I highly recommend the Hummus wrap from the lobby kitchen. Although the layout is quite all tossed together, the lobby is the restaurant, is the bar, one can't complain about the food or the service. O'Rion was top notch and on point. There is a theater within one minute walking distance for those looking for something to do in the evening. All in all it was enjoyable.

This is a newer property and it is very well maintained. The rooms were clean and current. I always appreciate a Keurig in the room with k-cups to choose from. The beds are adjustable and very comfortable. I ate in the restaurant and the service and the food were very good. The front desk staff were prompt and available. So glad I stayed here and will go back next month!

My biggest complaint about this Hilton Garden Inn is the staff. When you are in the service industry, you would think having a pleasant disposition would be a requirement. Apparently this is not the case with the staff at this Hilton Garden Inn. The staff is rude, unresponsive and indifferent to your needs. Overall, this was a decent hotel. It looks nice and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was somewhat comfortable with some exceptions. The main problem I noticed was that I could clearly the people above me walking around. This was much worse than most hotels. Secondly, I did not sleep well during my stay. Good location, clean, excellent breakfast -- don't miss the omelette station, it was the best! Also safe location, some areas in Beaumont are not OK. The free internet is poor but luckily my husband has a wifi hotspot that I was able to use. Also the bed is not all that great but the room was spotless and that is what matters most to me when I travel.

Had a couple of issues this past stay. The pool was not working while I was there and some of carpets are showing wear in the halls and rooms. Looks like they have updated the lobby in the last couple of years, but the rest of the common areas and rooms need some updates. Staff is always nice and helpful.

Very comfortable Hilton hotel with comfortable beds and relaxing rooms.The lobby is welcoming with water, coffee, lounge sofas, a cozy bar which has room for improvement, and a friendly staff. The best thing of this Hilton Brand,Hilton Garden INN, is the comfy room and bed!

Overall this is a Great Hotel but the Cleaning Group need to up their level of service. If we didn't request our room to be clean they did not do it. The fruit water in the lobby area is a good touch but the cookies need Grandmother's touch.

Nice hotel. Good food. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Quiet area. I had no problems. My overall experience was A++++. I would definitely stay again at this property. Easy check in/ Easy check out experience. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Awful night. We couldn't get any quality sleep. People roaming the halls all night. Slamming doors and loud voices. Didn't seem like the hotel did anything to ensure a quality night's rest for those trying to sleep. We had to be up very early and the lack of sleep put a damper on the day's activities

Walls are thin and has a small workout area. Staff was nice but kind of short handed and was very busy at check in. I think it maybe the water in the area but it would be nice if they had filters because the water had a brownish film.

Bath tub water came out YELLOW, mattres, you have to pull the sheets all the way back and turn a knob on both sides to adjust your mattress and it did not work. The general manager wanted me to switch rooms with someone who had issues with their room and then realized on that would not work. They sent someone to fix the bath tub know who was not maintenance and he tells me that I need to wait for maintenance. Call the corporate number they gave me and no one returned my call. Do not stay near stairwells as the doors are heavy and guests tend to slam the door that it is startling. Don't plan to take naps, go to bed at a decent time or sleep in as you will just get woken up by slamming doors. Staff at this location aren't able to honor their word, for example switch your room when they say they would. Plan to pay extra for breakfast.

Not sure if it is Beaumont, or this hotel. Overall a decent stay. We stayed one night, weren't at the hotel a long time. Had late baseball then early next morning. Room was decent. We stayed in King room. Room had bed, chair with ottoman, desk, small tv on dresser, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was small. Mold in the shower. Overall okay. Night before wedding I was staying solo excellent ,the grounds was great, room excellent well kept, everything worked perfectly. There is a food court inside with chefs. The hotel is located on the IH-10 eastbound between Walden Rd. and Washington Blvd there are plenty other restaurants nearby

Stayed here for a family reunion. Price for room were to include breakfast, but after check in this was false. Breakfast, kitchen staff and cafeteria attendant and were excellent. We were extremely dissapointed that breakfast was not included. Lower star rated hotels would offer breakfast at no extra cost with comparable service and room rates. awesome awesome awesome!!! The hotel was beautiful and was greeted as soon as we arrived, Check in and check out was great! I will recommend this hotel to everyone! In the room we did not have coffee and bathroom tissue, but as soon as I had called it was taken care of. Great Job! Breakfast was great. We sat and the young man offered us coffee and asked did we want an omelet. Fast and courteous service!

Pros & cons: It is a nicely decorated hotel. The AC was very cold! The pillow top on bed was different, bumpy but pretty comfortable & so we're the pillows. The bathroom was a bit small. From the outside this looks like your typical HGI, which I like. It is near a Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites. My room was non-smoking but had the tell-tale scent of smoke. The bed was the sleep number which I do not like as they can never seem to be adjusted on both sides properly. Hilton on I-10 in Beaumont is a wonderful hotel. Very clean an well kept beautiful set up. My girls had a pool/slumber party there it was great. I was very well taken care of by the most wonderful nices staff by the name of Ms. Cynthia thank you so much. I advise everyone to stay with hotel that treats all guest as family.

