Stayed overnight in Beaumont. The usual nice accommodations for the price. Front desk was very friendly and switched rooms for us when first room had more noise from interstate 10 than desired. Breakfast was usual choices and good quality. Would recommend as a great option in this area.

Staff at Front Desk OK, Room was not finish by cleaning staff! Also had water leak in bathroom ceiling! I'm not a 100% the one of the Beds had been clean, maybe?!? Will stay there again mostly because of the Location but a bit to pricey!

I have tried this hotel a few times before and after the remodel. I will visit their sister properties instead from now on. The only thing that seems to be remodeled is the lobby area. The rooms are still out of date. The AC did not want to work unless it was set to 67┬░. They seem to cater to the roughnecks in the area. Stayed here recently for three nights, used e-check in and the room I selected was the one I was given. Room was clean and quiet; the only issue was the AC unit had trouble keeping the humidity down. Had a nice reception every night from 5:30-7:00 with snacks and drinks. The staff was very responsive, and the fitness center is equipped with free weights.

The clerks at the desk were hit & miss. When we checked in the young lady was rude and wasn't very helpful. After we checked in we had issues with the shower not being cleaned, the phone didn't work, the tv went out and the water from the sink & shower came out brown. I went to the front desk and the next lady was nice and changed our rooms. The next room was clean and everything work properly. Checking out the clerk was rude and condescending!

Took the checkin lady a long time to get the person in front of me checked in. Room smelled like mildew, musty smelling. Stained fabric on the chair. Breakfast was good. Only stayed one night but wouldn't choose again due to the smell.

Booked last minute while driving through town. Nice lobby, but rooms smell musty and bad. Had to move from 1st room due to toilet that would not stop running (room 319) then moved to room 407 that had lots of hairs in the bed. Pretty sure sheets have not been changed. Not worth another room change since I am only here for 5 hours to get some sleep, but very dissatisfied with this Hampton Inn.

just didn't meet the expectations that I expect from the Hilton family of hotels. The floors from the lobby to the elevator was sticky the place just didn't have a good feel to it. Staff was courteous but however it needs updating.

With fewer and fewer hotels offering jacuzzi tubs I jumped at the chance to reserve one at this hotel. Much to my disappointment the jets in the tub did not work. This hotel needs remodeling in the worst way. The hotel has a musty smell & does not appear very clean. Though I love having a jacuzzi tub with a separate stand up shower, with everything being in need of repair/replacement this room was disappointing. As much as I appreciate a jacuzzi suite, I would not choose this hotel again.

After checking in, 1 of 2 elevators was out of service, the business center computer was out of service, the ice machine was out of service, walls in hallway were stained, stains on floors and furniture in hotel room. The machine to issue keys at front desk wasn't working so I had to wait on 3 occasions to get keys issued from maintenance room from another person. Stayed here on business for 3 nights as the result of a last minute hotel change. I was pleasantly surprised! I walked into my room and the A/C was blowing cold air, which in Texas, is a big deal. They got a big plus in my book for that alone! They were serving a light dinner when I arrived, which was chili dogs one night and tacos the next. The bed was clean and very comfortable. We got 2 rooms here; one for us, and another for my sister and her husband. Both rooms were nice, and the beds were VERY comfortable! The hotel had a very nice "happy hour" in the evening with complimentary hot dogs, snacks, beer & wine. The room itself was good. A/C worked great which is good for Texas in the summer! The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Check-in was easy since I'm a Hilton Honors member. I was disappointed in the pool. It was a green color and I did not fell comfortable getting in it. They do have a very nice hot tub that I made use of.

Hope was ok. Fire alarms went off at 11pm twice and lasted for about 10 mins. No fire thank goodness but woke everyone up. Hotel was noisy. Price was ok, quality was ok also. Would consider staying again if in area.

We got the last available room, the handicap suite. It was quiet and AC worked great. It needed Alot of cleaning The floor was sticky, stuff on bathroom walls, and dusty. We were unable to even get clean towels day two since the housekeepers did not get time to wash. Staff was friendly, there just is not enough staff. No rollaway available, they are all broken.

If it were not for the absolute professionalism and over the top friendliness of the staff I would say never again would I stay here or recommend anyone to simply based off of the level of filth in and around the shower. The whirlpool tub that jetted out into the room on the outside of the bathroom was clearly an afterthought as whomever constructed the tee tiny shower did so at the expense of proper material and sealant causing mold to form in the grout and travel up the shower wall. I arrived at the hotel an hour before check in. Spoiled by Hampton inn in League City, I thought they might be ready. Alas, the clerk said "I can't check in its only 2. Stopped over on June 25 / 16 en route to New Orleans. Hotel rooms not available at check-in time. -. cleaning staff shortage apparently. Destiny at front desk handled the waiting folk efficiently and pleasantly - she is a credit to the organization. Apart from that hiccup, we had our usual good stay at the Hampton, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Excellent value, would stay there again.

