This place is rancid. Location so close to highway the noise from semi trucks all night was so loud you could not sleep. Pool HA HA take a look at the pictures. A hole in the ground. Parking again a joke, unless you drive a mini your car is going to get dented if you can actually get into a spot. Tile in bathroom, nope it is missing and the floor is painted. Spider nests all over ceiling of room. This is the definition of roach motel . never again

We only stayed here because my sister-in-law booked rooms for all the family together. The hotel was right next to the interstate and our rooms on the south (back) side were not quiet. The hotel room doors opened to external walkways. I did not feel safe staying here. 3 police cars pulled up as we were leaving. Our room reeked of old cigarette smoke no matter how we tried to air it out. The room did say "no smoking." The floors were not carpeted and were sticky from whatever was used to clean th... Stayed here a few nights with some friends. I enjoyed my stay and especially liked the little extras you don't get at a Motel 6 like free Wifi, breakfast, shuttle service, and safes in the rooms. The furniture in the rooms could do with replacing but overall the rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable, which is quite important. The front desk staff was nice and helpful, especially AJ. Very polite and professional. Thanks AJ!!!

Worst most dirty and smelly room I've ever seen. Not to mention the police activity when we arrived! The bed sheets were dirty. We canceled the rest of our time there and issued complaint with Hotwire. Staff at front desk appeared unconcerned and quite frankly I felt they were impaired in some way.

Well, the property wasn't in bad shape. The clientele on the other hand was very very shady. We were their 3 nights and saw the police there each night and 1 morning. There was always noise early in the morning with construction. Pool was under construction also. This was a very very shady place to stay with family. Super 8 needs get clientele under control.

We had tp stay at a hotel near the Ford dealership because our car broke down while traveling home to Oklahoma. This location accepted pets for a $35 extra fee and we had our small dog. The room was nice because the flooring was hard so it works well with pets. The bathroom was dirty and had a significant amount of mold across the ceiling of the shower area. The smoke detector was disabled, hanging from the ceiling. Gum was stuck to the ceiling too. The desk chair was broken so if you sat i... Read more

There are a few Super 8 in Austin. This one is at 5526 IH 35. I stayed there a few times in May and it's why I went back in June. EXCELLENT staff and very friendly. Hot breakfast and nice environment but get there early if possible cause it's a busy hotel but they keep breakfast stocked. Very accessible for travelers. Very clean rooms with a/c AND ceiling fans. Beds are VERY comfortable GREAT stay at a GREAT price.

Great experience. Andrew A. Mendoza (the shuttle service). Not only was he picking up all the trash around the hotel, parking lot, etc. Yet had offered a ride to target (across the highway). And he waited for us!! We greatly appreciate the employees. When we visit Austin again, definitely going to Super 8!

The room was clean, a/c cold, showers hot and Wi-Fi strong. Breakfast could have been better (no pastries/ variety of fresh fruit as advertised) but it was free. 1st room assigned to us had a huge hole in the wall caused by the door handle from the front door of room. Asked for a room with two beds but chair in room for desk was broken. Shower curtain wouldn't stay in place because of the positioning of the curtain rod. But worst part was the ceiling inside the shower had apparently been repaired but had mildew all around the patch area and more. Computer desk was also needing replacing as one of the legs was about to fall off.

However on this occasion I was disappointed with the room for a few reasons. The bed cover had big black dirty marks over it which was very unappealing!
