We like Comfort Suites and needed one more night to qualify for the free night promotion. This was the best choice on our route. The hotel was aged and needs work. Ashtrays overflowing, deferred maintenance. Hard to get to. Staff was very nice. Room was small and badly lit - not a suite but a regular room. We faced away from the freeway and it was very quiet and we could open the window, which was nice. I'm disappointed in Comfort breakfasts.

I am often disappointed in Choice Hotels and this is one of the reasons. This hotel was outdated, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the front desk staff was rude. Comfort Inn management needs to re-evaluate their policy for smoking rooms. I have stayed in a dozen the last 6 months and they ALL smelled like they been smoked in. The front desk has an attitude...oh well...what can we do? I have stayed in Sleep Inns and they always make it clear...if you smoke in the room...you will be charge... Read more

Check-in was friendly ,location was a little odd but close to I 10,grounds were pretty while eating breakfast we watched deer eating in the woods..! food was good, room was clean. We stayed at a sister hotel for 2 nights and changed to this hotel that was $50 more a night and it had the same bad mattresses with a cheap pillow top pad cover over it, we wanted to stay in this area but headed home to our old bed.

Good value for money. Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Unless you know where the hotel is located you could miss the street. Needs to be better indicated or easier access from highway. We had an easier time to get back in April.

We found this hotel to be conveniently located off I-10. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had some internet connection problems and they were right there to assist in a resolution. The room was a nice size, well appointed, and clean. The only issue was the fact that we could here the guest in the room above us walking back and forth. Breakfast was included in the hotel rate and offered a range of options that were fresh and flavorful. The dining area was comfortable and clean. We w... Read more

People and service were great. The hotel is clean and pleasant but the rooms just need some updating. WiFi and TV were both out the day we were there. They were updating them. Kind of difficult to get to. Not actually on I-10 even though the address says so. But we found it. Overall a nice place.

Lilly, their manager had been working with me for some months on several rooms for family members, for a family reunion. I responded to an email asking for me to call to clarify arrangements, and got a young lady, who in about 2 minutes time had me ready to choke someone. Fortunately, Lilly got wind of it and called me back, and all was well. Property does need updating, especially outside and entry, but inside was clean and breakfast good. Laundry room was broken, so that was disappointing t... Read more

We were in the Texas Hill Country (my first time, my wife grew up there) to vacation and spend time with her family. Texas Hill Country is very beautiful, by the way. So, make some time to get out and travel around if you can. The room was a bit noisy from the interstate traffic, a room on the backside overlooking a woods and field area would be better. The general manager and staff are to be commended for going above and beyond to accommodate my wife's medical needs by accepting delivery of... Read more

The hotel looked nice when we arrived. Check in was quick - initial and sign. Once in the room we realized the bathroom was dirty. We stayed for three days and it was never cleaned. Fortunately we had family in town so we could bathe our little one at their home. There was a dryer in the bathroom with a burned cord and black hair was caught all in the dryer. I never entered the bathroom when there was less than two roaches in the room. They didn't scatter when the light came on. All other place... Read more

Our stay in Boerne was pleasantly nice. All our requests for room type and location were granted, and even though we checked in early and our room wasn't ready, the desk clerk saw to it that it was prepared by the time we returned from shopping across the street. I was addressed by name and afforded excellent courtesy. The room was quiet, and up-to-date. It was obvious that, even though this facility is not new, that the facility was well-maintained and clean. The breakfast area was large and su... Read more

The location is fine, once you get used to how to get there....suggest you have Google map handy to assist you in locating the property cause it is kind of confusing. The room was average with of couple of complaints: 1. The air conditioner is one of those kind where the compressor kicks on and off which makes a lot of noise. Enough to disturb your sleep. 2. Plenty of pillows, but whose idea was it to bundle them up really tight? You have to loosen them up each night before you can sleep on them... Read more

My sister and I stayed first for 1 night then ended up extending to 3 nights as this was a really clean, modern and well kept property and the staff was outstanding. We were able to sit by the well manicured pool area and enjoy seeing deer just across the fence. Great and well stocked free breakfast with hot items every day scrambled eggs and either bacon or sausage and if you like carbs lots of fresh made waffles, muffins, pastry, as well as yogurt and other items presented in a really ni... As many have already said, finding the entrance at night is a chore as compared to so many other hotels located off interstate highways. Not easy to find and the lighting is not good at the first right hand turn. Everything else met all our expectations as the hotel was clean and quiet at night. the Breakfast was good. The parking lot was full. But we did stay a second weekend here as we were running a Ragnar Relay Race at the Flat Rock Ranch (20 minutes away).

I was very pleased with the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the size of the room, comfy bed and very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was hot and tasty with a good selection. I will gladly stay here again the next time I am in the area.

Comfort Inn and Suites Boerne provided me with a very comfortable and handicap accessible room for four nights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was provided on time and very nutritional. The location of the hotel to downtown Boerne made my daily trips very safe and easy. Handicap parking was available for me each day.

Stayed two nights...first was half the price of the second. When booking the lower price was listed. I know week-end rates are raised, but TWICE as much? Won't stay her again and the motel was NOT worth the double rate. Was worth the lower rate.

The price of the hotel and appearance from outside is what drew me in. It is a little tricky to get to because of construction in the area. Entrance is on Bandera Rd. Room was clean. Bathroom could use some touching up such as paint and caulking, but was acceptable. Hair dryer didn't work. Hallways had a faint odor, sort of like armpit b.o. The lobby area smelled fresh. There was an outdoor pool, business center, and workout area which i didn't use.The staff was very friendly and free br... Read more

Location close to all Boerne activities and points of interest. Our purpose was to golf, enjoy local bars and restaurants to which all was accomplished. We will return to Borne often to partake of all this city has to offer visitors.