The Hampton Inn in Beaumont Texas is always our hotel of choice. It's centrally located, easy to access highways. Very pleasant staff, comfortable and clean rooms. It's quiet in the evenings when trying to sleep there isn't a lot of hall noise or outside noise. We look for Hampton Inn wherever we go because we're sure to have a good stay.

My stay was OK, but the linen was soiled upon my arrival. They did change the linen at my request but two days later they did not service my room or provide coffee. The breakfast was very good each day of my five-day stay.

I was told that this was the Cadillac hotel in Beaumont at a good price. Well, they did not disappoint. Front desk staff at check-in and check-out were great! Thank you. Dining staff were great also... thank you. I especially appreciated the managers reception that had baked potatoes and drinks one night and nachos another night. Breakfast was hot and fresh. You know you're in trouble when you want a dip in the pool and its green­???. Roach in room... Bed topper had questionable odor. Kiltz (paint prep) throughout. Shattered glass large window by elevators. Nothing changed during my stay except pool guy showed up on third day. Way, way below Hilton standards. Pass this one up. I did this week on my return.

They have charged my credit card twice in two separate occasions when I have stayed on points. The first one was for about 15-17 dollars and then this year, $50 dollars. I suspect that this hotel is stealing money from guests by adding charges following stays. I stayed on points on both occasions and should have not had any charges but have been ripped off twice. Avoid this hotel, there is a HUGE problem here.

Kind of an older hotel. Looks like another chain used to have this building and Hampton took it over it. It looked a little "tired". Overall, the room was great for the money. It also felt real humid inside like it was outside.

Front desk was helpful and friendly, room was quite considering proximity to Interstate. The location is close to several restaurants,movie theater and a gas station - all within walking distance. While there are no sidewalks, the parking lots are interconnected. The room itself was a bit ran down, and not as clean as usual Hampton standards. Price was fair and room contained a mini fridge and microwave. Elevator was slow functioning.

We were greeted up arrival by the nicest, most professional person we have met. Her name is Bernitta. She really makes you feel welcome. Now for the not-so-good stuff. We booked two nights for a family reunion. This location is a bit dated and worn compared to many Hampton Inns, but it is fine. A bit complicated finding it when arriving from the East on I 10. There are 3 Hilton properties in a row, and lots of places to eat and see movies. Very family friendly. Will stay here again as we have relatives in the area, and there is a good points reward for this property. We have stayed here before.

The rooms were clean, complimentary breakfast was superb. Courteous staff. Most of the restaurants were within 5 to 10 minutes drive. Access to I-10 was very convenient. The front desk staff was always available for guidance and directions.

I am a Hilton Diamond member and always stay at Hilton properties. The staff was great. They have a nice evening reception which is nice as well. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Price was a good value for money. My main complaints: The decor and furnishing are very dated. The desk chair was unacceptable. Missing handrail in elevator, crumbs on carpet and bench/suitcase stand, stains on duvet, shower stall curtain rod sags so curtain won't stay shut, drain can't keep up with shower volume, dangerously slippery tub (especially with Beaumont's water that doesn't rinse all the slippery soap feeling away), happy hour wine bottles empty, sour milk for cereal in the morning. Housekeeping didnt change bedding prior to our arrival. Our bedding smelled like sweaty armpits. In addition our room didn't have a phone so every time we needed to reach the front desk i had to walk to the front desk instead of being able to call them. Other than that location is good.

This is a great hotel, living up to the Hampton Inn quality! We were in Beaumont for a family funeral. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We stayed on the third floor, away from the highway, and found it to be very quiet. The breakfast area was very nice. I didn't care too much for the scrambled eggs. The front desk person was very helpful and polite.

We've always liked staying at Hampton Inns because of their high standards for facilities and staff, The Beaumont, Texas Hampton Inn was no exception to those high standards. Also, this Inn was within walking distance to many eating establishments, and it was an easy return to I-10 after checking out the following morning. Breakfast was also very gppd.

Stayed three nights. Upon arrival carpet was wet in the room to the point needed to wear slippers or shoes constantly. Mentioned it to the front desk but until check out nobody had come to the room to fix the issue. Sunday morning breakfast items were mostly all gone. This property is beginning to show its age. The bath towels are well used and need to be updated as do the mattresses. Who knows how old the beds actually are but I can tell you other Hampton Inns I've stayed at have had much more comfortable NON worn out mattresses.

