The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was full so housekeeping was a little swamped, but that was understandable. What wasn't understandable was the hotel bar. Checked in on a Thursday night, went to the bar for a nightcap to find 2 ladies and a bartender just yakking it up. Had to go to the bar to order only to find the vodka tonic I ordered was made with club soda. When I asked, the bartender said "sorry, we're out of tonic". How can a bar be out of tonic? No... These guys were awesome! I had a missed connection on an American flight and this is where they put me. I called them as I was leaving my gate and the shuttle was there in no time at all to pick me up (also dropped me off at my gate the next day). I ate dinner at the restaurant in the lobby and the food and service were great. I stayed here recently for a conference and initially was very pleased. The room was okay, the pillows fluffy. There was no refrigerator, which was a BIG turn off. But the kicker was the two roaches in the bathroom on my second night there. Ugh. Ruined my whole outlook. Made me scared I would carry one home with me in my luggage...

A typical Holiday Inn with all the usual benchmark facilities. Clean rooms with pleasant staff (mostly) and the hotel is ideally situated for the Marsh Leys/Bedford area. Breakfast would benefit from some bacon but does the job. Evening meal is very limited and not of the highest quality

Stayed here one night due to flight cancellation. I was greeted by numerous large cockroaches in the first rom I was given. I was quickly moved. The hot water in the next room took a long time to get to the shower and you have to be careful because the tub has no anti slip coating. All the staff was very. I've but it doesn't make up for all the negatives.

I stayed at the hotel because I was stranded at DFW due to a flight cancellation. The toll free reservations agent indicated there was no hotel shuttle so I took a taxi, but later found out that there was indeed shuttle service. The hotel is 2-3 miles from the airport, they have a really good restaurant and relaxing area. Their drink menu at the bar is extensive and the bar tender I had could also make out of menu drinks, I had a Michelada. They have complimentary coffee and computer usage.

Hotel was clean and bed was great. Rhonda in registration was very nice. Patrick in the bar was super friendly and the food was great. Shuttle was good to and from the airport. The shuttle drivers were super friendly.

Very courtious. They went out of thier way you make my stay very enjoyable. I got picked up at the airport by thier shuttle. The driver was very sweet and did whatever he could to make our ride to the hotel smooth. Once at the hotel theoutstanding customer servive continued until I left the next morning. I will stay at this holiday inn again!

Stayed for only one night, but an extremely pleasant and relaxing stay from driving all day. Checkin was easy and fast and they were very accommodating by getting a crib to use in our room. We also ate at the Hotel Restaurant, which was AWESOME! We definitely recommend the chicken parmesan and the classic burger, so tasty. Location was good. Had several rooms booked at the hotel for a 3 night stay. The friendliness of most staff helped make a bad experience a better one. Hotel lobby is nice, but rooms are a different story. Bathroom in 410 needs a lot of work & rooms needs a good cleaning. Tub peeling, area behind toilet-awful. Large bug found in my room. I was not aware that Holiday Inns allow Dogs in every room not just assigned rooms. I am allergic to animal dander of any kind. I asked for a room where no animal had slept. They said they allow dogs in Every room on the property. I asked what about people with allergies. I was told they could spray air freshener in the room. The lounge drink selection left a lot to be desired. Only served Woodbridge Cabernet and merlot, no premium brand. My martini was not that great. They need to jump on board with IHG beverage initiatives pronto! I would've thought the Bar Manager could've made a great martini.

I came back to this hotel for the 2nd time because the last time was great. I have been here since noon and they still don't have a room for me. The pool was out of towels- I had to ask 3 different people to finally get clean towels to the pool after being there for over an hour. I sure hope things get better

This is one of our airline layover hotels, so I've stayed here often. One of the problems we have noticed are the strong smells of the rooms. We think it may be mold, but may have to bring a tester to make sure. I know they have these on the market, we've used them before at some of our other hotels. It's in our best interest due to the frequency of our stays. Also, the front desk clerks are not very helpful or professional. The hotel was great. The Hotel management was so good to me and my son. they made us feel at home and attended to our every need. They simply exceeded my expectations. I was overwhelmed by their hospitality and excellent service around the clock. I had to visit the Optometrist and they made sure I got there in time and even took me back. I just couldn't believe it. I was touched by how much they cared and took care of us.

Over the past few years I have stayed here while visiting family and been satisfied with everything. This time, the person at the desk was extremely rude. I guess it's a new thing to offer a bottle water or points. I opted for the points of course, but won't be using them to come back to this Holiday Inn. Came here for my cousin's wedding. Took 3 calls and 47 min of waiting to get the shuttle to show up. Was told to speak to a guy there named Xavier. Got there and Xavier just pushed us off to our room. Then later was told by Xavier that we never had checked in and was gonna give the room away. We had paid for the room and he had checked us in! We had a large group in for a conference and this hotel didn't have the staff to handle it. The wait in the bar was very long just to order a drink and the rooms were not ready at check-in time. On the plus side, the pool area was very nice and enjoyable and my room was spacious and comfortable, with one exception. I was on the ground floor and the parking lot lights were beaming into my room. There was not an adequate shade on the window to block it out.

I want to be clear that the staff IS friendly, but that's where the "good" part of this review ends. The hotel is stuffy, in some areas, it's warm and smells old and needs to be aired out, or perhaps the a/c filters need to be changed, STAT! We had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn which is convenient to get to anything from the Dallas to the Fort Worth side of the Metroplex. I've had a very nice week here! The hotel staff has been very attentive to any problem. I am handicapped andy original room was farther than I could manage to walk. Xavier secured a room that was much easier for me to manage. Excellent service!!

This hotel is right off of Texas 183 with easy access and exit. The hotel provides a restaurant and bar, but is very close to several other restaurants in the immediate area. There is a nice pool, fitness center, and numerous computers throughout the lobby. They have a shuttle service, but it is limited to approximately 5 miles, which presents a small problem if you fly into Dallas Love Field. Very very nice staff. Each person I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. I reserved 2 rooms. One room for my husband and me, the other for my son and his family. I was stranded overnight at Dallas between connecting flights from Beijing to Las Vegas via Dallas, where my connecting flight was cancelled due to weather. As soon as we were advised of the cancellation (at about 2330) I went onto the IHG website and booked the nearest IHG group hotel that had availability, which was this hotel. The rooms were in great condition and the staff was very helpful and respectful. I stayed here for 8 weeks and every single staff member was nothing short of amazing. The restaurant/bar staff was amazing as always. Bronwyn and her staff were extremely nice, respectful, and personable. They always went the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommended.

The room was absolutely beautiful. The room was very clean and well stocked with coffee soap and towels. I must add how comfortable the bed was for me. The front desk was extremely helpful. My company made the reservation for me to stay in this hotel. Clean and had easy access to the airport. Restaurant and Bar in the lobby. We were given 2 free coupons for Kids meals. The room was really clean and the beds were comfy. I would stay again when traveling through Dallas.

Decent hotel for the price. Good restaurant and bar. Good fitness center. The rooms are a little dated and the bathtubs and sinks don't drain well (my colleagues confirmed). The elevators are also a little and run rough.

We arrived here for a quick overnight before catching a connecting flight in the morning. The shuttle picked us up promptly and the driver was very friendly. The desk staff got us checked in quickly and offered us a shuttle back to the airport in the morning. Our room was large and clean, a bit outdated but overall a very nice room. Perfect for what we needed. The shuttle driver in the morning was extremely friendly as well. Would recommend this hotel :)

I stayed here for 1 night. I was greeted promptly and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The rooms were laid out nicely and very quiet for a good nights rest. This is a full service hotel so they have a bar and restaurant.
