Conveniently located off I20 and I87. Very clean hotel, professional staff and comfortable beds. Breakfast very good as well. I will definitely stay again here if I am in the area. The rate is little bit high for a Hampton hotel but worthwhile trying it.

We traveled from Allen, TX to Big Spring, TX (325 miles) to celebrate my wife's Aunt 90th Birthday. After the birthday party, we retreated to our Hampton King Suite to rest and relax after a long day. After checking in we had dinner at TJs Steakhouse. The staff were very friendly and the meal was great. The following day we returned to Allen, TX. Our stay at the Hampton was very relaxing and the king size bed was comfortable.

If you stay here be sure to get a room on the back side of the building away from the highway. We reserved a King size, but we're told only Queen size rooms were on rear facing. There is a good Cajun restaurant across the freeway.

We've been staying there for over seven years, we always stop there on our way to a Paso. The rooms are always clean. There's never a muggy smell. They do a great job of always maintaining the entire hotel very clean and modern. We always look forward to the complementary breakfast.

Our room (#123) faced I-20 and the access road, so noisy ALL NIGHT LONG! Lots of truck noise! Bathroom needs some attention! Roman shade had nasty stain! Accomplished pre check-in via Hampton website earlier in the day, so upon arriving at the front desk, I stated that to the clerk and she handed me our room key. No "hello"; no "Welcome Hilton Honor Member"; No smile; No nothing. I had to ask the hours of the complimentary breakfast. Sadly, I was just an interruption to her cell phone usag... Read more

Being asked to move rooms after technicians have been in and out of the room for the best part of an hour when we expect to be able to relax after a late arrival and a full day's travel was not pleasing to say the least.

Hampton Inn Big Spring Texas is a great place to stay. I travel to do volunteer work several times a year and the Hampton Inn meets all my needs. It's fresh and clean and staff is most accommodating. The exercise room has up-to-date equipment--a must for these travelers!

The rooms where wonderful! Spacious very nice ! The breakfast was good , not a restaurant of course but descent for hotel made! The only suggestion I have is the walls must be very thin because you can hear the other guest easily from the room

Room was clean, well serviced. Food was excellent. Personnel were all polite and more than will in to Assit. Room was quite. We were next to the elevator and we were concerned when we realized that but was not an issue at all.

Came in town for family business and spent 3 nights. Staff was pleasnt, check in was quick, and the breakfast items were great. The only issue is parking. If you don't get back early evening, you will have to use the overflow parking. Beside the overflow parking is a very shady rundown shack, with very shady rundown people sitting around looking at you. It would be nice to see the city put a bulldozer to work.

The facility was outstanding. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and I was positioned on the side of the building away from the freeway. There was plenty of room to park my pickup and car hauler. The breakfast was excellent for a buffet that comes with the room.

The design and d├ęcor of this hotel is way above average for hotels charging much higher prices. It was also well maintained. The services were excellent. The staff friendly, presented themselves well, and were very helpful. We will tell others of our observations/experience.

We spent one night in Big Springs while traveling from California back home to Arkansas. We were delayed by road construction in El Paso, there were 2 major highways shut down on the southern side. Traffic was such a nightmare we were delayed about two and a half hours. We called ahead and were assured that our room would be ready and waiting even though our arrival would be close to one in the morning. We found our room clean, comfortable beds, complimentary water bottles and the air condit... Read more

Excellent hotel in Big Spring area, top notch. Right next the the interstate, the area is a bit worn and this hotel stands out. Great rooms, nice breakfast with passable complimentary coffee. Breakfast is hot and nourishing. There is a nice work area in the lobby and internet access is decent on the free tier.

Quick overnight stay at the Hampton Inn in Big Spring on our way to San Antonio. We did not have reservations, but had no problems renting a room. We had a King Suite, which was very nice. I was concerned we might hear a lot of traffic noise since it is located right off the highway. However, we kept the air conditioner on which helped keep the noise down. We did hear a loud truck every now and then, but still got a good sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The hot breakfas... Read more

We stay here for 2 nights every six months. Try as I might, I can't find anything bad to say. Great staff, rooms, beds and pool. The breakfast is tasty. I mentioned to the chain that I thought that real eggs instead of those funky fake omelets would really be good. I don't know if I made a difference, but they had real eggs this time. Thanks. If your staying in Big Spring, this is a no brainer. This is the place.

I recently stayed two nights while visiting family and found the rooms comfortable, roomy and clean. Big bathroom and shower area. The noise from the highway is definitely a nuisance if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast very simple so we skipped the breakfast the next morning and opted to eat somewhere local.

First time to visit the area to attend a friend's big 60th birthday celebration. We stayed for nights here since my friend made arrangements with the manager to give her out of town guest a good deal. I am mostly happy with this hotel, great value, the room was roomy , clean and a nice complimentary breakfast. Staff are all very nice and accommodating. Overall, this hotel rocks.
