closed at 10am. But my staples are eggs and oatmeal and both were awful and I'm not picky:( I still ate the eggs because I was hungry. The hostess seemed really perturbed when I asked for more waffle batter and then for 2 syrup packets. I didn't want to ask for more 2% so I took skim to my kids. Not at all what is common at Hampton inn. I wante... Read more

This hotel was in a great spot for shopping at Texas Antique Week. The shopping is in La Bahia, Carmine, Round Top and Warrenton but the hotel is about a 20 minute drive. When I arrived Friday evening they were serving dinner, wine, and fresh baked cookies but I had already ate so I did not partake of the meal. ...they shipped our clothes to us that we overlooked in the closet. Close to the Blue Bell Plant and easy to find from the Hampton. Due to a men's baseball team that stayed up rather late it got a little noisy at times. The price was very reasonable and it came with breakfast, 24 hour coffee. The room was very nicely equipped with a desk, WiFi , and refrigerator. Covenient lighted parking. Easy to reservations on Travel Quest.

Very nice rooms, easy check in, quiet, easy check out. Good location and close to restaurants. Internet was slow. Was only offered complimentary even though I was an honors member. The customer service rep said they just tell everybody to use complimentary. Very slow and lagged a lot. Took quite a bit of time to finish my work. Would have gotten premium but wasn't sure if it would have been any better.

Great Motel to spend the night. It was clean and cool which are my main concerns in addition to being quiet. They seemed to want to please you which is a huge plus in this day and age. When you consider staying at a top hotel and having problems to this motel with no problems it is a no brainer.

We had a total of four rooms, and nine people. Everyone felt very welcome, and we really enjoyed our stay. The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The complementary breakfast included many different options, including make your own waffles. There was plenty a room for everyone to sit during breakfast, and the layout of the dining room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it, especially for families.