My family stayed here for one night (June 24th). This hotel served its purpose. The frontage road in front of the hotel doesn't run the full length of the highway so be prepared to loop back around to head east or cut across the parking lot to get the east bound entrance ramp. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights because I was in town for a wedding. Hotel was decent. I felt safe coming and going in the evening. The only downside was frontage road not being easily accessible to I-10 east. You had to loop around under the expressway to get back to the ramp. This also appeared to be the case if you wanted to eat at one of the neighboring restaurants. Unless I missed it, a road bebind the hotel and restaurants would be perfect.

Beautiful lobby and comfortable, quiet room. Staff were attentive and friendly. The price was great for the value. We were thirsty and particularly wanted some chocolate milk. Since there was not a store nearby, we asked at the desk and the staff found some in the kitchen for us. That made my evening.

Room not cleaned upon arrival. Half used soda bottles left in refrigerator and bathroom. Crooked and loose lampshade. Terrible lamp for desk in room....poor quality bulb, poor light and poor height for use. No hot water on day of checkout Poor shower head with lack of even spray. Toilet tissue holder hard to reach and toilet tissue a very inferior quality.

I stayed at this hotel for a one week business trip. It was conveniently located to several restaurants & close to my work site. Very nice hotel. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Beaumont area.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, welcoming place. Stayed there around 5 times in recent years, all great experiences. Not all beds are adjustable, just kings currently in this property...bummer. One of our beds had crappy linens that kept springing off the bed all night, which made for a terrible night sleep. Great, staff and so accommodating for my family and I. Everyone was very friendly and very nice, breakfast was not free but it was very good and at a very low price. Fitness center and pool area were very clean and well maintained. Not noisy at all and very comfy.

Hotel staff was friendly, lobby and room were both clean. Location is convenient to restaurants and highway. Access is a little challenging because it's on a one way service road but otherwise not a problem.

This hotel was in a good location for our stop on the way to South Padre Island. The desk staff were pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool and gym were smallish but fine for our purposes. The pool area was clean and well tended and had towels and seating available. It's a good place for travelers of all ages.

I am here at this hotel almost every weekend. It's very comfortable and clean. Never any issues and staff is friendly and the breakfast guys are also! Thenonlynthingbi suggest is if you want a specific room plan ahead because they do go fast!

This was a great stay with the friendliest staff that I have experienced recently. The room was comfortable and very affordable. The facility is well kept and very modern. The service that I received from the moment we walked in until the time that we left was excellent. The location was near several great restaurants. Guest room make overs are much needed! Carpets, window units, drapes,& furnishings need to be replaced! I don't want to stay in a place that I have to smell musky smelly air. If you all can make the reception rooms smell nice then you should be able to make the guest rooms smell nice.......

This visit fell far short of prior stays at this property. Upon arriving and departing, front desk personnel made snarky comments about our having booked through booking.com ( via TripAdvisor). Room 202 was not what I expected. Bathroom smelled like clorox, bedroom smelled like cigaretts and pet odor. The bed had a comforter that was too small for a king, old, loose threading and wrinkled. The sheets were sloppy and wrinkled.

Pretty typical for this chain.Clean rooms,pleasant staff.We needed to get out early for work and after the first days fiasco of trying to get breakfast in time Alfred took on the challenge and excelled! He and the crew had everything ready earlier than normal and got us on the road on time and well fed. Kudos to the morning kitchen crew! Pretty high noise level from traffic on I 10.

The whole experience was great and everyone so helpful and friendly. Just please please fix the beds. My mattress never firmed up when I changed the dial so it stayed a super soft squishy mess and my back is killing me.

The rooms were not clean, smelled bad ,bedding was horrible and staff was average. I checked out the following morning. And when issues were addressed. All I received was an "I'm sorry, come see us again".

Very nice and well-maintained landscape, clean, seems to be well-managed. Lobby and rooms clean. If staying here, ask for a room on the opposite end of the freeway, as traffic noise is a bit bothersome if you get too close to I-10. Very pleasant hotel. The staff were courteous, helpful, and professional. The facilities were clean, bright & cheerful, and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised at breakfast. first time I've not had a good experience in a Garden Inn. this one is tired. Carpet seams are frayed in the halls, shower isn't reliable - bed even felt saggy. it is clean and set up like you'd expect. The worst thing in my opinion is the location. While its in close proximity to quite a few restaurants and other hotels, its on a one way street that merges onto the highway. you cant get to cracker barrel that is only several hundred yards away for example without getting on the interstate... It was nice to have a full service restaurant and bar. The staff were excellent. The only negative was the noise from the interstate. I would stay on the opposite side of the hotel. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean, Well Maintained. Food was good, especially breakfast. I travel frequently for Business, I stayed in Beaumont for almost 3 weeks. This hotel was reasonably priced, staff was friendly, and was like new in both the rooms and the facilities.

Overall the hotel is standard and has good service. Our only issue was with the room, which had what I think is a smokers smell, or just musky. Stayed only one night. The lobby is nice but no complimentary breakfast.

The quality of the air is an area of opportunity due to all the refineries in the area. Plus if you was to do more than walk in the Fitness Room, you will be greatly disappointed.Breakfast is ok but watch out for the omlette. It may not be cooked completely.