Large cockroaches, and a dirty room and bathroom made this stay uncomfortable. We left this hotel early and stayed at a neighboring hotel for the remainder of our stay. The staff was helpful, but there was only one person working at night, meaning we had to go to the front desk for any needs that arose. We were not willing to remain in this dirty hotel. The breakfast was adequate. The hotel did refund our money.

Not a fan of this hotel. This is the second hotel in Beaumont that I have stayed at for business and I was yet to find a hotel that is decent. My room was in poor condition. Lights not working, carpet is sorta gross/ damp. My fridge hadn't been defrosted in years.

This property needs some serious TLC. Only stay here as a last resort... Rooms are old. Furnishings are old and mis-matched. They taped up a rip in the lamp shade. Multiple surfaces were sticky, including the microwave buttons and entire desktop. Even the carpet is sticky. Wifi was super slow and frustrating. Even the elevators are subpar. They are slow, loud as hell, and have the brightest fluorescent lighting I've ever experienced.

We were there in Oct 2016 for a funeral in Beaumont and needed to stay close. We used our Hilton Honor points for the stay. From there it went down hill. Upon arrival I noticed that the toilet had not been cleaned. I made a call to the front desk and felt I was put off. I went to the front desk and demanded that it be cleaned. the toilet was cleaned with in the Hour and I sent photos to the GM.

This particular Hampton Inn I will not come back to. On the surface, like entry ways, it looks OK. But once entering room 122 it was downhill. 2nd hand Furniture and the bathroom was horrible. Black stains in the tub and obvious repairs. The bed was smaller than the "Double" advertised. To sleep in the bed was a nightmare. So glad it was only for one night. Great staff, but rooms smelled musty and needed upgrades, such as filling in holes in walls from old screw holes and AC did not work very well. The price was around $100 dollars, I travel 48 weeks a year and am used to nice rooms. I am a Diamond member for Hilton Honors and also a Platinum member of IHG, I like Hilton better, but I will probably not stay at this site if I have to go back to Beaumont

Title says it all. Pillows are small and lumpy, towels thin. Restaurant within walking distance. Right off I10. Could be cleaner. No cookies during week nights. Movie theatre and Cracker Barrel down street.

Beds were very comfortable: had fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good, but they don'thave restaurant. Cheddar's, Joe's Crab Shack and Twin Peaks are within walking distance.

Stopped by this hotel to rest because my kids were tried and needed some sleep. The hotel is conveniently located off of I10 with easy access on and off. The front desk was very friendly at check in The stay was ok, but they did not have any rooms with queen beds only rooms with 2 full beds which was fine; since my husband wasn't traveling with us, but there were no closet, iron or ironing board in the room which I thought was kind of strange. I always stay at a Hilton family hotel. When in Beaumont, Texas, one has 3 choices; Homewood Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, and the Hampton Inn. I have tried all 3 and the properties are in the same general location. I have had a disappointing experience at the Homewood Suites. I love the cooked-to-order breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn. They need to be more concerned about each room, up keep each room like it was the room that the CEO of Hampton would be staying in. The rooms smelled nasty, they need to replace parts in the RR that are rusted...

The location is good being close to restaurants and not too far from downtown. The evening staff was friendly and accommodating. The sheets could have been fresher and cleaner. The breakfast crew was friendly.

Going back to California . Road trip . Need it the best hotels during our trip to rest. Some people during this journey at different hotels were very rude. But this one did all I need it to fell safe and panpered specially with my services doggies

Very outdated. Room had a urine/mildew odor. We would not stay here again and again we were disappointed overall. We only had 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 2 kids, 2 adults and the bathroom floor was dirty and sticky.

I rented this room with a jacuzzi for newlyweds on the night of their wedding. The jacuzzi did not work and that was the one thing they wanted- was a jacuzzi suite. This ruined their night and this will be something they always remember. I wish the staff would have checked that it was working or needed maintenance when they checked the room.

My truck was broken into. Broke out drivers side window and the center consol. No compensation for damages to truck. Staff was very nice and very clean but not worth the aggravation. Staff even told me to park up front so it wouldn't get broke into so I did and parked underneath a light pole.

I love the Hampton Inn and this one in Beaumont Tx was no different. Room was clean and comfortable and the front desk was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was very good and they keep the eating area very clean!!

This is a good hotel. Have stayed here many times over the years. Nothing really fancy but for the price it meets a traveler's needs. Good breakfast with variety and some hot items. Some nights there is a manager's reception with snacks and beverages that is a nice end to a long day. Small but nice outdoor pool.
